I've been here twice and had good service both times. I'm very happy with my nails but confused about their pricing. They don't have anything posted and it cost me the same for a refill as a new set. CAUTION - I went to have my eyebrows waxed. During the procedure I told the tech that whatever she was using was burning my skin. She said that she was applying a cooling gel. Approximately 30 minutes after I left the salon I happened to look in a mirror & saw that I had significant burns under my eyebrows & on my left eyelid. I went back to the salon to show them what happened & all they said was "I'm so sorry. Let me put some Neosporin on it." I turned around & walked out. Be cautious when going here!!!!! read more

I give it 1 star because this is the 3rd chance I've given this place hoping that they would get it right but shame on me this last time. I asked for a manicure and all they did was dip my hands in warm water and cut the cuticle with the cutter that's it...no pushing of the cuticles, no cleaning under my nail! I over heard someone say "are you going to push my cuticles" and the nail tech said "no we do that last" how can you do that last when my nail has been polished?? Worst nail job I ever got The lady cut my skin jabbed her nails under my under my nail she rushed me they took me the last minute even though I asked them they don't have to take me if they don't want to and then I paid in full and tipped her even though she didn't deserve it, I had to get back to fix them in the best way possible. Please don't mix up between nails club on Fairmont and Nurse club on the Pasadena the Spencer the Nails club for a month are amazing the one on at the Spencer are horrible read more

I love it here, everyone is always friendly and I've never had to wait long for a pedicure at all. Very reasonable prices too.

This is my favorite place to go to in Deer Park. The staff is always nice and friendly. I have never had an issue with any of the services I have received (mani, shellac, pedi, waxing (eyebrows & upper lip)). You just need to remember to be bring cash for tips, which is what they prefer. read more

Well, the first time I came to this place they left a crooked nail , really bad and she wasn't able to fix it this lady named Linda, and my second experience I said let me go back to try my pedicure, bad experience ever I called on the phone to see how much it was they said 20 when I come they try to charges me 25 and then to take off the little as thing that I had in shellac another 5 dls extra, to do white tip another 5 dls, and I think it's because I was the only person in there they try to take advance . The fact that they are open till 7:30 pm is extremely already earns 4 stars, gives nurses who can never find a nail salon finally open. They are very welcoming do not make you feel bad for coming in close to closing time. They don't rush the lady who did my pedicure was very precise looked great and felt great. The guy who did my nails so so average it did feel like he wanted to file away the nails I barely even had I told him once please don't file so much I'm surprised I walked out wit nails they he made the nail polish have spots it then he decided to add a third coat and it help a lot. I have been going here for 4 years now. I have never felt anything other than like family. They are so sweet. They always do my toes to the best of there abilities and they are very talented. They are amazing nail techs. They have cared enough to know my family and I name. Never have they ever been rude or disrespectful to anyone in this establishment. There bathrooms are always clean. The offer drinks. They also give free candy. They give free masks if you need one. They allow drinks of your own. But it is a no for food. Everything is always very clean never dirty. In words of Miss Hannigan "this place better shine like the top of the Chrysler building" and oh boy does it. You have to go yourself. read more

This is the first time I've tried this nail shop and I will never go again. They are very rude. I told the guy doing my toes that I wanted the basic pedicure and he kept pushing deluxe I polite refused and the the lady worker next us started pushing as well. I didn't like to be forced. Now I've been getting pedicures for 12 years and we all know the process when he was almost done and about to start painting I asked "doesn't the basic one had the cheese grader tool" he said no and once again the worker next to us got involved and both very rude about it well then both lady's on both side of me got the same pedicure and it was included. Needless to say the guy went to the back and came back with it and he was so upset I told him he didn't have to do but he trying to charge me $10 more for the same service isn't right. He did it, very upset but he did he even overly scrubbed where it cut my heel (worst feeling ever). Last but not least the massage was literally he rubbed up and down once on both legs and that was it he sent me about my day. Im not a cheap person so I'm not going to try to get free stuff but i will pay for what the service is. Customer service was horrible. I completely respected the employees and tipped well regardless of the situation but lesson learned NEVER AGAIN! I don't recommend this place at all. read more

Don't do it! I stopped here out of convenience and because I know a friend who goes here regularly and I frequently go to the Pasadena location on Fairmont and love it. The fact that there was no wait on a Saturday on prom weekend should have been a red flag...that and also that I now remember my friend showing me cuts on her feet from being scraped by their callous remover. They do try to push extra services on you, but that is expected at a nail salon. The services menu read on the front "cleanliness is our #1 priority...we use a SINGLE LINER...disposable" etc. There was no liner, the tools were definitely reused and probably not even sanitized as they were kept in a disorganized bucket next to the work station. No autoclave was in sight at least. I came in for a quick pedicure so I wasn't expecting anything fancy. The nail tech cut my nail way too short. Also on that subject, I'm not sure all of them are certified because there are no licenses hanging anywhere and it seemed their teenage son was doing pedicures. The one thing good I will say is that she used gloves...but I'm sure that was more for her protection...and the gloves may be reused because I never saw her throw them away. Back to the tools....the callous remover was literally a cheap cheese grater. It was not a cosmetic grade tool. Overall the nails turned out decent and everyone was friendly, but I will not be returning. Waiting to see what kind of fungal or bacterial infection I get from this place... read more

The staff is extremely friendly and I always loved going here. Unfortunately, the pedicure equipment was not properly sterilized and/or cleaned at all and I received an infection on my feet from going here because they used the pedicure equipment on one or more people and then me without sterilizing. read more

i have been coming here for 4 almost (if not) 5 years. when i first came, the service was great. everyone was nice and the work was good. afterwards, the service started to go downhill. the only reason why i continued to come back was because they did a great job on my eyebrows. after that, the staff's attitudes started to take a turn for the worst. they talk amongst each other, laugh, and scream so you cant relax while getting a pedicure. finally, my sister and i went to have a full set and a pedicure done. the staff was rude as soon as we walked in, and the young man doing my nails was very rough, and my hands are sore as well as my sisters. while getting my full set done, he cut two of my fingers to the point that they were bleeding, and got an attitude when i told him that the shape he was making on my nails wasn't right. the young lady doing my feet cut my cuticles (were bleeding), didn't use sterilized tools, and cut my toenails too short. my sister's big toe was cut, and is swollen and looks like it's going to become infected. they were very rude when we called to tell them and they kept hanging up in our faces. they have lost two loyal customers (and a lot of money). read more
