My visit was refreshing. It felt great to be back in a nail salon after my 2 year hiatus. I went in for a Relax Pedicure and I can say my pedicurist Lisa went above and beyond. She immediately wrapped a warm neck weight around my neck before even asking what services I wanted. She threw roses and oranges in my water and later used oranges to scrub my legs and feet with the lavender scrub. I've never had a hot stone massage and was lowkey kind of nervous at first but it was quite the experience. Don't know if it's needed every visit, but definitely something worth treating yourself to at least once. I went in around 4pm and it was peaceful. No wait and I enjoy that. I have been going here since they opened and the work is....okay. It has never been consistently good. I have tried to like them but after this last manicure (see attached) I just can't anymore. I wanted a thin layer of clear (white) powder for my fill-in and as you can see from the picture, it wasn't done properly. And the coat of nail polish was put on near my cuticles very sloppy. It was rushed and I didn't appreciate feeling like I was in their way. Seriously, I have tried to be a loyal customer but after this, I won't return. They do pedicures nicely, which is why they get two stars. Update: well, I went there just for a pedicure and.....well, I'll attach a photo. Love getting my nails done here ! I always come here to get acrylic nails. I showed them a photo I found of nails I wanted to get and they did them way better than the inspiration photo I showed them ! Never had a bad experience and trust them when it comes to getting my nails done ! Also got a pedicure for the first time here and that was a amazing experience too ! They used fresh oranges and milk followed with hot stone massage ! So different and I love it !! Tina did my nail set and Le did my pedicure. Ask for Tina or Le when you come in !! read more

I went to get dip for my hands and a pedicure. The pedicure was okay...but the manicure was terrible. After the first attempt, I washed my hands and told the man that was doing my nails I was not happy with the result. There were scratches on my nails and I wasn't going to pay for that. He tells me "okay easy fix. I will fix it" The pictures below are the "fixed" nails. I sat at the salon for about an hour and a half. No lotion on my hands or a massage for my hands at all. As I went to pay, the man at the front asked to see my nails and immediately offered to fix it. My nails were sore and I had been cut in several places from the buffing. I was ready to get out. So I did decline a third attempt at getting it right. The place is really nice and clean but I recommend staying at your usual spot. *Note the crack on my thumb that I am confident my manicurist saw. I probably won't be back anytime soon. Don't get me wrong they're chill people and are willing to help and are nice. But I don't like how my nails came out that much, some are lumpy and it's not that much of the shape I wanted necessarily (coffin). From afar they're cute but if you closely observed in person it's average. I never got the water I asked for after she offered me a drink, I'm guessing she forgot that fast. And they had to switch the people who was doing my nails so yeah not for me unfortunately. read more

Prices are fair, but the place was too quiet. I could hear people's conversations from across the room. I had my pedicure done by Cindy and she was very nice and attentive until I told her I didn't like how thick my nails looked. She kept saying "next time they won't look like that"... next time?? I wanted them fixed before I left so she had someone else come and fix them. They looked fine after but it was just awkward to tell her I didn't like something and she brushed me off by saying it'll be better next time. I hate to be that person but if I'm paying more than $40 for a pedicure, it had been my first one in a few months, then I expect to get what I pay for.. otherwise everything was fine. They had lots of CND and OPI colors to choose from. read more

My aunt comes here all the time and recommended that me and my sister try it out. This place is great! Modern and big place and you get drinks while getting your nails done. They have TVs for you to watch and music playing. The staff here are really friendly. Can't say that a lot for nail places. read more

My nails fell off as soon as I picked up my cat cage to give my cat some of my amazing delicious 5 star dish such a tragedy!!!

I came out with 2 completely different eyebrows! One is super thin and the other is my normal shape eyebrow. It was my first time here and they didn't level a great impression. Everyone was nice so that's why I gave it 2 stars. Now I have to draw my eyebrows in for the next few weeks! read more

If I could select no stars I would . My mother , cousin and I went in for a pedicure and selected the pedicure package that had honey and milk with parafan wax for the feet. When my mother got her wax as soon as she dipped her feet in she said it was " Hot .. Ouch " and continued asking for her to take it off. And the lady ignored her request and pushed it on and kept massaging it. And my mom looked us for help that it was burning . At that point my cousin and I yelled for her to stop aggressively and that's when she finally stopped and took it off. We asked for the manager and she was working on another clients feet and about ten minutes later she came over . They rubbed this lotion on that helped with the burn. And we asked her to check the temp on the wax and told her that we all asked for her to stop and she wouldn't. She just apologized and said we can offer a "small discount ". Five dollars was what they offered for burning her foot and it was visibly burned and skin coming off. I always wondered why this shop had minimal foot traffic and empty. read more

Thought to try a new place because I am still trying to find the perfect nail tech. My daughter got the mini mani & pedi and that was great. Only reason this review is getting 2 stars. They did a great job with her, comforted her so she wouldn't be scared and did a cute design that to this day still talks about. Mine on the other hand, I asked for straight square nails. I like them with sharp edges. So the nail tech started to shape my nails after putting the powder on and she starts curving the edges!!! I said wait what are you doing??? I asked for straight square. And then she says, "oh when you do straight square they look fat and ugly".... first of all, no they don't and that's the way I want them, why would you shape my nails the way you do it? On top of that, they weren't even, some are curved and some weren't, some were longer than the other, I had to constantly tell her, hey this one isn't even you need to file this side more and if only I didn't have an appointment to go to right after, I would have asked to completely remove and redo but I didn't have time so I just took what I got and left. Definitely would not be coming back. First impression was a bad one. read more

Visited this place for the first time on Jan 16th with a friend for a pedi and it was awful. The guy didn't know what he was doing and was skipping steps and leaving products out. The Hot rocks were cold - ugh I should of stopped him when he cut me the first time. He was rough and cut me several times and cut my toe nail's in angle's and never filed them. Now I have infections on where he cut me & pull my skin off and I can't wear a shoe now - I mentioned all this to the guy up front when I paid and he kept offering to have the guy fix his mistakes and I refused. How can you fix missing skin and cut -- Never going back to place. Praying my infection dosent get worse. read more

The pedicures are the only reason this place even gets 1 star. I went in for a refill because the time before they insisted that I get solar and paint shellac over. So anyways, my refill this time looked absolutely terrible - super thick and very uneven. So after much convincing, I was able to get them to thin it out. So then he proceeds to paint the shellac on. This was a joke. It looked so unprofessional and was very uneven and clumpy in parts. At this point I had already been there over 2 hrs and was frustrated, so asked them to just take everything off. Well he kept telling me he was going to fix it and do this and that even though I kept saying I just want everything off, he wouldn't do it. So this is the best part -- they CHARGED ME! I had to pay for the shitty refill that I asked be taken off. I had to pay for a shellac manicure of clear polish even though I said I didn't want anything. And then I had to pay for my cuticle cut, which left me with 4 bleeding fingers. Oh and the $43 "fix" (that I didn't even ask for) still looks absolutely awful. Highly recommend going somewhere else where your money (and time) isn't wasted. read more

I wouldn't waste your time. While the establishment is really nice, they have to be using cheap acrylic. I went in on 5/18. Had a pedicure and refill with shellac on both feet and hands. With in the first couple days, had about 4 nails chip on the corner. I called on day 6 up to the nail shop and they told me to come in and they would "fix" for me. I went in, which was day 7. They started drilling off the shellac, she told me she needed to them off and give me a full set. After she started, she told me she'd give me a discount. I was mad. Had she told me a week previously, I would have gladly done that then, however she told me "next time you need to soak them off". Little did I think that would be a week later. So $50 on 5/18, 15% discount and $40 on 5/25 - $90 freaking dollars with in a week and guess what......nail has already chipped. Such a disappointment. Will NEVER be back and recommend you don't either! read more
