Great nail salon! MyLee was wonderful! She had a gentle touch on my pedicure and the polish was nice. I also had a manicure as well with no polish as I'm growing out from a bad set of dip nails done at another place that left fungus behind due to not having a good seal. The reason for losing one star; no offering of a drink when I came in. They do have discounts on select days for first responders, teachers and veterans :) that's a nice plus. I was seated in chair #3 and went to turn on the massage chair. Not impressed, not good pressure even at the highest setting. Whatever. The technician attending me showed me the pedi you're menu and I opted for the $35 dollar pedi package. The lady attending me was also attending the lady that followed behind me. Then she also got up mid pedicure to attend a client that was leaving. I was trying to relax and every time she got up to do something, she broke my zen. That was bit annoying. I was charged $53 for delux pedi ($35) and no polish mani ($18). It was ok, Location is close to home so just may go for polish change for convenience. Over all, ok experience. read more

Exceptional experience! Stpped for dinner next door at Athena's Corner and terrible weather. Asked our waitress if the place was any good and she showed us her nails. Looked great! She commented that they were way cheaper than her old place too. Gave it a try and it was terrific!! We did the vip volcano, their top of the line. It was only 58 each and had wax and hot stones. They took their time on the massage and it was great!!! Staff were friendly. Place is very clean. We usually go to Citris, but this was much more relaxed and low key. Not to mention cheaper! Very sad to leave this review as I don't like to leave negative reviews but this is the third time this has happened. They do a good job but on 3 occasions they have overbooked or they forget to put me down for an appointment. I drive over and I'm told I don't have an appointment or I have to wait over an hour. This is the 3rd time it's happened. I'm a loyal customer and I'm tired of feeling like I need to call the morning of to make sure someone did their job w scheduling the appointment. I have referred a lot of ppl here. Hopefully management will call me and be compensated. I will be going elsewhere from now on. read more

Sadly, I must give this new Nail Salon a 2 Star review. Why? Because the service and attention to detail was horrible. I was so excited to try this very nice and new Nail Salon in Seabrook. Only to be disappointed and shocked at how unfriendly and cavalier the staff was to me. When I walked in, I was not greeted at all. Just asked how can I be helped. I said that I would like Pedi. Then the lady motioned for me to go back towards the Foot Spas. I picked my color and showed my Nail Tech a pic of what design I would like on my toes. To my surprise, this Lady barely spoke English. I could tell she was asking the other technicians to help her understand. That did not bother me too much but then she goes on to give me a sloppy pedicure and can't seem to get the water temp right. Finally, when she finished my pedi, she asked me to stay in the chair and let my toes dry. I did. Then I start noticing the lacquer was bubble up and I Also noticed a few flakes of skin just hanging out around my cuticles. While I'm observing my pedi, the Nail Tech went back up to the front to begin a mani and just left me there hanging for a while. When she came back around to me, I pointed out the sloppy work and the bubble polish. This is when she got out more tools to shape and clean up the area. SMH. This is a first. I was really disappointed. $40 Pedi that I could've done better my damn self. Too bad. Hopefully their service and public friendliness gets better. read more

I came here during a weekend trip to Houston for my best friend's wedding and had a blast. It's near the Kemah/Seabrook area and the shellac manicure and pedicure lasted about 2-3 weeks. The staff were very responsive and they were able to accommodate me and a friend right away Saturday around 11 am. Will definitely go back next time I am in town! read more

But no one acknowledged my wait. At 5:42 I left. Sad - because Cindy there is the BEST. But they don't know basic customer service. Someone should have been keeping me informed. read more

Went in to get dip nails removed, instead of filing or soaking they ripped them off. It hurt while she was doing it and it still hurts now. My nails are ruined. I have never had dip removed before so didn't know the normal way to remove them. Salon was not busy when I came in so there was no reason to be in a rush. read more

They were pleasant and quick. We waited a few minutes while various employees came in but were worked on pretty quick. The service was straightforward and to the point. Not a lot of fluff. No extras offered. No massage really, but that's ok given I wasn't looking for a lot of impact. She even worked hard to give me the art design I requested. If I could leave 0 stars I would. My girlfriend and I both went in for full sets and both our ladies kept getting up and doing other things while doing our nails. There was no attention to details. My girlfriends nails are all sorts of sizes and shapes when she only asked for a almond shape. We were on a time crunch but if we weren't we would've complained in person and had them redo her nails. Mine didn't come out that bad but I had to make my nail lady redo a nail for being extremely crooked which she did a good job redoing and was very nice about it. I have been going here for several years. Looking at some of the poor reviews, I think that they are talking about the OLD Creative Nails which is by Arlan's. This is Creative Nails II which is by Don Julio's. It isn't old and you have pedicures in spa chairs. I always drop in and often bring my 93 year old mother for a basic manicure. I get the shellac and it lasts about 3 weeks- I have always been happy with them and they are reasonably priced too! read more

Do not go to this nail salon. They are way overpriced and they don't even do a job that is worth any amount of money for the pain they cause. I wasn't going to leave a review but now I feel it's necessary. After receiving a horrible shellac manicure I called to come in for them to fix. (I couldn't get it fixed the same day because I had dinner plans) I had the same lady and she was telling me the reason they looked bad was because the color was dark? and that I needed to pick a new color or get a refund. So I asked for my refund and instead of getting all of my refund I only got half. she was very rude and talking about me to the other nail techs as they were all staring at me. I went in to give this place another chance hoping she would be apologetic and fix the sloppyness but instead was very rude and insisted on a different color. She was rushing my manicure and pedicure (which was about 5 mins long) and that's why they looked like crap. I went to Tuscan Nail Spa on 96 and saw Wendy who did an amazing job! It wasn't the dark color it was the lady rushing and wanting to be done! Same color and no issues. I won't be back but please don't waste your time and money here. Been going here for years on end. Love the owner she has her stuff together. They do a good job for their prices.

I used my husbands account for google, but I am currently sitting in a chair for a pedicure and I sat down at 1:15 for it and now it's 1:30 and she's done. Thanks for my 15 minute pedicure. I haven't had one in over a year cause I have two children in diapers and haven't had the time to. I used to get them once a month for ten years so I know they last longer. She cleaned my toes and cut them in less than on minute and then spent only 3 minutes massaging each foot and leg. I'm done and both ladies that were here getting theirs done before me are still getting massages. She didn't care and just rushed through. This was supposed to be relaxing to me and give me some time to sit back, close my eyes and enjoy the experience. It was over so quickly who could. read more

Don't waste your time and money. I got there at 6:15 and was there until 8pm and my nails were crooked and messed up. The lady (Jennifer), after she had already painted one hand, said that the color was too light and she would have to do a third coat. I said okay, however this meant that the paint would be too thick and would not dry properly. The next morning my nail's paint began to dent and move. Not only did the paint look terrible and she blamed this on the color being "too light" but really the color was old and water and needed replacing. She also did not touch up around my cuticles so the paint looked trashy. When she finished applying my acrylics she asked me to pay so i gave her my card. She rudely asked if I was tipping on the card and how much instead of letting me sign the credit card slip. While I was having my nails dried Jennifer left for the day. Today I went back to have my nails fixed, and Jennifer said she would charge me although it was her mistake. I did not know that there was a problem with that color, and did not know it would not dry properly. She did. There is a sign hung saying fixes may be made within 24 hours and I was not paying. She then refused to help me and had another person redo my nails- this person was nice and did them well for free. Overall terrible experience. The nails are cheap for a reason. Go somewhere else and pay for quality. It's $30 for acrylics but with tipped the first time $5, then tipped the second lady today $5, it came out to $40. Save your time and money. read more

After being gone from the neighborhood for 8 years, I walked into Creative Nails II and the owner remembered my name! My mani/ pedi lasts at least 10 days and the total is $40 w/tip. The original location was in the Arlans shopping center, but the owner sold that one and created this one: Creative Nail II in the center with Don Julio's. THIS IS THE SALON YOU WANT! I am new to TX, and I had yelped a few nail salons prior to "choosing" this one. However I was very disappointed in my spa pedicure. Very poor job. Which wasn't too pricey itself. When I went to pay she charged me an extra $4, when I asked why, she said "because you have gel on your toes for me to take off"---- I'm sorry but isn't that apart of the package?? I will not be returning. Not because of the $4, because she failed to mention that it would be an addition charge for that as she was doing it.
