I did run into the similar issue with the design of the bottle and the specific dye I was looking to buy. I didn't run into any issues with the staff. Customer service is good.

Did you know that there is black owned beauty supply store in the greater Houston area?…read more Located in a strip center with other business, so plenty of parking. I found this out after doing some research and discovered there are a few in and around the city. The sell all of the typical beauty supply store items, hair products, make up, earrings, wigs, hair, etc. I didn't get to look at everything since I was on a mission. I came here to buy some hair for a hair appointment. They do have synthetic and human hair for purchase. The human here believe was around $80 a bundle. A pretty penny, but a better option than synthetic. They also have a rewards program for points, that eventually offer you discounts on purchases. Belive they are open until 7p during the week. Always love continuing to support black owned business, wishing this small business well.

We drove out of the way to pick up what we needed because she had nothing but great things to say about her experiences finding items for herself. Glad we did--this place has alot of inventory and is spacious and very organized. Beauty Empire, although quite well known in the city with numerous ocations, just seems quite overhyped. My times going into any location leaves you feeling quite clausophobic. Plus, theyre usually not very friendly. This place was quite patient with out questions and showing us choices of closures to buy. I was quite satisfied with the cost and even more lucky to find a closure made by the same company as my hair! If you wear weave, you know that is a BIG DEAL! I didnt get a reward card (which is free). I gave my cash to my stylist who paid for the closure using her reward card for her to collect points since I dont live near the area at all. However, I would drive out of my way to buy products at this store because they have everything you can imagine. Take a drive by and see for yourself!

I'm assuming the floor manager gave me instructions on how to add chemical powder lightning powder to box dye I followed his instructions and the end result was the dye Got super hot and EXPLODED, I had to take it outside!!! I went to the store showed them the picture, talked to the person that sold the items to me and they refused to assist me with a simple replacement NOT REFUND, JUST WANTED A REPLACEMENT SINCE IVE ALREADY SPENT THE MONEY! I simply just wanted to get a redo on the dye not the amount lost on the lightning powder or anything. It was ultimately simply him deflecting on the instruction that He provided to me, and the end result caused. I spent over $100 ensuring to get all the products that were recommended to me during the process simply to be treated as if I'm just attention seeking I could've simply disputed the charge, but I assumed that I could go to the business and be handled amicably, but that was not the case. I certainly do not recommend going here. There are so many options in the area alone than to use a place that simply treats you as if you are of no value, but expect to receive revenue from your hard work and your earned income.
