I made an appointment online and didn't make a note that the computer had switched me to the following Tuesday. I thought my appointment was today and I arrived to a ( very ZEN RELAXING atmosphere ) and my scheduled therapist was not there. They quickly accommodated me by switching therapists and adding me on for the day and canceling my future appointment all with the click of a button! They put me with a different therapist -Nikki. Nikki was fabulous. I asked her for a Swedish relaxing massage I had just packed up and moved a house. I was in recovery lol. A 90 min Swedish massage did the trick ! The massage room was very comfortable with dimmed lighting, warm table, soft sheets . I feel fantastic !!! THANK YOU NIKKI!!! Thank you Zen Spa!!!! I recommend and I WILL definitely RETURN !!!! They have all the amenities of a large corporate spa, yet everybody knows your name here. It's very clean, and the estheticians are very knowledgeable about their products.
