Please avoid this salon!!!!! I was chased all the way outside stating that I didn't pay and accused of trying to leave!!!!!!! In front of CLIENTS!!!! I came in yesterday asking for a french toe, I asked for deluxe pedi and the lady skipped steps (warm towels and wax) but I didn't say anything because I seen someone else was waiting on her, I still paid and even TIPPED HER!!!!!!! I am SO MAD. I am the least confrontational person so I called ahead of time asking if they could please fix a mistake from yesterday (the lady didn't refill my toe acrylic and left me like that). From the start she had an attitude, I tried to make conversation and she IGNORED ME! Once finished she said you're done and walked away all mad so I walked out and thanked the lady at the front. That's when she came outside to yell in my face. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

KC has to be the most talented nail tech I've ever come across! I paid $60 for this set and felt so good about it! I gave her an inspo pic of how I wanted my nails for my baby shower, and she did amazing! Kai is great as well! Such nice people!

My fav spot. I come all the way from baytown,tx for KY. His the best. He takes his time even during busy hours. The detail he puts in makes everything perfect. I just have to tell him what color I want and he takes care of me. As well for the rest of the team are great but definitely recommend KY!!! read more

I went here for a pedicure and left before it was finished. usually when you get a pedicure they clean your nails out and even everything before painting. That is not what happened here. no cuticle or nail cleaning. My nails were filed down and clipped and then she moved on with the lotion and then was about to paint over my toes. The point of a pedicure is to keep your nail beds clean and they helped non stop all here. DO NOT RECOMMEND read more

When looking for a new person it is very stressful because sometimes you see people have all these beautiful pictures and they are not authentic but I was able to find Kacie. I looked at her pictures and I requested her and she was not a disappointment she was very professional I love everything about how she did my nails and I would recommend her to anyone and the pedicure also was awesome read more

Went today around 11 and paid extra for the tropical pedicure. The lady started to rush when other people came in and didn't even let the wax harden on my feet. She left the wax on for about one minute. Then three hours later after my toes appeared to be dry I put on my house slippers and when I took them off all of my nail polish was smeared off. I'm not sure if the nail polish wasn't good anymore or what happened but after spending 75 for my daughter and I get to get our nails done I'm disappointed. read more

I decided after talking to some friends to get the dip powder because I have very thin nails and I work in an environment where I need to always look my best. $40 later I had a great set of nails and my nails didn't hurt like they usually do following acrylics. A nail cracked 2 days later and o finally managed to get back to the salon a week later and they didn't charge me to fix the nail and were super fast. This nail shop open long time ago, but I just took over and remodeled everything. Now it looks more clean, brighter, and prettier.

My first time getting a Milk Pedicure done at Memory Nails & Spa . I love it, my pedicure began with a warm Milk foot bath. My pedicurist used a organic sugar scrub to take of all my dead skin, massage with butter lotion and then apply collagen milk mask. It was extremely moisturizing and felt so nice. I came here on my birthday for a French tip manicure and pedicure (no acrylics) and still paid about $150 after my birthday discount. For that price, I expected excellent work. Instead, I left with white residue/stains on my nails and had to ask for several things to be fixed. I was already late for my birthday party and eventually stopped pointing things out because I felt they were rushing to get to other customers. When I went back about the white marks, I was told I could just wash my hands and that it would eventually come off. That wasn't the point, I came here so my nails would be perfect for my birthday that day, not so I'd have to fix them myself. To make matters worse, the very next day my French tip was already lifting. The pedicure was also disappointing. The leg massage lasted maybe a minute, there was no hot wax treatment, and the entire service felt rushed. I've paid almost half this much at other salons and received far better service and longer-lasting results. I don't mind paying premium prices when the quality matches, but this experience didn't. After three chances, I won't be returning. There are much better salons that offer better quality and value.

They charger extra for stuff she said places don't normally charge for. So at $105 for two sets of feet and one set of hands, I think this could have been made a better experience in the nail world if you get what I mean. There's other places on and around spencer hwy that they can much better for a tad cheaper.

Probably one of the best 12 min foot massages in life. My only "complaint" is the way my nails and toes did not match. The powder I selected was beautiful, but when she opened the jar, it was empty. I had to find a similar hue and it wasn't really what I wanted. Nor the nail shape of my refill. I asked for a round shape but not stilettos and the employee talked me I to keeping squoval. I'm not satisfied with this portion but I would still recommend giving new management a try and perhaps request the owner. She has an awesome showcase of talent.

SUPER rough, so rude, literally every nail was crooked and when she went to fix it my middle finger nail was way shorter than the rest. Someone else came to help and the other lady said "it's ok it will grow back", they were my natural nails. Less than 2 weeks and they are starting to chip (which never happens, I have been getting my nails done for years). The only reason I tried them was because they were on the BAHFL card (10% off) I will never go back there.
