I've patronized this place twice for simple pedicures because it is really close to my home, and SH 146 is still a mess. And, for the most part, I'm glad I did. PT Nail is located in a lower end strip mall, as in it's older with (cheaper) rent. It's the type of strip mall where you can shop at a dollar store, by cheap cell service or even replenish your vape collection. This place fits the bill of such a shopping center ... collapsible side trays with plenty of wear and tear; lighting that feels florescent; and nary an offer of a mimosa. And that's mostly fine with me. Though I have received excellent pedicures on both visits -- at a great price -- I was a little disappointed on my first visit when I had to wait about 30 minutes because the pedicurist was on a break, despite that the sign on the door indicates that walk-ins are welcome. I called the second time to ensure that someone was available, and all went quickly and smoothly upon my arrival. Again, both pedicures were basic and really good, and I plan to return. read more

Stopped in because my regular nail lady is out of town and it looks like I'll be going here for now on. She did such an amazing job and cleaned up my nails better than I've ever had anybody else do before. The other place usually leaves me having to kind of pick off acrylic around my nails and she really made sure to clean them up! 10/10!! read more

I walked in at 5:38. The nail tech only had 3 people. Two getting a pedicure and one getting her nails done. She asked how may I help you? I told her full set, then she says she's busy....ummmm you close at 7 and you said you're busy? Not only that, but why would you ask me how may I help you? When you know you're "busy". I have gone here on and off since 1998. They are fairly priced and over the years, I have come to know some of the ladies very well, then they move on. When I want over-priced nails done with ambiance and watered down mimosas, I go to Citrus Nails. When I have an ingrown nail and want someone who knows what they are doing for a reasonable price--I go to PT. read more

Used to be my absolute favorite place until two incidents: 1) I paid with a credit card and didn't get a slip to sign, I thought it was weird because I went there every two weeks and always tipped on the slip. When I checked my bank account I noticed the charge was 2$ over what they said they were going to charge me. Which was stupid all the way around because they would have gotten 5$ from me. 2) I drove 30 minutes after work to arrive at 6pm so there would be enough time (1 hour) to soak off my current nails and get a full set. When I arrived the woman at the front desk said they closed at 6:30 when the sign said 7:00 and refused to see me. I will never come here again and I'll tell anyone who will listen about my experiences there. I gave this shop the benefit of the doubt and was deeply disappointed. read more

I get my nails done here and they do a great job. I had recently went somewhere else because they were busy, needless to say I hurried back to PT Nail to have them fix the horrible job I got at the other salon. Never doing that again. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want to get your nails done. First the lady that did my nails was very mean to me. Second most of the time she wasn't paying attention and cut me twice to where I was bleeding. Third she cut so deep down into my nail when shaving them down that for week my nails hurt also after they fell off there were cuts in all of my nails and half of my pinky nails fell off literally half of my nail fell off bc she cut to deep and the rest of them are starting to do the same. If you want I have picture Proof that half of my nail is gone. Last my nails turn out horrible. Would not recommend going here at all! read more

Before I came into this salon I had called ahead and asked if there was a wait in which they had said no and told me to come right away. Once I got there they said they just had a bunch of people walk in all of the sudden, even though they should have been expecting me. I came back an hour later like they suggested and then they told me another 25 minutes. While I'm waiting a customer all of the sudden wants to get her eyebrows done so they let her go ahead of me.
