Before you leave they ask to make a future appointment for you if you are someone who does regular appointment this is handy, they will call and remind you before the appointment as well. I had to give up after the fourth strip and end the session because it seemed as if she was intentionally trying to hurt me. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a service that should automatically require extra care. I hope no one ever has to experience what I went through. This was unacceptable, even for Baytown and further proof why you can't use any business in the area.

I was very comfortable while getting my lashes done. What I was not expecting was the lack of quality and way they do lash "extensions". I say "extensions" because I'm not entirely sure what you would call them. The ladies apply clusters of lashes under the lash line, these clusters are the typical lash clusters you use for individual lash applications, the only difference being the glue might be more potent? Because as per the lady that did my lashes- these only last about a week, two if you are "extremely careful". I was not at all impressed with the service, but it might've been because I was expecting Eyelash Extensions not clusters under my lashes with stronger glue... save to say- you get what you pay for ladies.
