Please don't waste your time going here at all not worth it not only did me and my mom wait for around 25-30 mins to be seen .. I asked for square long nails and got coffin instead they are all different sizes and thick & lumpy nails ... the owner was the one doing them and I know she was upset and talking about my complaints to her co workers the design is not what I initially wanted I wanted something similar to what was on display and she said she COULD DO she could not . It looks terrible never coming here again I literally had to grab the nail file MYSELF and fix the crooked tips of my nails .... and them talking about me ( the customer ) was not a very nice environment or a nice service in my personal opinion. Getting these nails removed ASAP and going to my regular nail salon from now on . read more

The girl doing my pedi used a sharp object and jabbed it into my nail bed and on the side of my toe nail. Today I can hardly walk and my toe is swollen and hot ! It hurts so much. I live very close to this salon and always end up coming back to it, even though multiple others have opened in the area over the past couple of years and I've run in to try them. The nail techs do a great job here- it's a "no frills" sort of place, but I think my dip manicures are very well done and last/grow out well. I am a bit leery about writing this, but I think it's important for the customer as well as for the business. I have been coming to Chloe Nails for four years. Lately, service has seemed rushed and non personal. Thought I'd give it one more try. I made a same day appointment for three pedicures at 4:45. We arrived on time. All three technicians were with other customers, which is fine and expected. However, we waited for 30 minutes with our feet soaking in room temperature water and my jet stopped working. Not even offered a beverage. I don't mind waiting, but please make sure your customers receive excellent service while waiting too! read more

I've gone here before and been perfectly happy, however, I went yesterday and already today, I have a nail (shellac) peeling. Not only that, but the tech cut both my finger and my toe badly - the toe bled for almost 20 minutes! I paid $12 to upgrade my pedicure to shellac as well so that they would last longer, but they look like they were painted by my 7 year old. I came in yesterday and I came in for a pedicure and a full set. I also paid for my best friend a similar pedicure. Well the math wasn't right at first my nails were $40, and 2 pedicures at $22 each rang up to about $88 cash and each person got $5 tip. Unfortunately my last two visits have been sub-par and as I result I don't see myself returning as I have since found a nail salon I prefer more at a more affordable price just down the road. I most recently went in towards the end of April with my sister-in-law. We went in early on a Saturday morning and they were busy but able to get us both in without much of a wait, which was nice. Neither of our nail technicians seemed to be particularly friendly unlike many of my previous visits. They asked us if we wanted something to drink, but then forgot to bring it to us until after our nails were already done. The most disappointing part was the pedicure I purchased was advertised as coming with a certain number of minutes for the massage and I received about half the time that was supposed to come with it. My sister in law's toe nails were sloppily painted and she had to clean them up herself after she got home. My toe nails were already chipping less than 24 hours after getting them done and by the third day I had to completely remove the polish due to the fact that over half of my toes were missing large chunks of polish. Typically a pedicure will last me around 3 weeks before I have to go get another one done due to nail growth. While this use to be my favorite nail salon in the area I just don't see my self returning since my last two visits the quality of the service was not what it use to be. read more

I love this nail salon! This is my go to place for shellac nails. They do a good job! Quick and efficient. I got a pedi there and they are very careful to make sure there are no smudges on skin. I love the last visit because they gifted us with some lotion! Came in for 3 pedicures, and we all decided to get the jelly pedi. It was so worth it. We didn't have an apt but were seated immediately in our massage chairs. All the ladies were professional and kept conversation with us throughout the entire process. Will definitely go back when I need another pedi. read more

I was in the area and looking for a nail salon when I saw Chloe Nails and Spa! I had some time to wait on a friend, so I decided to get my nails done. I had never been to this salon before, but I liked it as soon as I walked in. People were friendly and I did not have to wait as a walk-in. They asked me what I wanted, and I requested a french manicure on my natural nails. They asked me if I wanted powder, and I said no. Then, they said they would do dipped, and I said i just want regular french tips painted on, and so then they said they would do shellac. It would have been better if they showed me a menu or list with what is offered and the prices, because I did not know the options or the prices until I asked how much the shellac is. It was $32, and I'm sure it is more than a regular polish because of the french design. The lady who did my nails did a great job. I was really happy with the shape of my nails, coverage of the polish, and the final look! She was very detailed, and kept looking at them to tweak certain spots and double check the edges. I appreciated that attention to detail, because some times it is not that way. I highly recommend this salon for a manicure. I left with my nails fully dry, and looking great, which made me happy! Plus, the lady put the best, most soft lotion on my hands as the final touch! --very nice! read more

i've been to this nail salon two times and the first time was great i got what i asked for and service was amazing. the second time i was with a different lady and she didn't do what i asked but i wasn't too upset about it because the set was still cute, but we had a little problem with my payment and i called once i notice and was instructed to bring in my receipt because they cannot just give a refund over the phone which i understood. this morning i went and brought my receipt and from the moment i walked in the door i could tell there were going to be problems. the lady who helped me this morning figure out what was going on was not the lady who helped with my nails nor the lady who took my payment on sunday, nor was she the lady who i spoke on the phone with so she didn't know what was really going on. with that, she didn't let me finish a sentence to explain. then she started causing a scene yelling and telling me it is my fault that this problem happened. and that i was the one who charged extra on my card... when how is that even possible in the first place? then she tried telling me that she had already asked me about it that night and i agreed, but again i have never seen this woman before. she then got other customers who were sitting getting their nails done involved in something that could have been super easy and stayed in the front. it was more the principle then the amount at that point and the fact that i tipped cash and they still put it on my card. the service was not even worth the original tip... why would i give more? then to put more to it, the lady who had done my nails on sunday was sitting right there and letting all of this happen, didn't even try to defend and say what actually happened! all of this has now ruined a place where i really enjoyed getting my nails done, sadly but most definitely will not be returning. read more

Visited this place for the first time and I am SO pleased. So many times I've left other nail salons feeling like the service I received was not worth the money I paid, but not here!! The man who did my pedicure took such time and carefulness in everything he did, from making sure my nails were all filed evenly, to very precisely cleaning the excess polish from around the nails, and he actually took his time with the foot/leg massage which was lovely. They have a pretty impressive list of complementary adult beverages to choose from as well. Prices are very reasonable. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the poor selection of polish they offer. Overall I was pleased with my experience and will be my new go-to nail salon. read more

Seriously so great! I have been here twice and felt like a queen. They have almost a full bar for a conplementary beverage during your visit. All manicures come with a short massage. Jodie is especially talented with her nail expertise. She did an ombre style for me and i love it! They will give you coupons on your first visit, so the second time around i got $5 off!
