The best nail solan I stay far now but I don't mind driving the 34m to them. Mia is my favorite nail teach, always so gentle and always asks if this is okay.
Nice nail Spa! I really like it. My friend Judy found this one and we both made time for a pedi. My Tech was very good and through. My pedi was nice and soothing. Salon was very nice and clean. Bathrooms too. I love the pink and green colors too. Will certainly be back.
Okay, so the real-- I spent 3 hours in this nail spa 2 days ago, which was a first for me. I was getting a manicure and pedicure. I made an appointment for 2pm on a Friday. Not busy or packed. I want to start this out by saying that going to the nail spa is a thing I like to do for myself. It's time I get to spend by myself. A date with myself. So I had planned to relax, maybe listen to a podcast in one ear. You know. Chill. ~so it goes~ My pedicure was fine. The technician who helped me was nice but chatty so I didn't get to relax. My manicure was also fine. This is what took 2 hours and I strongly believe it's because the technician didn't feel sure about the design I wanted, but also didn't tell me that so I watched as he figured it out. How do you tell someone who's really trying that you don't like the way they're doing your nails and that you'd rather start over with something more simple? (If you know and do this, please tell me your secrets. This is an area where I have not mastered speaking up for fear of sounding like an asshole.) I would have been cool to pick a different design he felt good about doing, but I didn't get that chance. He also had to switch up the color I originally picked out for a reason completely out of his control, but still bummed me out. Overall, the technicians who helped me were sweet and kind. Services were overpriced for the result. 2 days later: -I have a diagonal big toenail -My manicure is pretty rough close up (cuticles are fraying + nail polish doesn't cover my nail) While I intended for the day at the spa to go a little differently, I know we all have stuff going on and didn't mind being an ear and a guinea pig for the day. But I won't do it again. I spent $85+ here for a gel manicure with design and a pedicure. And no. I won't come here again.
UPDATE: Wow great customer service! They saw my review and called me back to fix all my nails. They definitely put their customers first and make sure they are satisfied.
i have usually always come here to get my nails done (not often) but i was getting married i decided to go get a full set of acrylic nails (usually only get gel nails) and my goodness. i have never had this happen to me at any other nail salon. 2 weeks later causally washing dishes the nail POPPED OFF like a press on nail!! so i decided to see if any others would do the same and to my surprise all 10 nails came off like press on nails. i expect a lot more from this nail salon and it's very disappointing to say the least.
This was a really great nail salon. I was very pleased with my nails. I've been to many other salons before (this was my first time here) and for the first time, I actually was a thousand percent happy with my nails. At other places, i usually have a small issue here and there but these were perfect. Tina was amazing. The staff are all pretty friendly. Overall a great place.
I've been coming to Herbal Nails & Spa for two years or more now, not only because they're hardworking and honest people and not to mention, I live right around the corner from them, but because they treat me and their customers with respect and care. Everyone here is awesome and especially my girl, VEE!!! She's always so sweet and works so hard to make me and her other customers happy. They've never sent me away and they always take me in and I've never waited for more than five minutes. Every time I go in there everyone's smiling and working so hard and Customer's look pleased, especially as they walk out the door. They all have a smile on their faces. I will keep coming back to them even after I move. I love them all and I love this place. They even treat my little princess like royalty!!
This place is always great! I got a pedicure and full set. I had to bring my toddler and they were very patient with us. Both Kim and Lily did a great job! Only complaint is the ombré nails, no one can ever get the right pink. They still look great but not the pink I was wanting.
I honestly love coming here! They are efficient and do an amazing job. Would highly recommend this place, plus the work they do is totally worth every dime. I come here when I need to get a pedicure. There is always no wait line, and they take good care of you when you arrive. The prices are really good. The environment is very clean and tidy. I usually go for white toe nail polish, and I have yet to be disappointed. With the great customer service and the affordable prices, this place is doing an incredible amount of work.
I just moved to the area and have been trying MULTIPLE salons. I found this one on Yelp and decided to try it out.. and I'm SO GLAD I did. All of the workers are so nice and pay great attention to detail. I am so happy I've tried this place, definitely my new go to!
I got these nails done just now and they are absolutely amazing. everytime i have gone here whether it be for shilac. acrylic. or regular mani/pedi. they have always done an amazing job. if you're not going here, you're missing out. without tip this set was $85 which is an amazing price and please do not forget to tip your nail artist.

I went to a different salon yesterday and I knew better than to cheat on my girls here at Herbal Nails. I will not everrrrrr go anywhere else, and I will happily drive an hour to go here. read more

Liam is amazing and my nails look better than they have in years! He was very professional, detailed, and quick. The salon is clean and the rest of the nail techs are super friendly. I also appreciated that they explained the cost before starting without my having to ask (No surprises!). Thank you! Can't wait to try other styles! read more

Lai does a fantastic job on my ombré nails! Pedicures are nice and start with relaxing, warm neck wrap. Beautiful salon. All the workers seem happy and are very helpful. read more

(Update from the review that I posted this morning on Google: because of my work I have to wear close toed shoes and my whole 12hr shift was hell because my shoes kept rubbing my cut cuticles. This is the reason I'm doing extra and posting my review on yelp as well but this time I'm including pics so y'all can see what I'm talking about and make your own judgement.) I wasn't going to review this place at all and just not come back but now I have to work a 12hr shift at the hospital and my toe cuticles are stinging from brushing up against my shoes and I'm going to have to deal with this all day! I decided to get my nails done here yesterday since it's been a long time since I visited and I called and was informed I could still come in (it was 6pm.) I was told I have to get a new set because I wanted a new shape so I was fine with that and chose a shellac color because that fit exactly what tone I was looking for. Was told it would be $55 and I said ok. Now I was sent to a male tech for my pedi, I chose the classic which was $28. I had let him know I had shellac on my toes. I've had shellac removal with an electrical tool (don't know the name) but he used a regular nail filer instead. He seemed like he was in a hurry because he briskly filed my toe nails which ended up cutting into my cuticle. I was bleeding and he looked at me and I told him it's ok. He slowed down a bit and I just hoped it wouldn't happen again but it did on my other foot as well. When he applied the acetone on top of my nails my cut cuticles where on fire. At this point I was just looking forward to the 6 min massage. When it came down to the color application, my big toe nail was cracking down the middle and my original nail tech came back and said she could put powder on it and then shellac. The guy nail tech ended up leaving and she took over again. I asked her if he would get upset that she was taking over and she told me he had to leave because he was waiting on someone to come see his AC at his home. Go figure! After everything was done I saw he left his paper slip with her as "John 28" so I'm assuming that was his charge for the pedi. Shortly afterward I see her pull up her paper slip as "Ashley 55 + 15 + 5= $75" She began telling me it was $55 for my nails plus $15 for the shellac on my toe nails and $5 for the little amount of powder on my big toe nail she used. I was shocked. I honestly couldn't believe she'd charge me and not tell me before but I just decided to pay it. $103 for stinging, cut toe cuticles and sharp ended nails. She rushed my nails and didn't file down the under ends like normal so I have to be careful so I won't stab anyone. Definitely don't think I'll be coming back. read more

First time customer. Loved it!! I saw someone in the grocery store asked who did her nails she told me Tracy. I made an appointment the next day and I am so glad I did. I was greeted by the staff upon entry. Lots of colors to choose from. Tracy is so nice and a colorful personality she took me right on time for my appointment. I'm very please with my nails. I have been going to Tracy for over a year!! Before I found her I would just try nail place after nail place trying to find someone who did my nails perfect. I'm very picky and insecure about my hands so I'm very specific how my nails need to be shaped and look.... Tracy has done long acrylics on me, short acrylics, shellac, no nails and endless manicures and ALWAYS has my nails looking amazing without me having to tell her what I want it to be!! I trust her with everything down to the color. I've used other technicians here as well and they're all amazing!!! read more

This is the only salon I go to. The owner Tracy goes out of her way to make sure to get what you want. She knew my name after my first visit here, ever since then she's the only one I see for my nails. Tracy has opened her salon an hour early for me to come in before. June is great for pedicures, I've never had regular polish not chip on me before she started doing my toes. Since the pandemic they've done everything to protect their employees and their guest. I recommend them to anyone and everyone and no one has had a bad experience here. read more

Found my new favorite nail salon!! I recently moved from Hawaii & my nails were way overdue.. i get really nervous going to a new salon because 1. I'm spending money 2. I have to be out in public with my nails (obvi) but today was my first time there & i loved it !! The service was amazing, asked if i wanted water, given shoulder/neck warmer, they did my nail & pedi at the same time so it didn't take me forever to get my service done && it was very much affordable i got a classic gel pedi & a acrylic gel refill manicure all under $80. I will definitely be back !! read more

I never got my nail tech's name (sadly) but she was fantastic!! She made sure everything was what I liked and was satisfied with. She worked surprising fast and did my nails better than anyone ever has! I don't live nearby or in the Houston area at all, but I will definitely be back! I always have something to complain about when I get my nails done, but I have nothing to complain about! read more

How much does a full set dip manicure cost?
Hi Kim, thank you for your interest in Herbal Nails & Spa. Our dip set starts out at $40. If you have anything besides regular polish that we have to take off that will cost an extra $5. I hope that answers your question and have a great night.
