I called them on a Saturday afternoon to see if they had any openings for a walk in. They were able to schedule me in the same day I called. I walked in and was greeted by Georgia. I asked for a therapeutic massage and told her what I had problems with. She was able to help me relieve my pain and adaptable to me as well. My appointment was at 2pm. I got there at 1:54pm and was greeted. So I sat down and waited to go I to the room. However we weren't even in a room until 2:30. No one was able to tell us when or how much longer we had to wait since our appointment was at 2 and it was much later. So we got to the room at 2:30. This is a couples massage. No one asked what injuries we had or what we wanted them to work on. ‍ so there's that. I can hear the phones ringing out at the reception while I'm on the table. Then DURING my massage there's a knock on the door. First of all I'm naked, my therapist answers the door and then tells me I'm sorry. Um can't that wait til I'm done with my massage. I was not able to relax. Then when we turned over, she pressed on my eyebrows which at the beginning of the appointment, that I just got microblading done so that area was stinging now. There's a lot that needs to improve here. But as a customer who is trying to go and get a relaxing massage, this would not be my recommendation at all. I still have knots in my shoulder and now I have eyebrows that are stinging and could be infected since I wasn't supposed to touch it for 10 days. read more

I ignored the other reviews about the thin walls and "you get what you paid for" because I thought to myself, "How bad could this be?" I grabbed a couples massage Groupon and went in with an open mind. It was very underwhelming. To start off on this journey, we were running a tad behind because of traffic and tried to call the company to let them know. They did not answer. I just brushed it off because maybe they were with other clients and the other workers were out. I will give them credit though, they called me back. To address the "thin walls" review, thankfully, we were one of the last appointments for the day, so there weren't any phone calls, but there was a couple out in the waiting room and we could hear a muffled conversation. I will note though, we were in the room right next to the area. Maybe if we were further away, it would be quieter. I had a lady and my fiance had a guy. The lady did a lot of light touches and missed the knots that were on my back. The guy however, was apparently extremely rough and even used his elbows to massage my fiance's back! My fiance told him that it was too hard, yet the pressure was still the same. A lot of this just felt like rubbing and not really a legit "Swedish Massage". I will have to agree with the other reviewers, you really do get what you paid for. read more

I had gotten the Vichy Shower where you're lying on a shallow tub/bed and the water falls onto your skin. It was very therapeutic and relaxing. The exfoliation felt amazing, I could really feel the deep cleansing of the pores clearing out of my skin. read more

I wasn't impressed at all. You definitely get what you pay for. Even though I called hours ahead and booked they didn't seem to know I was coming. The guy at the desk seemed to have no details about it. He kept asking if it was couples or deep tissue (no to both). I thought to ask if the massage would be done by a woman and he said no it would be a man because no woman was available. I was about to cancel and walk out. Then a woman walked in and he asked if she was available. She checked and said she was but she didn't seem to know what was going on either. The room was fine but they had run out of clean covers for the face cushion so they just had it covered with tissue (wtf). The massage itself was mediocre. And the walls must've been paper thin because I heard every phone call made at the front desk and every time someone open the door or microwaved lunch I could hear it.
