they have a poor service quality, i went in asking for a design and showed them a picture before hand which multiple of the workers had told me they could do. then as my appointment continued my little sister got her nail ripped off and was in a good amount of pain. half way through my nails says she doesnt have any of the stuff for it but my nails were half way done and i had places to be so i missed everything i had to do that day and still my nails look terrible. so not happy. should have told me before hand if they weren't able to do them. read more

I stopped by this nail shop around noon and it was quite busy. There were some people waiting but it didn't take long to get to my turn. Look like the store just remodeled. I asked and the technician said they are under new management. Everything looks new and clean. New massage chairs and tools. With my working schedule, my nails polish usually couldn't stay for more than a week, but look like they passed the record. Still look nice and shine. Good service and very friendly. First time here, new to the area and had been searching for a good nail place, Sara was great I had excellent service check out the pic of my nails very happy with my experience she took her time.. on the other hand my daughters manipedi experience was terrible she was seen by some older lady with short puffy hair who cut her three times once on the toes and twice on the hands when we finally asked her to stop and to let Sara finish she literally got up was talking Vietnamese very loud and slammed down the nail polish can't believe her reaction. Way off my normal beaten path, I was in Deer Park for a birthday party and after a crummy morning, I decided to treat myself to a mani/pedi. Sometimes a girl likes the anonymity of not going to her regular haunt... Very good, standard mani/pedi. My nail tech (whose name I shamefully forgot to ask) did a fantastic job! I'm very picky about nail length and shape, and she actually listened to me when I said "Can you make them short? I like them very, very short." My only gripe is that the polish selection is limited. I'm admittedly a polish snob and the total lack of Essie and Zoya is a bit of a misstep for me. read more

I came here on my lunch break to remove and redo the nail polish on one hand that another salon had butchered on Monday. My technician was able to fix my nails in 10 minutes flat and they looked amazing. The reason they're getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because I called ahead and asked if I would be able to come in and get out in 30 minutes and they told me yes, they'd have a nail technician available. Then when I got there every technician was busy and I had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to finish up. Again though, once she was done with her other client my technician came straight to me, and when I explained to her that I had to get back to the office she fixed my nails in no time flat and they look GREAT! read more

First time I went it was great, I had Nancy. Second time my 10 year old daughter and I went it was horrible! We waited for about 40 minutes and our pedicures lasted 6 and 16 minutes (yes, I timed them). We both had shellac manicures and both started peeling the day after. I went here because i recently moved to Deer Park and its right around the corner. At first glance it seems OK, they offer you a drink and i didn't have to wait long. After my manicure only 2 days later it started chipping and the painted white of the french manicure, started turning the pinkish color of the pink acrylic underneath. i desperately need my nails fixed but the only place i trust is deep in Pearland. Hopefully i will find somewhere close by here soon, but i wont be going back here anytime soon. read more

I got a pedicure here today. When I got home, I noticed my foot had started to really hurt. I thought they had scrape to make skin off the front ball of my foot. After a closer inspection, I noticed there was a quarter-inch cut on my foot. I have been in a lot of pain today, and could barely walk. Hopefully in a day or two this skirt will heal up and not cost me any more pain. I will not return to this place. read more

None of the same people work here anymore, and the quality of people they do have working here is far below acceptable. Last time I went to get a pedicure and nails refilled, I left the shop crying from the amount of pain I was in. The nail tech repeatedly cut me with the file and even after I asked for another technician said "I'm sorry let me finish for you". I was bleeding on nearly every finger. I got there at 2:45 pm for a pedicure and shellac manicure. Pedi was okay. As far as the mani, I showed them a picture of an ombré nail color I wanted, I asked them if it was possible with shellac, several of the ladies said yes. So the first nail tech started my nails. She tried the ombré 3 different times on my pinky and even used different sponges to do it, but it didn't look good. I told her to go ahead and just do a solid color if it wasn't possible. She said another nail tech told her to do it a certain way and that it would work. She did ALL of my nails. They were horrible and bubbled up. The other nail tech came and took over. She took off all of the polish (this took another 40 minutes). I had and wanted them square and for some reason she decided she'd change it to round. I HATE round nails on me. I told her the same thing- go ahead and do a different color since she'd already stripped them so she didn't struggle with the ombré. Well the second nail tech did the same thing. She did ALL of my nails. The nails came out horrible, she tried to pass it off, but they were so bad I couldn't do it. She said she could do another color on top of the horrible ombré. And she did exactly that. And now they're like 5 layers thick, messy, lumpy and a hideous shape. It looks like my kid did them. I didn't get to leave until 5:30 ANDDDD they charged me for this garbage!! That's what really made me the most angry. I will NEVER go back. read more

So, Ive been coming here for 2 years now....today, I accidentally dropped a bottle of nail polish when handing to tech, it broke, so they charge me $10 for this....Really? I know for a fact that boss man didn't pay no $10 for that bottle of fingernail polish, but ur gonna charge me, the customer, more than what you paid for it??? I went to Dream Nails and Spa on 3/10/12 to get both a manicure and a pedicure the day before my cruise. They barely speak English and hardly talk to you. I wanted a french manicure, but was told i could not get one because one nail was too short. No problem, I opted for clear polish on my fingers and a coral color on my toes. The only thing I did after leaving the spa was drive to the airport to pick up some friends. By 9 pm many of the nails were peeling off. By the next morning, I had maybe 4 nails with polish left on it. We (18 of us) left for the cruise ship by 10 am, so there was no way I could call them to let them know what happened, they dont open until noon and i didnt have my cell phone (i am on vacation!) I had to get them redone on the ship. I had several people tell me it was because the polish was old. our cruise was from 3/11 - 3/18. A week later we returned home. I had some business of my own to take care of before i could go to Dream Nails. I went on 3/21/12 to talk to them and they told me i had to come tomorrow to talk to the owner. I went on 3/22 and asked for the owner. The man i had spoke to the previous day told me the owner wasnt there. So i stood there and when they realized i wasnt leaving, some girl came up and asked what was the problem. I told her what happened and she said that i should have come in the next day. Hello, what part of "i was on a cruise ship" did she not understand. Then she said i should have come in sooner. Again, what part of "I was on a cruise ship all week" did she not understand. She did not believe me that the polish was bad and coming off like onion skin. I told her that i had at least 12 witnesses that could verify it. She said her products are good and there was nothing she would do about it and that no one else complained. Well, apparently no one else has the balls to speak up when $25.00 goes down the drain. She never offered a " I'm sorry this happened and we'll look into it" or anything. I told her I've never had this happen before and i've used several nail salons around town, including them. I wasnt looking for a refund, i just wanted her to be aware of the incident. She got ugly and again told me i should have come in the next day. I told her I would never go in there again and i will make sure that people know that she uses cheap, outdated products. Be wary of old polish! read more
