We are almost 3 weeks out and about to need a refill so they have held up well. We walked in no wait which was great. The only complaint I have is there is no apparent price list that I could see. We paid $98 for two solar full sets and was charged extra for my daughters for length. When we left we put our hands together and our nails we the exact same length? I will be going back because there was nothing wrong with the service but would like to see a clear price description. I appreciate any business that contacts their customers and takes these issues seriously. Thank you Lalla's. I have been a loyal customer for over a year and I only come to Lala's but today will be my last. The tech who did my chrome full set manicure in the front was very rude. I am so nice to everyone and she just didn't want to be there. Bad attitude just because I was asking questions. I don't get my finger nails done often. She cut my cuticles twice and made me bleed, used a large and painful tip on the drill. She didn't apologize for making me bleed and then when my nail accidentally bumped the nail dryer she loudly said "UGH!" And Rolled her eyes. So embarrassing. I have never been treated this poorly by a nail tech. I was still nice enough to tip her but I shouldn't have. She has ruined this salon for me. I expect Lala's to hire much nicer people for the prices they charge. I'm so upset. The nails look okay I guess. I just wanted to hurry and leave. I specifically told both the host and the nail technician that I wanted my cuticles pushed way back and my nails cut very short. They said they would. Two days later, looking closely, the job just isn't good. My nails are still long on the sides, they snag on my bedsheets, and the cuticles barely look touched. For a $32 pedi (plus a 20% tip), that's disappointing. This was my first and last visit--I don't recommend this place.
