I highly recommend others to go to her as well. I went on Sunday, 6/21/2020 and the wait time was less than 2 mins. Can't beat that! Prima was finishing up with a customer and after that, my bf & I were the only customers in the salon. Workers there are also following CDC guidelines which includes: wearing a mask and enforcing social distancing when in the salon. I have been coming here since 2018 and am still a happy customer The only two negative comments I can make are of the price changes which I noticed on my second to last visit in February 2020. Eyebrow threading used to be $8.00 but has gone up to $10.00, which is still a fair price however the owner has not updated the salon price menu and I was not aware until I was charged and looked back at my past receipts. My second negative comment would have to be of the other worker there. My usual go to person, Prima, was not scheduled to work so I went with someone else which was a mistake. After she threaded my eyebrows it felt as if I had carpet burn! Needless to say, I won't be experimenting with other people.

She spent more time on my brows than most people spend giving me a haircut, and walked me through where I needed to let them grow in and how to style them naturally. No hard sell on products, but I bought the two that she used. It is worth the extra money to let her do your brows instead of a regular 2 min wax job. She was very professional but also very friendly. I wish I lived closer so I could go back more often to see her. Edited to add: It was also much cleaner and more sanitary than most quick wax places. They work 6 days a week and are always consistent. They take the time to get to know their customers and they have a huge number of regulars. I don't even have to tell Tommy how I want my nails done. He already knows, and when I went through a phase where I wanted something different every time, Yen put her best creative foot forward and never let me down. The ladies that do the pedicures are all great and friendly. We have conversations about their families and ours. We discuss our vacations and plans. It's an open area with a spa-like atmosphere. There is a separate room for waxing and they have contemporary music playing, while the TVs show whatever talk show/news is currently on with subtitles so you know what's going on. I have zero intentions of going somewhere else for my manicures and pedicures. When you have a good place, you don't leave.
