WORST nail experience of my life. They tried to charge me 80 for these nails. Every nail was a different shape and before I left I asked them to please fix the black showing on the sides and the black spot you see in the pic, I was told that I was too picky, giving her a headache and to go somewhere else next time. Just got my nails done today 12/26/15 at 9am. After getting my gel nails done, and waiting for the rest of my party to be done, I was looking for my phone all over the store. After searching on the app find my friends, we located my phone through the the find my iPhone app. As we set off a sound, we located my phone in my nail ladies desk drawer!!! She played it off as our phones look alike, which they didn't, and her phone was right next to mine. She never apologized and just shrugged it off. So warning: keep an eye on your phone at all times. This place is horrible. My son, grandson & I went for mani/pedi's the morning of my son's wedding. They quoted me one price (child) then when it was time to pay, they refused to give me the childs price. My grandson is 9, their cut off is 11 yrs old. If that's all that's bad about this place it'd be ok, but it's not all that's bad about this place. HORRIBLE job...all three women! They didn't even trim our toenails or fingernails. But of course I didn't notice until we got back to the house bc we had been so busy having fun together while we were getting them done. The paint job on me was also horrible. It was such a waste of money. If you live in Kemah or just visiting...keep driving past this place...or you will regret it. read more

This place was great. I needed a last minute manicure and pedicure. They squeezed me and a did an amazing job. Their pricing is pretty cheap (from Chicago pricing at least). A pedicure is $22 but I would recommend upgrading to the deluxe for $38 (which is what I did). They were very friendly and kind. Also, the massage chairs are amazing! I will definitely use their services my next trip to visit my in-laws. read more

I have been to this nail salon 4-5 times. Each time has been unsatisfactory. I am a licensed cosmetologist so I know the proper way things are supposed to me done including the sanitation. normally just get a polish change because my feet are in pretty good shape . Every time I've gotten my toes painted here they have NEVER used a new file, or sanitized tools(clippers, files, cuticle cutter) About a month ago I went in and decided to do the pedicure instead and that was a mistake. She cut into the corner of my nails( HUGE NO NO ) causing my toes to hurt and when my nail grew back they were becoming ingrown. Well, I decided today to just go back for a polish change.. should be just a simple take off the polish I had and repaint. The lady who was doing my toes kept messing up on my big toe so she yells for another girl from the back to come do it. So she sits down and starts working on it. She messes up and then tries to fix it. She walks away and comes back and said "are you ready to leave?" Trying to rush me out. No one was waiting to be brought back so I'm not sure what the rush was. The paint looks awful, its uneven and edges aren't clean. I was never offered a drink or anything. This is hands (and feet) down the best place to get a manicure or peticure. I've been coming here for almost two years. They go above and beyond to make sure you are pleased with your service. The staff are all super sweet and friendly, prices are reasonable, and the experience is awesome. They help with ingrown nails, and are patient when I can't decide on a color. I've even dozed off in one of the peticure chairs and they didn't bother to wake me (since I'm a regular, they know I only come in when I have time and am not in a rush). read more

Racist foreigners! Okay...so this is not how I rate companies usually and I typically give everyone a chance to do the right thing.... But, I called for a nail appointment at 8:30am, on 5/8 that morning to sit one on one with someone who can do my nails and pedi. Practicing social distancing, I wanted to try a new salon because my salon will not open until next week. They scheduled me to come in at 1:00pm today, I get here at 12:45pm a little early just because I knew the salons were going to be packed. Two white females walk in behind me, they had 1:00 appointments, the front desk lady said to me I would be next. I'm sitting and sitting, 50 mins, and they ask the to two white females to go sit in a chair and soak. Blank stare... I'm thinking what in the racist hell is going on. I stand up and say, excuse me, I was here before both of them and I had an appointment. Is there a reason for them being seated before me? The lady speaks in her foreign language and then points to the two white females and says she was next, of course referring to me. I'm still sitting here to two white females are soaking and offered wine. My husband walks in because he has a 1:30 and they didn't even identify that he was a paying customer. People of color, if you wanted to be treated fairly you don't want to go there. I know for me and my family, our money spends like those two white women and it goes a whole lot further. Worst pedi I have ever had. I have dry feet because I wear sandals all the time. The girl did not remove the dead skin from my heal and she did not message my feet and legs like advertised in the pedi description. I will not be going back! read more
