Stopped in for a badly needed fill. It was about 2:30 pm (Thursday) and it seemed to be a great time. It wasn't busy so I sat right down and got started. Staff were nice, but were chatting amongst themselves since business was slow. My tech was very quick and meticulous. He didn't miss a beat! One of my best fills yet! I was in and out in no time! Which was perfect for me as I was in between errands. Why the 4 stars? Firstly, The place seems relatively new (3-10 years?) but it looks dated. It's more of a personal preference. I like to feel that "spa like feel". That was lacking here. Secondly, the only thing I didn't care much for was that usually after all of the drilling and filing they oil your hands and you wash. That wasn't done here. My hands were lightly brushed off and the top coat was applied. It had 0 effect on the outcome of my nails. They look great, but my fingers and hands felt grimy and dirty. I so badly just wanted to wash them- and did so immediately after I left! Overall, I had a nice experience and the great work performed will make me return. Acrylic fill. $18 plus tip.

Love this place. Staff is friendly and kind. Very well maintained and clean.

I love this place. Staff is kind and courteous. The area is well maintained. I've been here a few times. During busy hours it's a rush. I recommend best days to be here on slow days. Of course just like any other business setting. Today I arrived at 7:03pm for a lip wax because I googled their hours. As I arrived they were closed but the doors were still open. I asked for service and the lady had just left. Luckily one nail tech went out running to call the lady speaking in her language to come back in. Lol She came back and took care of the lip wax. As my daughter came back out - keep in mind we only wanted lip wax. - my daughters virgin eyebrows were WAXED! Her beautiful full eyebrows waxed. I didn't know how to react. Amazed of how beautiful they still look and how on "fleek" they are or mad, P.O. because she didn't listen or what.... I told the lady it's ok, she will regrown them. But the more I think about it the more I get mad now. Lol I'll update the review in a month after they grow back out ....if they do. For now 4 stars.

I'm not usually one to complain because I understand everyone is human and mistakes happen, but this was by far the worst service I've ever received here. I initially requested my usual tech Mimi but more recently she has been staying busy and have had a few different techs these last few time. My pedicure tech started off well, and the foot massage in the beginning was honestly the only positive part of the experience. After that, things quickly went downhill. She would reposition my foot herself, then somehow end up pushing it and blame me for "moving," even when I wasn't moving at all. At one point, she kept readjusting my foot and lightly slapping it while saying, "No move," which felt rude and uncomfortable. While clipping my nails, she repeatedly tried wiping the clippers on the towel under my feet, but in doing so, she poked/stabbed my feet several times. Thankfully, she didn't fully break the skin, but it was still painful and concerning. When it came time to paint my toes, I watched her smudge the polish herself, yet she again blamed me for moving. I asked if she could fix it, which she did, but then she dropped the polish brush onto my pants and leg, leaving polish on both unknowingly to me, ensuring me that it was not on my skin or pants. She also smudged the same toe again during dropping the brushed, proceeded to look right at it, tapped my foot, and smiled without properly correcting it. The final part that really upset me was the massage. I had paid for a 5-minute massage, but she did it dry without using any lotion. When I asked if she would be using lotion like in my previous appointments, she simply said, "No, no worry." It was extremely tense and uncomfortable -- honestly the least relaxing massage I've ever had. To make matters worse, she started the massage around XX:50, realized around XX:51 that she hadn't set the timer, and then changed it from 5 minutes down to only 1 minute and 30 seconds, ending around XX:53. At that point, I was so frustrated and uncomfortable that I just wanted to leave. I had somewhere to be afterward, which is why I got the pedicure in the first place, and once I left (changed clothing) my friend noticed there was still a very noticeable spot of dried polish on my leg from when the tech dropped the brush. I was honestly embarrassed and extremely disappointed. This is the first time I've ever felt the need to leave a complaint about any service. I've always enjoyed coming here, which makes this even more disappointing. I truly hope management addresses this, because the level of care and professionalism I experienced today was unacceptable. I wasn't even able to get the tech's name.

However, the tech that did my nails when I showed her a piece of rough skin under my feet smaller than a mustard seed wear my Birkenstocks rub and she frowned up then I showed her the back of the heel and she frowned up again. I'm like lady you're in the wrong business and I still tipped her just rude, she didn't refuse my tip. Then she put me in the nail dryer and never saw her again. I believe I had this name confused with Plush Nails, however where do you go in Baytown without having to drive into the city. The nerve of these ungrateful people liking they're doing me a favor. The atmosphere It's mediocre. Thanks for letting me know that you didn't appreciate my business.

It all started when I came in later in the evening, around 6:30 and they close at 7:30 however, they willingly let me have a mani/pedi. I'd hoped I wasn't going to keep them late, but they gave me THE MOST EXCELLENT service I've had. The gentleman was just that -gentle and paid extreme attention to detail, but he was still rather swift. -Perfect! Then they put me in the wonderful massage chair that spawned an instant relaxing rest of my evening... better than most. So now, I've got the pedicure happening while the manicurist finishes the last touches. They worked well in tandem as a team, taking care not to mess up the polish on my nails. Almost spontaneously, the gentleman finished with my gel polish and handed it off to the lady as soon as she was finished caring for each of my toes. Let me not skip how wonderfully she took care on this pedicure. This gracious lady did more to each toe than I've ever seen. On top of that, I got a tremendous warm stone massage. My experience was one of the best and albeit I live out of state, I'll be back to see them upon my return. Thank you!

I got a pedi and dip powder nails and my fiancé got a pedi. We were both very satisfied with the pedicures. The technicians were nice and professional, and the pedicures turned out great. The dip power nails are very well done. The only small negative was that they did not put oil on my cuticles after the dip was applied so my hands were very dry. Other than that, the nails look great! The only suggestion I have for this salon is that they provide a break room for their employees or at least have them take their breaks in a different room than where customers are getting service. There were two pedicure rooms - one with a bunch of chairs and another smaller one across from it with just 7 chairs which is where we were placed. By about half way through our pedis, 4 of the 7 chairs were occupied by employees on break all talking very loudly. I have absolutely no problem with the fact that they were on break just that they were slightly disrupting to our experience. If the salon had just set us in the other pedi room which had plenty of open chairs then the employees could have used that smaller room for their break. This was a very small inconvenience so I don't think it was worth docking a star from the review. Just wanted to provide the feedback for the business.

I didn't have to wait long before being shown to a chair...probably took longer to explain to the tech what I wanted due to the language barrier. I chose a shellac manicure and a basic pedicure, immediately two techs began working on me. The lady doing my pedi tried to convince me to upgrade to a "better" (aka more expensive) choice and seemed disappointed when I didn't comply. I wonder why she cares what I selected? Are they pressured to hard sell the clients? I can't say that my service was rushed, but I definitely didn't feel like they took their time with me either. I must point out that I really don't enjoy having my nails done while getting a pedi...it's a lot of work holding my arm at a weird angle for so long! But that's just me and other places do that too, so maybe it's the norm. I was happy with how my nails look considering the powered dip I got from another salon tore my nails up! But I still paid almost $60 (including tip) even with a gift card! Too pricey and a little hurried service is why I'm rating this place only 3 stars.
