I didn't pry and knew she is a one man band doing it all (I know the feeling being a business owner myself) so we rescheduled for that evening. She the. I mean, that doesn't sound like an emergency or that she couldn't at least text me that we had to reschedule instead of hours later because she didn't want to wake up but what the heck. I went in at 3:30. The massage was only 30 minutes but I was pleased. I wanted to come back. Because I liked the massage and I liked her, it breaks my heart the way it's gone down. I booked online with her for 11:30 again and again no show. I called and left a message and to this day there has been no response. Her online booking even put my appointment to my calendar yet while I was waiting the appointment time on her end mysteriously chances to 3. I couldn't do that this time. The app was now telling me if I didn't make that appointment I would be charged a no show fee. There's no where on the app to call or cancel and nothing they can do, I was at her mercy. Still, no call, no reschedule, nothing. I called my credit card company twice. Once after the cancel to let them know that I fear the charge is coming but I was hoping we could fix it together instead of that route first. She never called back. So the credit car reimbursed me. And now, even though I would have given a second chance, I'm here leaving a review. All of the feelings of hurt from being treated this way turns to disgust as I get charged for being no showed on.
