Stopped in on a whim, and I'm so glad I did! Frankie took amazing care of me, and I honestly don't think my nails have ever looked this perfect. He was incredibly kind, detail-oriented, and took his time to make sure every single nail was flawless. It's rare to find someone who truly takes pride in their work, and it shows. Absolutely love this place. The pedicures are excellent. I've been using Kim for3+ years. Recently they updated the entire place & also got new massage chairs that are great, everything looks awesome & the prices stayed the same, which are excellent. You will love Nail Spa Expose!

I came in today to have my nails fixed that was NOT done by them. ( i went somewhere else that just didn't do a good job..) They were a bit busy but i had no problem waiting and they were very attentive with me during that period while tending to the costumers that arrived before me! I asked for a design and polish change and have most definitely found my new go to salon. I'm so so so happy with the way my nails and toes turned out. THANK YOU nail spa expose!! The wait is remarkably short, even without a reservation, though reservations are appreciated. Phuong is a master of his craft. I trust him enough to let him experiment on my nails, and I'm always pleasantly surprised! Kim, who does my pedicures, is always sweet and friendly, and has strong hands for great massages! I've never left here disappointed! Would highly recommend this establishment.

Now more nails have started to chip and peel away; I am just extremely disappointed.

April 8, 2026 Live in Galveston but was at the Mazda dealership close by and needed a pedicure. Very nice, clean salon, and RR. The salon chairs are a bit too cumbersome for me. It was hard to get comfy and have good posture at the same time, so I couldn't. My low back wasn't flush against the back of the chair and I tried many different positions. For me sitting with a straight back is what I need. (when you have chronic low back pain the poofy cushion chair wasn't for me) but other than that, it was a nice experience. read more

I initially wanted to come to this nail spa since it was close to the area I was in and they had decent reviews... However, when I got there it was closed. The OPEN sign was on and the lights were on as well but I knocked and no reply. I called the spa's number on Apple Maps and a man picked up and said they were closed for renovation... So just make sure you call before you go because no notice was provided. read more

I was visiting from out of town and had some free time to kill. I checked yelp for nail salons in the area and this one popped up. I stopped in and it was quiet for a Saturday afternoon. The gentleman behind the counter was so kind and got me set up on their new pedicure chair. The woman doing my pedicure was so sweet. It was by far the best pedicure I've had in a really long time. I'll be back when I'm visiting Texas. read more

My nail tech was amazing, so good I was falling asleep lol. Very clean, music was perfect level, smelled AMAZING. Pedicure chairs looked so comfy, but nail tech desk and chair was very comfy too. We had planned to get pedicures back home in Oklahoma but it didn't work as planned. So I got on Yelp and requested quotes for pedicures in the League City area. Nail spa responded very quickly and got us in an hour later. My mom and I both got the Milk and Honey pedicures with gel polish. They did a wonderful job and were very nice. I'm writing this as I'm here for the 3rd or 4th time since moving to the area. Frankie has done my nails and toes every time and he does a beautiful job! He knows what square square means for the ladies like me! Regardless whether I'm getting my refill or new set or pedicure I get in and out quickly with good service for a reasonable price! They've made some updates inside the salon and it's really nice and relaxing! They offer me a drink when I get a pedicure, not sure if that includes a mimosa because I always say no but I'll check on that for yall! Anyways if this is your area, definitely give this spot a try and ask for Frankie! read more

This is my 2nd time at Nail Spa Expose. It is a very calm environment which I appreciate after a stressful day at work. Frankie does the best french manicure! What stands out is that he doesn't question my request to add tips and cut them really short. I do this to prevent me from picking my skin. A lot of other salons will question this request which I'm already insecure about, so I appreciate that Frankie just does my nails the way I want. Excellent customer service. read more

Probably the worst service I've ever received. The guy who did my nails was sweet but i honestly don't think he knows how to do dip powder or anyone in that establishment knows how to. My nails look absolutely terrible. For $50 I should not be getting nails that look like this. They also did not offer me anything to drink or put lotion on my hands like other places do. Just save your money and go to milanos or somewhere else . I'm seriously so upset because now I have to go pay money somewhere else that can fix them. Update. I did not ask them to put more layers on my nails. It was actually quite the opposite, I told them to file my nails down because they were too thick. The only time I told him to add more to my ring finger nail was because there was a spot on my nail that had NO dip powder and I told him to fix it. I still tipped $5 after the terrible job they did so I think that's pretty generous when in reality I should've walked out of there without paying. I always get dip powder on my natural nails, that is no excuse to do a poor job. Just save yourselves and do not go here please ! They also left my cuticles super sore from the filing process. The skin around my nails still hurts. This place is a little ghetto and I didn't know better because I'm new to this side of town. However, I will find somewhere else to go to. read more

I visited on NYE evening and was able to get service right away. I was offered an drink upon me sitting down. I had to ask for wine due to the young girl only offering me water, coke or sprite. I wasn't pleased at all. I noticed a few imperfections and the nail tech seemed agitated when I made him aware. I with hard fie my money abs u nor able to give money away if I'm not pleased. After having my nail fix three times, I just gave up. Instead of taking money off they gave he a $5 off coupon for my next visit. I told them I won't be needing this. I get my nails done often and I know how I like my nails. I wouldn't recommend this nail salon due to my experience. read more

The nail tech was tired! She was. You could tell she was wore out. Exhausted. My pedicure was horrible. If you ever go get your feet done and they use tools laying in a basket. NOT sterile run. This is that place. She went to the back to get a sterile tool. Not in a bag and most likely the same tool. My pedicure stated it would be around 80 min. It was in done in 50. I had to go home and file my heels. They use a very fine file and barely go over any rough spots. For almost 90 dollars i want dead skin all over the towel like most places. She spent very little time on my cuticles. The entire thing was extremely rushed and WAY over priced. I can go to a local shop and pay 60 bucks and get shellac. Not reg polish. My husband's pedicure was the exact same. He didn't get started til 15 min after me due to the tech being busy but finished the same time. His heels were not done. He wears boots and works in the heat. His heels should be smooth. This was sad and i will never go back. I have money on my gift card and i plan on gifting it.

But today, I went in for a fresh set, and they were closed for renovations, so I decided to try their sister store in Webster. Honestly, I wish I hadn't bothered. I walked in, showed them a picture of what I wanted, and explained it. To my knowledge, she understood but she had an attitude the whole time. It felt like she was rushing because she wanted to go home, even though I came in two and a half hours before closing. She was supposed to put dip powder on, but instead, she started applying shellac to my natural nails. I told her I didn't want to see my natural nail underneath, and she got really angry, saying I was wasting her time and changing my mind. I explained that all I wanted was for my nails to look like the picture; I wasn't changing my mind at all. Eventually, the receptionist had to step in because the nail tech was being completely unprofessional. The receptionist was super nice and understanding, and really sticking up for me. In the end, the nail tech refused to do my nails, saying she was done and wanted to go home, claiming they couldn't do what I was asking because they didn't have it. The receptionist corrected her, saying they did have it; I just didn't want it see-through. When the receptionist told her they had what I was asking for, she went and picked a color that was nowhere near what I wanted, almost like she was mocking me. I felt really uncomfortable by the end of it, and honestly, that's not the kind of experience you want when you're spending over $100 on nails, especially when they're trying to do something completely different from what I asked for. Then the tech got rude with the receptionist, telling her to take $10 off my total and that I'd have to come back another day, even though I told her I couldn't because of work. The receptionist didn't charge me, and I left with nothing on my nails. Honestly, the whole experience was just completely frustrating and unacceptable! I will not be going back. I asked for her name, and she refused to give it to me. She even went as far as telling the receptionist to do my nails as she refused it. It was just a really disappointing experience overall, and I can't believe how unprofessional she was. If I could give them lower than a 1 star, I definitely would. The only thing that saved this place was the receptionist. I walked in with white tips, asked for strawberry nails, and the last photo shows how I left--no design, just took off my set and made me leave with only my natural nail).

First time customer, and will not be returning. Do not recommend. Got a new full set, and my nails are uneven thicknesses & inconsistent in shape. They are also lumpy, not smooth. I would have asked them to be fixed, however I had already had them fixed once after initial tips were put on, and honestly didn't want to try and explain why I was unhappy again. The technician also seemed irritated while having to fix the first time & blamed Initial issue on tips ... which ended up being removed and replaced. She kept saying that I should "tell her sooner" if I don't like something ... as if everything is very easy to see while they're actually working on your hands. Also had my toenails polished, and that polish is a mess. read more

I'm always skeptical of going to new nail places. But me and my aunt came here to get our nails done for my birthday and I could not be happier with how they came out!! I got nude to white ombré fake nails(dip powder), medium length and for them shaped(coffin/tapered square) and a pedicure. Nails were $50 for me. Kevin did both for me and he was so nice and helped me choose. He was confident in his skill and sure he could replicate the way picture I showed him on Pinterest of how I wanted my nails done. I have had spine and back surgery and needed to get a pedicure. I want to thank Frank for his professionalism and his kind concern for my comfort. You see I could not sit in the special chairs for the pedicure. Frank sat on the floor and did the pedicure for me while I sat in a hard back chair.
