I reached out to them the day after to ask if my eyes being so red and burning was normal and the girl told me it's totally fine and my eyes are just sensitive to the tape- this salon should really stop giving medical advice and start cleaning their equipment and facility. Clearly their equipment or the hands touching my eyes was infected- be careful the bacteria that causes pink eye is very contagious! Also they used very harsh tape to hold my lower lashes down and the entire two and half hour process was painful- I told the lady putting my lashes on that it was burning and I could feel the tape going into my eye but she just didn't care.

The shape perfectly complements my face and the way Kelli applies the strokes are so natural that you almost cannot tell what is a real brow hair and what is the semi-permanent makeup. It's one less thing to worry about when I get ready in the morning and I continuously received compliments on them even 2.5 years later. In 2020, everyone is walking around with 2/3 of their faces hidden behind masks. Thuy was very accommodating with scheduling and last minute changes also i believe the price was very reasonable. However, when I was there getting my lashes done later on another client came in and the girl that worked on my lashes were going back and forth between that client and I. Even with my eyes closed I did not hear any gloves changing so Idk if she was changing her gloves in between the two of us. (I could hear every other rattling as it was quiet and calming there and you can tell by the sound of gloves being taken off). I got the lift & tint done on Saturday and by Sunday night my right eye felt sort of irritated on the lid then I woke up with a stye... I clean my face pretty well and did not use any eye makeup since my service. She listened to what I had to say and gave me exactly what I asked for. My previous lash ladies would typically give me more volume even though I wanted a hybrid look and I would get so annoyed that I'd pick at my lashes. Even after wearing them continuously for years it felt like i was wearing extensions. The lashes Catly did are SO comfortable I barely even notice that they're there. Haven't gotten a fill yet so we'll see how they last and look after but so far I'm really impressed.

She was very flexible and allowed me to move my appointment to a different day super last minute. The lift itself really works! I was very skeptical, but I'm a couple days in and it's still good. Remove makeup before hand and remember not to get them wet for 24 hours. The lift itself kinda burned my eyes but that could be a personal thing since I have sensitive eyes. It was bearable though. Only feedback I would have is: hard location to find/not great parking situation. It's in a house. I would suggest moving the sign to the front so it's easier to locate. I wish there's was initial wipe down, I did my best to remove my mascara but I'm paranoid there was still some on. Lastly would be the phone. She prefers texting instead of calls. I wish there was a formal booking site/phone confirmation, but I respect the hustle!
