I love it here! Everyone who works here is very nice. I have been recovering from shoulder surgery…read moreand they have been very gentle with me. I use regular nail polish, but it lasts a long time without chipping. They do excellent work. The atmosphere is very chill. It's nice to come here to unwind.

I came here on my birthday for a French tip manicure and pedicure (no acrylics) and still paid about $150 after my birthday discount. For that price, I expected excellent work. Instead, I left with white residue/stains on my nails and had to ask for several things to be fixed. I was already late for my birthday party and eventually stopped pointing things out because I felt they were rushing to get to other customers. When I went back about the white marks, I was told I could just wash my hands and that it would eventually come off. That wasn't the point, I came here so my nails would be perfect for my birthday that day, not so I'd have to fix them myself. To make matters worse, the very next day my French tip was already lifting. The pedicure was also disappointing. The leg massage lasted maybe a minute, there was no hot wax treatment, and the entire service felt rushed. I've paid almost half this much at other salons and received far better service and longer-lasting results. I don't mind paying premium prices when the quality matches, but this experience didn't. After three chances, I won't be returning. There are much better salons that offer better quality and value.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I'm hoping that this helps the next potential customer…read more I'm a first time customer to this nail salon and I heard great things about this place. I called to make an appointment and explained that I had builder gel on my nails and I wanted it removed. I wanted the builder gel off because it was lifting in certain spots and I generally get light colors and I didn't like the spots showing through. While making the appointment, I was never asked for my name, they said "ok, see you at 5:30!" I arrived around 5:15, 5:20. I was not greeted nor was I ever asked what my name was. I then again explained my wants another employee and she asked if I wanted a pedicure as well. I agreed to the gel pedicure and I was shown to the pedicure seat. A woman named Jenny, never introduced herself (there was a name on her equipment) starts going to town all while having a lollipop in her mouth. She never tried making small talk with me, but she was speaking in her native language with other employees. Every person that walked in, she'd turn around but never greeted them. She put the color on one nail and asked if I liked it and I said "as long as it covers the white spots, that's why I wanted them off". She swears that I didn't say that, but I know for a fact I did, because I had no problem telling the other 3 people that I had spoken to prior! She then proceeds to file off my builder gel and asked me to soak my nails in a small container filled with acetone. The container was smaller than a salsa bowl at a restaurant, and one on the containers had acetone with red flakes in there, as if it was already used or not clean. Once she had the base/foundation of my nails on, she asked how I wanted my French tip to look, at this point, I wanted to hurry up and get out of that place. I told her to leave my nails the way they were because it wasn't getting any better. By the end of the builder gel application, she cut my thumb by "filing" my nail (she used her drill under my nail, by my free edge). The pedicure, which I opted for the deluxe shellac, she "massaged" each leg for a solid 2 minutes. She tried to save the appointment by saying things like "that's a nice color" and "it looks so pretty" but it was too late! My first and last time ever stepping foot in this place. I still paid for whatever services were rendered, but I will have to go and get them fixed elsewhere.

We choose our colors, everything was moving smoothly until, I bent down to mention to my technician that I would like to add a color under the glitter because it was very see through, not like it looked like in the book. She ignored me, at this point she had already done one layer on my feet, my friend had to reach other and tell her tech that I wanted to add a color beneath the glitter... she seemed confused and was also ignoring her coworker. More people became involved and they seemed to have misunderstood and though she was painting the wrong color I said no, I just want a color underneath the glitter... well we went on right... well while we continued the paint job wasn't good so I again, asked her to add more color because I could still see my nail bed and she again, ignored me, and after that everything became very uncomfortable. I was upset, I'm sure she was upset, because other people kept having to explain to her what to do... well as she was filing my nails I felt as if I got cut. She was being rough with my feet. I don't usually flinch but I moved my feet in the moment. The massage soon after was painful too she was being very rough through out the whole thing. That's just to summarize what happened that day. Now it's Monday, 1/5 and I have an infection on my toe. It began to get red yesterday 1/4, and today I have pus and it's hard to walk. I hope whoever reads these contacts me and as for my friend, who was kind enough to pay for both of us, deserves a refund. Atleast for my part of the service.
