My wife had a membership with Amazing Lash Studios and the service they gave was great. Then over time the service began to decline, to the point where they didn't care about the customer. So she canceled her membership and tried Lash Envy and to my amazement did not disappoint. They took there time with her.......went in a 5:30 out about 6:45 or so but the results were beyond expectation. We will definitely be using this location for all her future lash appointments. Straight flat up in some areas and too curly in others. Definitely not worth $66 ish dollars. I'm going to stop coming here. I came here on a Saturday and by Thursday I only had like 3 lashes left total. I came back in and they charged me 100 for a full set, because they said you have 3 days to come back. The woman who 'fixed' it, said she did some things to make sure this won't happen, that was Thursday. It's now Monday and I already have large gaps. She asked me if I pluck them off with my fingers. I have been doing my lashes for a very long time, and this isn't a common thing. The place I used to go to before this my lashes always lasted me at least 2 weeks. I also want to add the whole, people talk over you and walk in and out of the room while you're in there. They talk in their language not English. One of the technicians left me on the table half done to go wax someone. They really are unprofessional. I'm going back to the other place even if it is more expensive. We have a saying in Spanish: lo barato sale caro 'the cheap comes out expensive', and it's true. I tried a cheaper place and I ended up having to pay more because my lashes won't last. read more

I would only recommend this service if you are only doing it for big event but definitely not recommend for monthly prescription. From my experience here the first two times I was very pleased with my eyes lashes with the exception of having to come back because I wasn't happy with the lack of fullness I had originally paid for. With them fixing them I ended up getting the monthly prescription and kept it for 3-4 months. Without realizing the damage I was doing g to my real eyelashes. If I knew how bad my real eyelashes would end up as I would of only of just bought eyelashes from ultra or Sephora for a one day use. Now I have had to get a prescription from a dr for eye serum in order to get my real eyelashes to grow Also one lady by the name of Heleny hurt me while she was applying my eyelash extensions. Don't go here this place stinks! Literally. Very unprofessional not welcoming doesn't even look clean! Helen did my lashes and she tried to do a removal then a full set in 45 minutes! No ma'am that process takes at least 1 hour 15 min. Her next appt was 45 min after mine so she tried rushing. I complained to the lady in the front but she didn't seem to understand. Actually to everyone there English is their second language so good luck getting anyone to understand you. My lashes didn't last much either. The money you spend at this salon is not worth... specially when they don't care if customer is satisfied. I had gone for 2 corrections back to back and they quit on me. I paid volume and came out with classics. Receptionist is very rude, had asked me not to come back. When I called Kathy her excused was she is very young and does not know what she is doing or saying. Daisy does a great job but is very limited to inventory use and has a language barrier that does not allow her to understand what client needs. read more

I went to Lash Envy Studio after my last eyelash tech charged me FULL price for a refill because my lashes fell out after two weeks. To me, that type of customer service is unacceptable. I mean really?!?! Full price after only 2 weeks, and I had been a customer for over 4 months. Wasn't someone who wasn't coming back and getting my refills. Anyway, enough of that mumbo jumbo! I called and called around to find someone who used good quality adhesive. That is hard to find now days without paying an arm and a leg it seems. I was stuck on NOVA Lash extensions because they seemed to be the only kind that I had tried before that didn't make my eyes so irritated that my eyelids looked like lips for a few days. It's really disgusting... let me tell ya! Angelina at Lash Envy Studio told me right away that she DIDN'T use Nova Lash, but that she used a good quality product called Bella Lash products. I did some research and decided to give them a try. When I arrived for my appointment and the studio was very nice and clean looking. No clutter ANYWHERE which was nice. I immediately went into the room and settled in for my lash application. It was very relaxing... and Angelina took her time and didn't rush the process. You can tell she takes great pride in her work. She was very educated in lashes and explained what she was going to do before she did it. Her philosophy is... the more educated you are, the better your experience will be and the longer your lashes will last. It took her roughly 2 1/2 hours to apply my lashes. When she finished... They looked GREAT. Some of my lashes are problem lashes... for some strange reason; some of my lashes want to point down. She noticed this problem and took extra special care on those lashes to make my extensions look the best that they possibly could. After she was finished, you couldn't even tell that some of my lashes didn't like to act right! :) My eyes did get a tiny bit red the next day, but nothing like I had experienced at other lash places. All and all, it was a great experience and I've already scheduled my refill appointment. I look forward to my lashes looking marvelous again soon! And here's another little tidbit of info that I HATE sharing... but her prices are VERY reasonable. And when I say VERY... I mean... V-E-R-Y!!! And the good thing is... the quality doesn't suffer in the least little bit. read more

I went Wednesday to get lashes for my wedding and two days later they are falling out!!! I followed instructions to a tee!! They were totally unprofessional during my appointment. The technician took a call during my appointment & others kept coming in and talking in another language during my appointment. Beware! Extremely unprofessional. I booked an appointment for classic lashes $90. When I arrived they asked if I wanted volume. They talked me into it and quoted $115 with a free refill when I returned in two weeks. When I went to pay she said it would be $150. I told them no she quoted $115. Their is a language barrier. When she said $150 it sounds like $115. Beware, don't make the same mistake I did, ask to see the price in writing before you say ok. That is if my next statement doesn't bother you. The entire time my lashes were applied it hurt so bad. I've had my lashes done for about 6 months straight, just my regular lady was all booked and I needed them on quickl. I've never had it were my eyelids felt like they were pinched the entire time. They were tearing up from the pain. I told her it hurt. I just wanted to hurry up and leave. I was getting all prettied up to go to my mans class reunion, so I went in Thursday morning and paid $150.00 for a beautiful set of eyelashes... I told the ladies that this was my first time and I didn't know quite what to expect. In broken English I was told they would take care of me and I would look beautiful for the event. I left Friday morning and went out of town to the reunion with my eyes slightly irritated... by Friday night (first night of reunion) my eyes were completely red & irritated - both of them! So instead of looking Gorgeous, I looked like some kind of drugie or something, with BOTH OF MY EYES RED, GOOEY AND IRRITATED! I went in to look more beautiful and came out with two heavily infected eyes (TOTALY THE OPPOSITE OF BEAUTIFUL!!). First thing Monday morning (at 10:30 - because there wasnt anyone there when they opened to undo the damage) I went back to get them taken off, to try to get me out of the mysery I was in... didnt work.... still have RED IRRITATED EYES! I got classic full set of eyelash extensions done on Saturday. I have gone many times before but to find out it has been sold to new management but I was like ok I'll give them a chance. I was scheduled for 9:00. The worker tried to up sale me to the $150.00 3 times I insisted of no thank you I'm pleased with the $70.00. She started working on my eyelashes and then her cell phone went off she stopped not once but twice to text back. Then a customer came in wanting to have wax done she told me to hold on and relax she would be right back. Well I couldn't open my eyes but I could here her go doing the waxing on the customer who walked in for waxing. My eyes were closed so who knows if she even washed her hands afterwards. At the end of the whole appointment it took her 2 hours I walked out at 10:57. I was not pleased. My lashes are not full at all. Very minimal eyelashes were placed. I've never had irritation after eyelashes and this time my left eye just seems to stay irritated. $70.00 wasted I will not be going back. The pervious owner and workers were very professional.
