Came in for a last minute pedicure after work before the week began. Staff is super friendly & very accommodating. Customer service on point & refreshing to see. Sun kissed pedicure felt amazing with the massage, hot stone, paraffin wax. Complimentary drinks was a bonus. Would 10/10 recommend. Found my new favorite place! Sue & Danny were great and so sweet. Will be coming back for a full set asap!!!

If I could give this place 100 stars I would I absolutely love this place. This was my first time getting hard gel on my nails( also the only place I know in Houston that does hard gel) and I also have a broken nail and the nail tech who serviced me still made it work! I got the orange and hot stone pedicure. My toes look amazing and my skin is so soft. Sophia the tech who was on my toes also gave me a neck massage and I did not want to leave. If I could have stayed all day I would have. Thank you ladies for such an amazing experience.

Got the greatest help possible made me feel so welcome as a woman. Got a beautiful nail set by ms.vicky and i believe the owner im not sure didn't catch her name she was amazing answered all my questions and provided every detail as well as everyone there they had big smiles , laughs and the decor was breathtaking pretty . I have been going to Colour Nail for a while now. They are always consistent, very friendly and willing to do whatever to make sure you are happy with their services. However, lately there have been a lot "discussions" between the technicians and what sounds like some pretty heated arguments between them. As a customer I really don't like to hear it and its getting harder to ignore it. True, I cannot understand what the discussions/arguments are about because they are speaking in a language I do not know (which I find to be rude in the base case), but the volume of the discussions/arguments is getting quite disturbing. With all that being said, they really are the best in the business so I guess I'll just have to grin and bear it. I just think management needs to be aware of how this affects their customers. read more

If I could give this place 100 stars I would I absolutely love this place. Came here again after I was taken so well care of last year (I don't live in the area but have family here). I love the customer service here so much! I had Vivian for a pedicure. I had complained to my friend about a headache I had earlier, and Vivian heard and asked if I'd like my head massaged. It's really the little things I love about this place. I arrived as a walk in and paid cash for a pedicure. I told the person I wanted the refresher- the $27 pedicure and ended up being charged $42 instead. I'm very unhappy that he ripped me off. I will never go back. read more

I left a 5 star review months ago when Mimi was there. I have gone back about 6 times, and no longer recommend this place. One, they don't clean their tools for any type of service. Two, they're WAY over priced, like $80 for SHORT nude nails, with no type of design is ridiculous. Scam is an understatement. When I start questioning the price they wanna hush me right away and offer $10 off next service. Not ok. Only old ladies who don't realize they're getting scammed go here. Sorry not sorry. read more

This was my first visit and my last. The pedicure was nice and my toenails look good. I picked a $40 pedicure. I brought my own polish because I like a certain color, and you never know what they might have. Everything was great until I went to pay. I was told it would be an extra 15 dollars because the polish was gel. Mind you I was not informed of that when I sat down to get the pedicure. The person behind the counter took $5 off, but I will not return because of their dishonesty!! read more

I went to Colour Nail Lounge for the first time yesterday. I honestly loved their service. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in and they offered something to drink. They have water, sprite, coke, red and white wine and sangria. I can't remember the lady's name but she was super talkative and made sure that I liked the color of my nails and how they looked in general. Moved here last June! Have tried so many places in an an effort to find "my nail place." Well...FINALLY! Finally found a place where the gel lasts more than one week and the quality of the work was amazing. Sophie did my gel manicure and I absolutely love it! Then I returned one week later for a pedicure to see if that was the same quality and it did not disappoint! My only regret is I forgot to get the name of the girl who did my pedi, it was wonderful... She did a great job! And it does indeed help that the establishment is clean, they are following Covid protocols with handwashing and mask wearing. They have definitely gained a loyal customer! read more

This place is not very hygienic, seems like they just got the place and barely tried to up keep it. There were nail sheds on the chairs, and hair on the pillows. Not to mention, the chairs even seem to be old and falling apart. Wouldn't recommend read more

You can tell the owners are trying really hard to turn this into one, if not the best, nail salons in town. The owner and his family are super friendly and they do a great job at reasonable prices. They go out of your way to make you feel at home. It is being remodeled, but you can tell that it is going to be an investment. The only reason I am giving it less than five stars is because it took them forever to buff my friends nail and she had to show her tech it was uneven. But if you have the time and patience, definitely try this place. read more

Meet the Business Owner: Eric and myhanh Z.

Eric has been doing nails since 2005 and has helped several nail techs get established in the nail business, he has worked from New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas. Myhanh has been in the business since 2006 and has since advanced herself to doing some really top of the line nails with attention to details.

This is that place. She went to the back to get a sterile tool. Not in a bag and most likely the same tool. My pedicure stated it would be around 80 min. It was in done in 50. I had to go home and file my heels. They use a very fine file and barely go over any rough spots. For almost 90 dollars i want dead skin all over the towel like most places. She spent very little time on my cuticles. The entire thing was extremely rushed and WAY over priced. I can go to a local shop and pay 60 bucks and get shellac. Not reg polish. My husband's pedicure was the exact same. He didn't get started til 15 min after me due to the tech being busy but finished the same time. His heels were not done. He wears boots and works in the heat. His heels should be smooth. This was sad and i will never go back. I have money on my gift card and i plan on gifting it.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! as many of these reviews warn READ REVIEWS BEFORE! i was last minute needing to get my toes done on sunday september 8th and they were the only salon in that area open that early so I gave them the benefit of the doubt that theyd be able to take me. i got there around 8:05ish i parked and there was only two cars outside and the door said OPEN, i walk up and their door is locked, i tapped on the door window and nothing. I saw you had to make an appointment online so whatever I go and make an appointment for 8:15am and i thought it was weird they had you put ur card info in (FIRST RED FLAG) but did it anyways bc i was desperate to get my toes done for my birthday. i shortly after got a confirmation text for my appointment and then walked to the door and waited and NOTHING. i got back in my car and called another 4 times and nothing. after about 45 minutes of them not answering their phone calls (which i called both numbers they had listed on their site, leaving 2 voicemails, and getting in and out my car i left. later that night i noticed they charged my card for $437.77 which is absurd as i never once saw anybody in the establishment and a service was never provided. please be aware of places like these!!!

Unfortunately, due to what appeared to be an issue with the online scheduling system, I wasn't able to see my usual technician today and was assigned to someone else. Since I wasn't with my regular tech, I even simplified the design I originally wanted. The only change I requested was to switch the blue glitter in the inspiration photo to pink glitter. When my nails were finished, they looked nothing like the reference photo. I didn't want to embarrass anyone or make a scene, so I paid, tipped, and tried to convince myself I'd be happy with them. What made the experience even more confusing was that I was charged more than I normally pay with my regular technician--even though I usually get much more detailed nail art than I did this time. After I got home, my children encouraged me to go back because they could tell I wasn't happy. They reminded me that I paid for something that simply wasn't what I had asked for. I returned as politely as I could, hoping the nails could be corrected. From that moment on, the atmosphere completely changed. I felt unwelcome for speaking up. The technician became rough while working on my nails, wasn't kind in her interactions with me, and spoke about me while I was sitting there. It made an already uncomfortable situation feel even worse. I never intended to insult anyone or make anyone feel bad. I simply wanted the nails I had paid for, or at least something much closer to the inspiration photo. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed, uncomfortable, and honestly questioning whether I should return to a salon I've loved for over a year. I'm sharing this because I genuinely care about Honey Nail Lounge. One disappointing experience doesn't erase all the wonderful appointments I've had there, but the way my concerns were handled was far more upsetting than the nails themselves. I truly hope customer feedback can be received with kindness, because loyal clients should never feel uncomfortable for respectfully asking for a correction.

I feel appreciated and pampered, and my nails always look amazing! Check out their pedicure "menu" when you come. I have tried something new each time and have never been disappointed. This nail salon used to be called La Rosa but it is now under new management and changed the name. They have a very friendly staff but the owner with the tattoos is kind of scary.
