I initially wanted to come to this nail spa since it was close to the area I was in and they had decent reviews... However, when I got there it was closed. The OPEN sign was on and the lights were on as well but I knocked and no reply. I called the spa's number on Apple Maps and a man picked up and said they were closed for renovation... So just make sure you call before you go because no notice was provided. read more

I was visiting from out of town and had some free time to kill. I checked yelp for nail salons in the area and this one popped up. I stopped in and it was quiet for a Saturday afternoon. The gentleman behind the counter was so kind and got me set up on their new pedicure chair. The woman doing my pedicure was so sweet. It was by far the best pedicure I've had in a really long time. I'll be back when I'm visiting Texas. read more

We had planned to get pedicures back home in Oklahoma but it didn't work as planned. So I got on Yelp and requested quotes for pedicures in the League City area. Nail spa responded very quickly and got us in an hour later. My mom and I both got the Milk and Honey pedicures with gel polish. They did a wonderful job and were very nice. I came in today to have my nails fixed that was NOT done by them. ( i went somewhere else that just didn't do a good job..) They were a bit busy but i had no problem waiting and they were very attentive with me during that period while tending to the costumers that arrived before me! I've been going to this salon for a couple of years now, and I'm always very happy with the services I receive. The salon is clean and tastefully decorated. The wait is remarkably short, even without a reservation, though reservations are appreciated. Phuong is a master of his craft. I trust him enough to let him experiment on my nails, and I'm always pleasantly surprised! Kim, who does my pedicures, is always sweet and friendly, and has strong hands for great massages! I'm writing this as I'm here for the 3rd or 4th time since moving to the area. Frankie has done my nails and toes every time and he does a beautiful job! He knows what square square means for the ladies like me! Regardless whether I'm getting my refill or new set or pedicure I get in and out quickly with good service for a reasonable price! They've made some updates inside the salon and it's really nice and relaxing! They offer me a drink when I get a pedicure, not sure if that includes a mimosa because I always say no but I'll check on that for yall! Anyways if this is your area, definitely give this spot a try and ask for Frankie! read more

This is my 2nd time at Nail Spa Expose. It is a very calm environment which I appreciate after a stressful day at work. Frankie does the best french manicure! What stands out is that he doesn't question my request to add tips and cut them really short. I do this to prevent me from picking my skin. A lot of other salons will question this request which I'm already insecure about, so I appreciate that Frankie just does my nails the way I want. Excellent customer service. read more

I visited on NYE evening and was able to get service right away. I was offered an drink upon me sitting down. I had to ask for wine due to the young girl only offering me water, coke or sprite. I wasn't pleased at all. I noticed a few imperfections and the nail tech seemed agitated when I made him aware. I with hard fie my money abs u nor able to give money away if I'm not pleased. After having my nail fix three times, I just gave up. Instead of taking money off they gave he a $5 off coupon for my next visit. I told them I won't be needing this. I get my nails done often and I know how I like my nails. I wouldn't recommend this nail salon due to my experience. read more

First time customer, and will not be returning. Do not recommend. Got a new full set, and my nails are uneven thicknesses & inconsistent in shape. They are also lumpy, not smooth. I would have asked them to be fixed, however I had already had them fixed once after initial tips were put on, and honestly didn't want to try and explain why I was unhappy again. The technician also seemed irritated while having to fix the first time & blamed Initial issue on tips ... which ended up being removed and replaced. She kept saying that I should "tell her sooner" if I don't like something ... as if everything is very easy to see while they're actually working on your hands. Also had my toenails polished, and that polish is a mess. read more

I'm always skeptical of going to new nail places. But me and my aunt came here to get our nails done for my birthday and I could not be happier with how they came out!! I got nude to white ombré fake nails(dip powder), medium length and for them shaped(coffin/tapered square) and a pedicure. Nails were $50 for me. Kevin did both for me and he was so nice and helped me choose. He was confident in his skill and sure he could replicate the way picture I showed him on Pinterest of how I wanted my nails done. He did great! The man that did my aunts nails was great as well but we didn't get his name(Franky?). Definitely recommend! Thank you!!! read more

I have had spine and back surgery and needed to get a pedicure. I want to thank Frank for his professionalism and his kind concern for my comfort. You see I could not sit in the special chairs for the pedicure. Frank sat on the floor and did the pedicure for me while I sat in a hard back chair. I can't say enough great things about this place. Frankie is absolutely amazing. Quality nails, toes, and eyebrows are done here. I've been coming here going on 5 years now and will continue to do so. The place has a nice ambiance, super clean, and newly updated/remodeled too. All the Vibes! I called to make an appointment and explained that I had builder gel on my nails and I wanted it removed. I wanted the builder gel off because it was lifting in certain spots and I generally get light colors and I didn't like the spots showing through. While making the appointment, I was never asked for my name, they said "ok, see you at 5:30!" I arrived around 5:15, 5:20. I was not greeted nor was I ever asked what my name was. I then again explained my wants another employee and she asked if I wanted a pedicure as well. I agreed to the gel pedicure and I was shown to the pedicure seat. A woman named Jenny, never introduced herself (there was a name on her equipment) starts going to town all while having a lollipop in her mouth. She never tried making small talk with me, but she was speaking in her native language with other employees. Every person that walked in, she'd turn around but never greeted them. She put the color on one nail and asked if I liked it and I said "as long as it covers the white spots, that's why I wanted them off". She swears that I didn't say that, but I know for a fact I did, because I had no problem telling the other 3 people that I had spoken to prior! She then proceeds to file off my builder gel and asked me to soak my nails in a small container filled with acetone. The container was smaller than a salsa bowl at a restaurant, and one on the containers had acetone with red flakes in there, as if it was already used or not clean. Once she had the base/foundation of my nails on, she asked how I wanted my French tip to look, at this point, I wanted to hurry up and get out of that place. I told her to leave my nails the way they were because it wasn't getting any better. By the end of the builder gel application, she cut my thumb by "filing" my nail (she used her drill under my nail, by my free edge). The pedicure, which I opted for the deluxe shellac, she "massaged" each leg for a solid 2 minutes. She tried to save the appointment by saying things like "that's a nice color" and "it looks so pretty" but it was too late! My first and last time ever stepping foot in this place. I still paid for whatever services were rendered, but I will have to go and get them fixed elsewhere.
