l love coming here the customer is excellent, they have everything I need this my rd time coming here

Amazing go to place! I called and asked about if they had what I was looking for. They did! A wig band! Not even 2 minutes of my time . Just in and out! read more

This is the only beauty supply in pearland so I only shop here if I absolutely have to but the owner is rude, the vibes are racist & the prices are the highest in all of Houston. This review isnt from one specific occasion this is how I feel every single time I visit. Just avoid it at all cost if you can. read more

Verrry cute & low prices. The cashiers were very nice too and helpful! Everything was organized and you could find WHATEVER you needed in a timely fashion. read more

I simply asked may I use my military I.d. For a discount(fire fighters, police, seniors get a discount so I thought I'd ask) the lady looked at me and said "I don't care about the military" By me serving that really bothered me but we're all entitled to feel how we do so here's my feeling for the business read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Young foreign girl is very rude. Upset I came to make a return after she charged me for two items when I only wanted one. A business should be ran on customer service, something this location does not embody. Don't waste your time, the ugly attendee was enough to ruin my entire experience. Worst beautify supple store, surprised it's located in an area like Pearland. read more

Simple easy in and out neighborhood beauty supply. It has all the essentials needed for your hair and give you a 10% discount if you pay cash read more

I wouldn't recommend going here. not even because the staff or customer service they are always helpful. simply because they don't have a wide variety and their prices are super high. i would recommend going to white fox or jolle bella3 beauty supply they have a much wider variety and lower prices read more

Very bad quality of the stuff and expensive, if something not work they don't change anything, the manager is very rude terrible never buy there please read more

Compared to other beauty supply stores. This place is fairly expensive not much of a big selection.

Don't bother. Customer service is awful. You're better off going to cvs. Lol. Again, DO NOT GO HERE!! Spend your money with business owners who appreciate your money and patronage. read more

I personally love this location - I always find whatever products I need here and haven't had any quality issues. I will say it seems to pack more and more 'stuff' in and it gets hard to move around the store. I usually always know exactly what I need, so I don't have to ask anyone - therefore no bad staff to report here. I keep going back when I'm in the area! read more

It's really bad when you go into supreme beauty and those little girls in the back helping you with the wigs have a really nasty attitude and you report it to the manager and she just says OK . Them OK after being a customer for over 10 years. I'll take my business elsewhere and spend my money elsewhere. Ok read more

The store does have a wide variety of black hair products however, I feel that the products are double the price of most stores. I'm sorry, but I refuse to help pay the high rent of the store through astronomically marking up the prices of products. read more

Great go to place for hair care needs. Excellent selection of hair, hair care products and accessories. Could expand a bit on the "higher end" products like Mizani and Keracare BUT still a great place to start with when looking for something hair related. I wouldn't count on being able to bring things back but that's usual urban beauty supply policies so go with a list and/or an open mind. Also have a minimum credit card transaction amount but it's usually easily met (I think it's $5). read more

This store has so...... many options. I can get all ov my hair care products in one place. It is clean, and organized. I have a daughter and they have a nice public restroom. Most hair stores dont offer that. read more

Supreme Beauty - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Pearland, Texas

Live in the area, so I frequently shop here. The store is clean, organized, with a moderate amount of items. Recently went natural, I purchased Shea Moisture and Carol Daughters products. Paid $16.99 for Shea Moisture shampoo, $16.99 for the conditioner and Carol's Daughter Leave-in conditioner for $19.99. Went to the local neighborhood walmart down the street and purchased the same items for $9.99 each, a $24 plus tax difference. Severely over priced. On a brighter note, they did allow me to return the products although they have a sign that all purchases are final. Not sure if that had anything to do with me purchasing the items that day or because I frequent the store. read more

Do not go here terrible customer service! I spent almost $100 and bought a product for $20 that I already had. I never opened it and went to exchange it with the receipt and they told me not exchanges, no refunds, etc. I will not go back I found other beauty supplies in the area with more items and have better customer service!!! read more

I purchased a product on 8/9/15 whereas the display was $10 higher than the price which was actually marked on the item. The employee in turn removed the price and diliberatly charged me the higher price of $129. Didn't realize the price difference until I had left the store. I will no longer patronize this location, especially knowing now that there was a 40% markup. I will order online from now on any future purchases. read more

I went to this beauty supply to purchase a moisturizer for my hair last night. I accidentally picked up the leave In conditioner instead. I took at back to exchange it today and I was rudely told that there were no exchanges on "chemicals" and all sales were final. So basically I spent 15.99 on a hair product that I cannot exchange and do not want. They do not have signs stating you cannot return these items or I wouldn't have purchased it. I will not be back! read more

Horrible customer service. Not friendly or helpful. They don't say anything to you to greet you.

Today I arrived at this store at 7:49...the sign on the door says that they close at 8:00. I needed one thing and knew exactly where it was. The girl was standing at the door and would not let me in, stating that they were closed. I told her it's not 8:00 yet and she said the woman behind the counter said they're closed. Another woman could be heard yelling "Didn't she say we're closed. I will NEVER patronize this store again. Good customer service goes a long way, someone should inform them of this. read more

Worst beauty supply and overpriced! The same shea moisture products I can buy at H-E-B next door for $10 they sale it for $20 almost double the price. I also noticed this with a lot of the other products that I typically buy other places the prices was double. I understand that it's a business but what a scam. read more

This place always has bad costumer service...There's a man in this store that always has an attitude and last time I came in I tried to buy TWO things that were supposedly 1$ each yet he charged me over $5 and when I told him it said they were $1 he gave me an attitude saying no they are 2.50 each.. I don't know if he either made up the price on the spot because he just didn't want me paying for something under a 5$ purchase or the items were miss priced...Either way I paid for the items and left feeling things could have been handled at least nicer.. I don't mind paying for the things I want and need but being rude to a costumer is never ok... Unfortunately I live near by and to me the options are plenty so I do shop here but is never a lovely experience.. You feel watched and if you ever have questions the employees are always looking bothered read more

I will NEVER visit this establishment again. While shopping for hair products, I was approached by a female employee who forcefully informed me that I could not open products to make sure I was purchasing the correct item. Since there is a strict no return policy, I wanted to make sure I purchased the correct item. I was not greeted or acknowledged upon entering the store but amazingly she appeared to let me know that. I immediately dropped my items and left the store. Shop with business owners who appreciate your business. Again, I will NEVER enter this business again! **Do not shop here** read more

Not sure if they are still connected to the Supreme Beauty on south main. Years ago, the store on south main was owed by a very nice lady. I believe she employed her kids at the south main location and eventually they opened this Pearland location. The lady and her children were very nice and seemed to treat customers with respect. The sales staff at the Pearland location could use some customer service training by those employees at the south main location. I encountered a rude employee over the telephone at the Pearland location and the exchange was not pleasant. For this reason, I will shop elsewhere. read more

My family and I are repeat shoppers for the products we need. We do our research before we go, so we know what we are seeking.

I will never come back to this place. They are rude and unhelpful. If you are looking for hair care products go somewhere else. There are much friendlier places that you can go and spend your money where they will actually assist you. read more

If I could give this place a negative one star I would. That is how I feel about this poor excuse of a business. This is my was my go-to place for all my beauty supply needs because it is the largest in the Pearland area. I typically spend 50-100 dollars every time I patron this business. But my last visit will be my last visit. I entered the location and I went straight to what I was looking for. I had my three well-behaved teenage children with me. I then had to the wig section trying on a wig. The first thing that happened was the young Asian worker asked me if I had a stocking cap. I did. I proceeded to try on one wig. I did not like it. I then asked my children to help me pick out a wig that they think would look good on me. We're conversing about wide and my style while same Asian worker watched us. I saw her standing there pretending to work but ask the while he eyes fixated on us. For the entire 15 minutes we were in the wig section she stood there watching us. I had enough. I continued the worker asking why was she watching us. I further explained to get that I frequent this business a lot and I've spent way too much money there to be treated like a criminal. She denied watching us...of course! And snickered when I became adamant being watched so hard. I was to the point that I was so annoyed that I left the $100 plus basket worth of items on thei floor as I proceeded out the door. This place is ridiculous! They do not not have good customer service and they stereotype anything that is of color coming into their store. I've seen this happen more than once there but this was the final time and I will not be returning back. The prices are almost doubled of any other beauty supply store I've shopped outside of Pearland. And to top it off they assume anyone black will steal. Shop at your own risk if you're of color! read more

Their customer service is awful. They won't give you prices over the phone because they change them based on who you are. She told me one price for some hair, and told my sister $40 more 2 hours later. Don't waste your time or energy. They sell you the cheap hair and act like its good hair. read more

SUPREME BEAUTY DON'T QUOTE PRICES OVER THE PHONE, BUT AMAZON PRIME DO ONLINE. Whenever I have the opportunity, I try to support local small business owners within my community. However, the treatment I received from Supreme Beauty made me turn to a big box on line. On the evening of 07/11/2018, I contacted them via phone to inquire about a WAHL 5 Star Cordless Shaver. Initially, the female associate that answered my call said they had the item in stock and gave the price on the replacement foil instead of the complete item. When I realized there was some miscommunication between us, I clarified myself by stating I need the entire shavers not the replacement foil. She then stated they had the item in stock as well. However, when I asked her the price on the item, she responded by saying, "WE DON'T QUOTE PRICES OVER THE PHONE." I kindly thank her and place an order with Amazon Prime. I'm certain, it's the cheaper rout. However, I never assumed otherwise when I initially called Supreme Beauty. I was willing to pay a little more provided I could receive the item that day. However my experience with them, motivated me to go cheaper and wait. read more

Horrible customer service! I agree with the filtered review. I went in to purchase a wig, and after trying on a few wigs, I was told that I could not try on anymore by the woman that runs the place. I have lost a lot of my hair due to health reasons, and this was the first time for me to shop for a wig. I would think that I should be able to try on any wig that I want, so I can find the one that suits me the best. I would think they would want the customer to be happy so they will come back and make more purchases. They lost my business, and I would suggest other people to not give their business unless you have to. They do not even deserve a one star rating. read more

Horrible service. The store associate literally followed me around the store , and never asked did I need help finding anything which leads me to believe she assumed I would steal . Very annoying and I won't be doing business there any longer. read more

I hate that this is the closest beauty supply to me in Pearland. I've been here on several occasions and the customer service is terrible...today will be the last time.1st of all why while I'm shopping there is always someone that works here following me around, but when I need help picking out a product I have the hardest time finding an employee to help?! I can buy this entire store, you don't have to worry about someone stealing a $2.99 lipgloss Smdh! Then today I'm asking the young female Asian employee about a color of hair and in the middle of me asking a question she answered her phone and proceeds to laugh and have a conversation with whoever is on the phone. I politely told her "thanks for your help" and walked away. Only then, did she decide to end her friendly phone call Smdh. Will not be back! They seriously need to work on customer service or CLOSE! read more

They are exceptionally mean and the items are over priced. Don't bother with this place

I went into Supreme Beauty today around 3:00 pm and left out appalled at the treatment that my family received during our shopping trip. I got up to the register and the male sales clerk asked me if I had placed down everything that I intended to purchased. I responded by saying yes and then he asked me where was the fingernails that he saw my 11 year old daughter pick up. She answered by telling him that she did pick them up to look at but decided not to purchase them so she put them down. He then preceeded to demand for my daughter to go get them so that he could be certain that she put them back. She told them that she didnt remember where she had placed them down and I also told him the same. Completly disregarding the fact that we both didnt know when they were placed down he asked my daughter repeatedely to go get the fingernails. After insulting my daughter and I over and over by insinuating that prehaps she had taken the fingernails I decided not to purchase anything. He got upset and tossed my bag of items that I had decided not to buy somewhere behind the counter. I felt discriminated against and I will not ever visit this store again. Who wants to shop at a store where you're watched and treated like a criminal? read more
