The black lady reassured me that was the correct one, but with new and old labeling that's it. I agreed and purchased, however, I lately found out it wasn't the correct one. I was immediately greeted and offered assistance by the two young men at the counter. A big plus as customer service is very important to me! I was in the need for a leave conditioner. I found the know brands tgin, ORS, Aphogee with a variety of other brands. They have hair extensions, hair products, makeup, jewelry, small clothing rack. All the common stuff at a beauty store. My times going into any location leaves you feeling quite clausophobic. Plus, theyre usually not very friendly. This place was quite patient with out questions and showing us choices of closures to buy. I was quite satisfied with the cost and even more lucky to find a closure made by the same company as my hair! If you wear weave, you know that is a BIG DEAL! I didnt get a reward card (which is free). I gave my cash to my stylist who paid for the closure using her reward card for her to collect points since I dont live near the area at all. I went to the store showed them the picture, talked to the person that sold the items to me and they refused to assist me with a simple replacement NOT REFUND, JUST WANTED A REPLACEMENT SINCE IVE ALREADY SPENT THE MONEY! I simply just wanted to get a redo on the dye not the amount lost on the lightning powder or anything. It was ultimately simply him deflecting on the instruction that He provided to me, and the end result caused. I spent over $100 ensuring to get all the products that were recommended to me during the process simply to be treated as if I'm just attention seeking I could've simply disputed the charge, but I assumed that I could go to the business and be handled amicably, but that was not the case. I certainly do not recommend going here. There are so many options in the area alone than to use a place that simply treats you as if you are of no value, but expect to receive revenue from your hard work and your earned income.

They have a lot of the Shea Moisture soaps that you would find on Amazon.com. Also, they have wigs, shoes, earrings, lipgloss, hair grease, raw shea butter, and etc. The owner is pretty cool; He is an Asian guy looks young and he is nice too. He doesn't profile you as you walk in the store to shop around. He just minds his own business and when it is time for you to check out--he doesn't look at you funny or assume anything out of you.
