Brows by Britney, Pearland, Texas I went to Britney based on her reviews, I found in many cases that are not always true. I had very little to no eyebrows. Britney and I talked and looked at pictures before she began. When I looked after she was done, my few eye brows were sticking out. The picture we agreed upon is not how the final product looks. Britney tried to blame it on the aftercare that I did. Then Covid hit and she was not able to do the follow up visit. Even then, my eyebrows looked hideous! When she was able to open again, I went back and told her I wanted the strokes that showed in the picture we looked at. Here's the RED FLAG- "We can only do so many strokes". In other words she did not know what she was doing as far as micro-blading someone with no eyebrows. Maybe her expertise is filling in people that have eyebrows. She said she would do them again, Buy that time if they had not been done right what was one more time. In the end I asked for 140.00 back the last amount I debited. Britney verbally agreed. I was told by "Her Godmother" Britney was on vacation. Then I was told Britney would call the bank to see why it was rejected, because she did not dispute it. I called the bank and they said "It was disputed". "Services as discussed". Then I was told it was in the mail. Another BS excuse and Britney does not practice integrity. I had little to no brows before visiting her and I'm very impressed on how she left mines. She gives you an after care paper which answers all your questions.
