I went into this Bath & Body Works location for the first time the other day. They had some great specials going $13.95 for 3-wick candles that are usually $27.95, and the body mists were marked down pretty steeply as well. I found some lotions and mists that compliment some seasonal body scrubs and washes I recently bought really well. I came home with two of the candles, The Perfect Christmas and Lavender & Pine. They smell so good. My home is currently decorated for Fall but already smelling like holiday cheer. The workers were very helpful. There was a young lady with the most beautiful curly black hair that helped me pick out the scents to match my body washes and one of the cashiers was kind and patient with helping me sign up for their rewards program which allowed me to get an additional $10 off my total purchase. It's nice not having to go inside a mall to get to a B&BW. I'm sure I'll be stopping by fairly regularly to try out new scents and to replenish my current ones once they've run out. read more

The team at the Bath & Body Works at  Pearland Parkway is absolutely amazing. I shop at probably 8-9 Houston areas Bath & Body Works stores, and the Pearland Parkway location by far has the best team of employees. The team goes out of their way to assist you with shopping and making sure you find everything you need. As well, always asking if you enjoyed your purchases and ensuring you are happy with the products. If they don't have a product you are looking for, they will contact other stores to find it. If you are not happy with your purchase, they will offer something else to replace it. The staff goes out of their way to get to know you. There are even a few team members that know my taste based on past purchases and conversations, and they will bring products up to me and suggest them. The entire team here is really top notch and I wish I knew everyone's names, but an extra thank you for your great customer service to Daniela, DJ, Will, Jo Jo, and really the list goes on. Store-to-store, the products are mostly the same, but it is the people which make this store above the rest. I highly recommend this Bath & Body Works if you are in the area. Without saying, I also love the products and am a loyal customer. It's Halloween in August and they have a great holiday lineup of products. Enjoy! read more

My sister and I went and were having a good experience until we got to the counter to pay. When we approach the cashier my sister separates her stuff and takes it out (which were 2 wall flowers) and i had 2 candles and 4 wall flowers so she kept it in the basket. She then stares at my sister blankly , with a straight face and a tone she tells her to leave it in the basket but my sister was just trying to separate it . She was rude and kept staring at her blankly and only asked for her phone number. When i got to the counter to pay she was a lot nicer and asked for my phone number,email and more than she even told my sister. Im not one to leave reviews and i get it its customer service , it was probably a long night whatever but my sister was just separating her stuff from mine, she did not have to be rude. read more

I went there late at night but when I did the fragrances for the season has ended. My hands where a little bit red, when I ask if they had any body cream simples they said yes, had a simple of the cream on my hands feel so much better than they did before it smell amazing and magical. The ladies there where every helpful, sweet, kind and honest to help me out and to help me pick out the new fragrances that work for me including the fantastic team work with each other. I am impress by this teamwork. read more

If I could give zero star, I would. I went to the store on 11/16 to get the body wash that was on sale for 3.95 each, and the female associate (Asian, about 5'2", shoulder length dark hair) there informed me and other shoppers at that time that we cannot use our coupons from the mail because "it's already a good enough deal". I've been a loyal customer for 15 plus years and never has been told that I cannot use those hard copy coupons at the store. Needless to say, we left and i made the purchase at another store with my coupons! read more

This store is always organized and the ladies here are very helpful. Always willing to help. I have a love\hate relationship with this location. Why?
