They gave us bottles of water, and the massage chairs were great. You know how disappointing it is when you spring for a pedi with all the extras, but they just rush through everything? Priced just right! I came here on a Sunday because I was in dire need for a full set. I did a search in the area and this place was 1 of maybe 10 in a 5 mile radius. My co-worker mentioned that she went here, which is the reason I choose them. I showed up at 10:50 a.m. They open at 11. As soon as someone showed up, I walked in and asked if I could be seen that day. She said, sure. Have a seat. They only had 1 morning appointment. I guess I should first mention that I travel for a living and it's always a must to find a good salon for mani/pedi wherever I go. Of everywhere I been, If I had only one word to describe this salon, "amazing" wouldn't begin to do it justice. Upon entering I was immediately relaxed by the beautiful instrumental music playing softly in the background. I was welcomed by every employee and shown to my chair for a pedicure. The lady offered me a drink and explained the different pedicures available. I chose the $30 deluxe service to include sea salt, hot wax, hot stones, and hot towels. Although, there are options available at $20, and $25 also. The pedicure technician was very kind and attentive. Absolutely the BEST pedicure to be had! As for the manicure, I'm of the same opinion as the other yelpers, Andy is fantastic! He takes such pride in his work and the satisfaction of his customers. Very good at what he does and extremely kind while doing it! His multitasking skills are something to be appreciated too, his ability to care for multiple guests at once while giving each of them wonderful service is something to be witnessed! I was helped by a third employee for an eyebrow wax, which simply completed the sublime experience at Madison Nails. Wonderful job and she listened very well to my specification as to what I wanted. I first started going to Madison Nails in the summer of 2014 when we first moved to the Houston area. Andy, his wife, and their entire staff are always friendly and helpful. I went to a few other salons for a month or so recently and found they were a little more expensive and lacking something. That something is Andy! They recently got all new pedicure chairs and they are AWESOME! I promise you they will please you whether it is for solar, gel or manicure! I don't have my nails done often, but when I do.... I go all out :-) photo is 2 weeks post manicure. I'm hard on my hands and this isn't even shellac! This is just regular nail polish! I'm super impressed with this manicure. They were nice and very good at what they do. My only issue is that I would bring my own tools next time. (Nail clippers, buffer block, nail file, cuticle nippers) she was super careful and didn't nick me at all, but accidents happen, and if I ever were to get just a tiny bit poked, I'd rather it be with my own tools, and not with nail clippers and nippers straight out of a drawer. This place is scary. I really think a health inspection should be done. I sat in the chair long enough for the tech to take my polish off and I had to say nevermind. 1. The place is NOT clean, should have left as soon as I walked in. But wanted to see what all the reviews were about. 2. Limited colors and most were all empty 3. The lady who was doing my pedicure didn't even introduce herself, she just rudely started grabbing my feet, I was shocked when she got the dremal out and started using it on my cuticles, she hurt me twice and she finally put it down. Nothing came out of a package or an autoclave, she was grabbing instruments out of a tin can!!!! That's when I said Nevermind. This is where infections start, from lack of sanitation and cleanliness. Go somewhere else. I came straight to my regular salon where the wait is long and it's always busy but that's okay. I'd rather wait then risk getting an infection or fungus. If you are new looking for a salon I have lived for over 10yrs and I would recommend Nails 1st or Citris nail salon. I go to both of these, clean and friendly staff. read more

My experience to help anyone: I made an appt on a Saturday at 4pm for pedi & full set. Loved my pedi and great paint job! I had someone different for my new nail set and was not happy with the way it turned out but it didn't seem like she cared to fix them (messy paint, acrylic all over skin) so I left and thought maybe it just wasn't my new nail place since I just moved here - onto the next! But after 3 days my nails were already lifting and I was pretty upset. I called and spoke to Andie who fit me in that evening & fixed all of my nails with a perfect paint job! He was so friendly and polite and didn't charge me. I'm in love with his work & will definitely be back! This isn't the nail salon with wine & 10 busy nail techs running around but more slow, relaxed and low volume music. It was certainly great the second time I went! Madison nails does a good job on nails but they definitely need work on their customer service. I paid for a French tip acrylic manicure. She told me to go wash my hands when I came back she had already moved onto someone else. She didn't even put lotion on my hands and she talked on her phone the entire time. Finally after waiting for 30 minutes with my feet in the water to get a pedicure the same lady who did my nails is doing my toes. Again she stayed on the phone the entire time and instead of rubbing my legs and feet like I paid for all she did was rub my toes. First time customer, and I am not really impressed and will not be returning. I read the reviews about Andy being the best, and unfortunately I was not able to have my nails done by him. Typically, my shellac mani will last me two weeks before I get a single chip or peeling. Unfortunately I saw peeling after only 2 days and had chips after only three days...wow! The shellac used on my French tip looked like it was watered down and goopy, not smooth and silky as it should be. The woman who did my service also didn't even leave each hand under the lamp for a full 60 seconds as you're supposed to. The only reason I visited was because most salons close @5 on Sunday and when I looked up this salon they said that they closed at 7, which ended up being incorrect. I recently had twins and my feet have been severely neglected and she got all the dead skin and relieved the pain of ingrown toe nails all without any pain in the process.
