I've been coming here for about three months and I have been happy with the service until this last visit. My nails look great and my eye lashes pretty good. My problem is that each time I go the price for each service keeps getting higher and higher. They add a few dollars more each time. If that's how you treat a loyal customer then I'll go be loyal somewhere else. I've gotten my eyelashes done here the last three times. It's way more expensive than other places but I was giving it a go. I was charged $5 more because I add purple in. That has never happened at other lash services. Service is great, the ladies are sweet but I don't like getting taken advantage of. read more

I've been going here for a while but this time I have had a bad experience. Notice my foot was hurting after a couple hours from leaving the salon didn't pay no mind to it due to me working on my feet all day long. 2 days pass by and my foot just keeps hurting non stop this time I can't even walk to much without feeling like my foot is being split. Take a look and I have a cut from them scrubbing to hard the skin around it is raw and hurts to touch or walk. Not sure if I'll be going back again. read more

Came here to get my nails done for the first time after having my daughter. Tried to strategically feed her so she wouldn't be a hassle while i got my nails done, but of course she was fussy. I tried to keep her calm but was getting my nails and feet done so it was hard. The owner offered to hold her and walked her around the store while i got to relax! It was so thoughtful of her! First time here and I loved it. I got a sea salt scrub pedicure and full set. The lady took her time with my pedicure and didn't rush through the scrub and massage. When it comes to my hands, I tend to be picky. After he cut the tips, he held each finger side by side to make sure they were all the same length and did a BEAUTIFUL natural glitter gradient tip. Nice staff... They put me in a massage chair that was painful and no way to turn it off, It was also filthy when they set me down . The water was too hot in the beginning then they made it too cold Nail color way to thin, it looks horrible on me. My daughter's color on her nails started to chip the same night we got them done. I've been driving 15-20 miles to get my nails done here for over a year! I've never had an experience that I didn't love. I've never had a bad nail tech. Lily is the owner and is the sweetest lady I've ever met. She takes time to get to know all of "the regulars" names and frequently remembers your color. This nail salon has a great atmosphere and is usually fairly busy due to their exceptional work. I generally go on weekday afternoons as wait times are much shorter. Awful experience. I went in for a mani and pedi for graduation. First, I called to see if they were busy as I didn't have time to wait. She said no wait so I was there in under 5 minutes. Guess what... had to wait. My biggest complaint is that she botched my cuticles. First on my big toe and then on my second toe. Blood everywhere so she soaked in the water. When the bleeding wouldn't stop, she sprayed alcohol (ouch) multiple times. When the bleeding still didn't stop, she still used the stock bottom coat, color, and top coat (gross!). Thankfully for future customers I don't have communicable diseases and hopefully no one before me did. I declined the manicure because frankly I didn't trust her or the establishment anymore. When I went to pay, they wanted to charge me full price and i said no way! The manager tried the old alcohol on a tissue trick and it hurt again and still didn't help! They ended up giving me a measly $3 off. Posting pictures of my left foot 2 hours later. Then 2 days later. And n't right foot for comparison. Last night I couldn't sleep because my big left toe started throbbing. I probably have some sort of infection...DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I will definitely be reporting them to the health department. read more

Been using Couture Nails for almost two years now. . . Lily is the manager. She and her staff are always friendly, welcoming, professional, and do an excellent job. The salon is always clean AND neat. They have great ventilation (doesn't smell chemically like some other places), seating, lights, and music. Their pedicures cannot be beat. Great way to start summer sandal season! The one complaint I have is timeliness. On several occasions I have waited over an hour PAST my appointment time. That being said, I always have an appointment and I am picky about who does my fingers. . . but everyone have had for pedicures is amazing. My advice is to go in knowing you'll wait, don't be in a hurry, and enjoy your alone time. Don't get in a hurry. Or book first thing when they open! read more

My manicure was okay. As the technician was filing my nails she often nicked my skin and there are now a few sore places near my cuticles hat still hurt days later. I've been going here since Lily opened the shop after leaving Lovely Nails. It's the best nail shop around here and the only place that doesn't mess up my eyebrows. I will not go anywhere else. I like it better than the high end salons and spas around town. They don't rush you in and out like most places. They take their time and hands down give the best foot massage. The only thing I haven't tried here yet is the eye lash extensions. I'll try it one day! Even the facials are awesome!!! Everyone should give this place a try. If you're not satisfied with something, make sure to let Lily know. She will make sure you leave happy! I've even messed up my nails after leaving because of something stupid I did to mess them up, and Lily has fixed them at no charge to me. That's true customer service. She makes sure everyone is happy. She remembers your name after you've been in a couple of times, and she makes sure to tell you hi and see how you're doing. When anything is not exactly the way I want it (This has only happened one time.), they immediately fix it and do what it takes to make me happy. The kicker is that they do it with smiles on their faces. The customer service is impeccable. Lilly runs the place and does my manicures. She is amazing and takes her time to see that the job is done right. When I get pedicures, the technicians take their time and truly let me relax. Couture Nails gives the best pedicures in town. They stay pretty busy, so it's always good to call in advance to make an appointment. The music is good, and they will offer you a drink when you arrive. When I walked in at first it was so packed, then someone nicely greeted me and told me it would only be a couple of minutes and she asked for my name. I said I would be back in a couple minutes, then when I came back she still remembered my name and instantly sat me down. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did my nails almost exactly the same. It was my first time there, and it definitely won't be my last.
