I still stand by the statement that this is the most beautiful nail salon I've ever seen . No detail went unfinished , from the chandeliers to the vases full of beautiful flowers ( whether real or fake idk , and idc lol) their menu has a nice selection and I can personally say the goat milk and green tea pedi smells like heaven on earth ! Sometimes walking straight in to a chair is no problem while other times you will be waiting so it's best to make an appt - specially if you come on a weekend . The owner is a true perfectionist and after my not so nice review she reached out and apologized ( which says a lot ) after seeing her work it shows & is why her chair is probably never empty!! But from the last time I visited to this time I can tell they aren't as short staffed as previously so improvements have been made . I've come here multiple times and every time I am quoted a 30 min to 1 hour wait time, even if it's empty. Today it was 30-40 mins but I have another appointment in the area so I didn't wait. Yesterday was my first time visiting posh nail bar and the service was exceptional! My acrylics are shaped perfectly which is a huge deal for me because I usually notice if there are dents or asymmetry. The staff was a little short due to vacations but I never once felt rushed or impatient. They handled their client flow perfectly. So, I get seated and 2 techs start the process of dip powder and pedicure. Come to find out, it was Sandy on dip and Loanne for feet. (too late to say anything now) Sandy and Loanne were great so no harm no foul. Regular pedicure was $30. Dip was $40. If bling would of been added (for 2 fingers) it's $6. They charge extra for cut down. So, my total for dip/pedi was $75 For real, the place and the service...but, honestly, I'm comparing all salons to Anthony Vince at Baybrook and I'd rather go there. My first time here today- saw a feature on Texas Chronicles and KHEA Radio and it did not disappoint! The salon is super clean, classy and very POSH! I made an appointment ahead of time and when I walked in today, I was greeted by the sweet Victoria. She offered me a neck wrap and complimentary drink and was surprised to be handed a drink menu lol! I chose the Sangria and it was delish! She started on my pedi, chose the Citrus spa and it was amazing! She took her time to clean and polish my toe nails. I didn't want that massage to end! Khloe did my acrylic nail refill and corrected the errors from my full set from a different salon. Now it looks so much better. Both of them took their time and made sure I was truly pampered. Just moved in the area, trying out new places I came along posh on yelp with decent reviews. I went in kinda upset I wasn't ready to be seen especially since I had made an appointment. The nail techs aren't fluent in English so it's hard to communicate what I would like done to my nails. I paid $30 for their basic pedicure and received a nice massage but no removal of my cuticles... while my nails came out decent they weren't what I wanted. It was pretty expensive but I was more upset about how long they took.. 2 hours for a new full set. I'll probably be going elsewhere next set. Place is beautiful and looks like they have a bar inside the when covid isn't going on. Update 2 weeks after doing nails. Had them removed today and noticed something I've never noticed done to my nails from acrylics. Whatever they did to my acrylics ruined my natural fingernails I am so upset. My first finger original nail is broken and my pink nail ... I'm not sure what happened there. Don't think I will be going back again. read more

I do not recommend this place! The moment I walked in all the employees were lounging on the chairs they had in the lobby. The lady who did my service poured water into a bowl from a Pedicure chair sink instead of getting up & getting it from the sink where they are supposed to pore it from. That is just lazy & unhygienic! I asked for a basic manicure, she proceeded to suggest gel. I know what I want, I want a simple manicure. I am an experienced licensed cosmetologist, nail tech etc. She dipped my finger tips into a solution that is to remove the cuticle & not once used lotion after having done that. Everyone knows that solution is drying, I understand not all basic manicures are required a hand massage but AT LEAST add lotion to my hands after having fried them more than what they already naturally were due to this cold weather...geez! On the yelp pictures the menu says EVERY customer can get one drink per visit, not even WATER was offered to me. The interior design of a salon has no meaning to it if the service does not match the luxury of the salon. read more

This is a beautiful salon, it is very glamorous and, well...POSH! First and foremost they are clean. All of the employees are friendly and the owner always makes sure you are okay. Victoria does my pedicures, she is ammmmazzzing. She takes her time and doesn't rush through the massage! Khole does my dip nails and they always look amazing. Where do I begin? The salon, when you first walk in, takes your breath away with its beauty! I was greeted by all the ladies at the desk with smiles and warm welcomes. I was then quickly taken care of. I started with an eye brow wax. They took me to the back where they had their own room where they wax eyebrows. It was calming and relaxing! All products used on my face were new and sterile. I am very picky on my eyebrows, but they did a phenomenal job!!! After my eyebrows I was taken to my pedicure chair where I was offered a complementary drink. As I picked out my pedicure my feet were soaking. I selected the Pamper Me pedicure and HANDS DOWN was the best pedicure I have ever had. Not only did they take their time cleaning up my feet, they didn't use the cheese grater ( which I can't stand) and this pedicure came with a hand, arm, neck and foot massage. AMMMMMAAAZZZING! After my pedicure I got acrylic nails. The nail technician took her time and really made sure she was doing exactly as I asked. My nails turned out so amazing!!! Through my entire experience I was treated like royalty. Everyone that worked on me kept calling me by my name. Looked at me when they spoke to me and kept making sure I was comfortable. I've never been one to do mani/pedis regularly. I think I've gotten two pedis done in the past 5 years. Viva la Posh May have changed that for me! This salon is beautiful. Clean, classy... Bailey at the front desk is a sweetheart. Both Sandy and Leanne did my nails and were both so friendly! Leanne put a pretty flower on my toes. Sandy did a wonderful but brief massage on my calves and feet. I told her next time I'd pay the extra for the 15 minutes! I got the powder dipped mani and so glad I did. I cut my nails when I had a baby about 4 years ago and just decided to maybe grow them back again. It's so nice to have more feminine looking hands/nails again! I think I'm hooked! Omg this place is wonderful! We accidentally made reservations for 7pm at the wrong Posh salon and didn't realize it till we showed up. They told us that they closed at 7 and unfortunately wouldn't be able to take us tonight. Upon hearing that we are flying out in the morning for a wedding they chose to stay and work hard to make sure we were taken care of. Customer service is excellent! I'm so thankful for their help. Ok so I must update my review! After posting the first review the owner wanted to make sure I was satisfied and offered me to come back in and apologized. Most places would not care after the work is done so I appreciate being able to go back in. It's so hard to find a nice nail salon. As usual the place was clean and drinks were offered. I love their pedicures so while my nails were soaking I made sure to get another one. When Michelle started my nails I already could tell they would be exactly what I wanted. She is what I look for in a nail tech. She was patient, precise and very detailed. I'm so happy I went back and will be making this my new nail spot. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS! These are the nails I received when I asked for something different. I showed her the image, questioned her on her perspective on the color and style, and even stopped her to tell there they're not what I asked. She then continued to say "well the powder is already on, there not much I can do". Not a "well I apologize" "sorry for the misunderstanding" NOTHING!. I also asked for a square round tip not a coffin or ballerina. I have wide nail beds so I don't not like very narrow tips. I then continued to let it go and hope they would come out ok , even got a pedicure because I requested one in the beginning and everyone has to make their money. THEN ! When I decided to pay, she still tried to charge me for extra tip and the ombré all with an attitude on a service I DID NOT ASK FOR! I do not mind paying for the the services that were DESERVED but, as a business owner, if I see a customer is extremely disappointed with her results for a mistake I MADE I would definitely make sure to make up for it to keep that client for business and because it speaks on the business my location puts out in results! Went In today around 5 without an appointment didn't mind the wait at all 20 or so minutes . A employee (male tall) came up to me and i am the type of women that watches everything especially faces , told the gentleman i had a picture to recreate he then asked me "are you sure u want them like that " with a shocking face ( didn't think anything of it ) went to the station to start on my nails , he cut my nails and it didn't say a word to cut it because as the picture showed i want them long not short -medium. I then was talking to my boyfriend how i didn't ask him to cut it , then i told him i didn't want it that short he looked at me shocked like the picture wasn't shown to him or what i asked , then the guy had the audacity to smack my hand and say " well then you should of said something " a women then came up as well and said the same thing about i shouldn't say cut them when i didn't say a word. My bf then got up and left because why hit my hand over a simple easy fix mistake , im a nail tech on my day off just wanted my nails done all he had to do was add an extra nail on top of the nail prep , instead it cuts them down aggressively, cut my finger was bleeding by the time i left the salon. I noticed this nail salon as soon as they opened and waited a while to try it out. After visiting the poke place next door several times, I decided to make an appointment. Even though I had an appointment, I waited about 20 minutes before I sat down in the chair - slight annoyance. The lady that was going to help me with my pedicure was NOT in a hurry. Turns out that was ok, because she definitely took her time with my pedicure and my polish lasted. I paid about 50 bucks for their citrus pedicure and was given a glass of wine. Their massage chairs were really above average. While I was there, a young lady came in and waited about 45 minutes before anyone other than the receptionist acknowledged her. The receptionist sat her across from a nail tech who barely looked up at her. After all this time, another lady asked if she was waiting to be helped.... I then looked up reviews and found out the nail tech she was sitting across from is Michelle - the owner. This while the others walked around ignoring her and another male worker napped in a pedicure chair! Mind you Michelle didn't offer me a hello or a smile either when I walked in. **the day that I looked up the nail salon, there were 2 other reviews that mentioned customers being totally ignored.. those reviews have since magically disappeared** I really struggled with going back just witnessing how awful they were to this young lady. Because my pedicure lasted, the place is clean, and the chairs are great, I made my second appointment. This time I asked for someone specific and was seated right away. I asked the young lady if that was Michelle the owner - and she confirmed. I said really?! She doesn't smile much does she... she got a nice chuckle about that and thoughtfully offered that she focuses when she's working. This time my pedicure didn't last as well. So disappointing! Having read several reviews about how clean and up to date this salon is I decided to make an appointment and try it out myself. I called 2 days ahead and made an appointment for half leg wax as well as mani (dip) and pedi at the same time. I reconfirmed if they offer simultaneous service (mani/pedi) as some places just don't have enough staff to do so. I was told that they do. Walked in 10 minutes before my appointment and after picking out the color (Luanne helped me) we started with the waxing (upon my request) and I added eyebrow waxing. After finishing the waxing moved to the pedi chair where I chose the $45 pedi and waited to get my nails wrapped to remove my old dip. I asked Luanne who do my dip and she said that she will do it after she finished my pedi. I was surprised as I specifically wanted to have both services done at the same time. She then went to the owner (who was working on a client) and then came back and said to wait a bit. OK so we started with the Pedi. Once the owner was done she wanted to accept another lady who was waiting where I then said to Luanne to please call her over. The owner told me that she did not have me down for both services and that she is back logged. Long story short she did start working on my nails but at that time I was nearly done with my Pedi. Moved over to the owners station where she was partially doing my nails and partially reading the text messages on her phone. It was kind of irritating and I did not feel comfortable at all as everything felt so rushed. When I checked out my charge was $158...not sure why as my pedi was $45 and my dip was $51 (add on for French) which would add $62 for a half leg wax and eyebrow but because everything was so rushed I didn't bother asking! As I got home I realized that one of my nails was a bit rough (messed up) and all of my nails SUPER thick! I went back the following day to see if they could fix it and was told to come back 2 hours later to get the 1 nail fixed but if I wanted to get the others fixed I would have to make a new appointment - which was not possible as I am leaving town for a business travel! I just walked out and won't be back nor will be able to recommend this place! read more

Even though my nails came out okay, customer service was awful. The lady who did my toes was great but the owner who did my nails was rude and unprofessional. I made an appointment a week in advance and I get it you were double booked but you don't tell me to pick a different nail tech or come back later. However, she did make time for me but she kept getting up and doing other things which made my nails take even longer. It's also too pricey. I've been debating on whether or not to leave a review but I decided I would. I've been looking for my "nail salon home" since I moved to the Nassau Bay Area a couple of years ago. I had read outstanding reviews about this place for a while and decided a couple of weeks ago to give them a shot and I scheduled a manicure and pedicure. Upon entering the salon, I have to agree with other Yelpers that the decor is very nice and it's a relaxing environment, however, the staff is not overly welcoming or warm to new clientele. The pedicure chairs are top notch and super comfy. I requested one of their most relaxing pedicures which also happened to be one of the most expensive pedicures. I have to say it was mediocre at best. The tech seemed rushed, despite no other customers waiting for pedicures. I noticed all the other pedicure customers received shoulder massages at the end of their pedicures. I was really looking forward to that as I needed to relax. The tech finished my pedicure and went to sit in another pedi chair with earbuds in her ears, phone in hand, kicked her shoes off and chatted with another tech. Next a tech took me to her table to begin my refill. I have to say she did an excellent job. The shape and length were exactly what I asked for. I was pleased. My total bill was $90 and I was pretty miffed about the shoddy pedi. So here I am 2 weeks later, needing a refill. I'm going to give this place another try because they really do quality nail work.
