I've been coming here for more than 10 years. Great service, very clean and Jenny, Tiffany and Nan are the best!

I love this salon. The manicurists are polite and all of them do a fantastic job. I've been to many places in the area and this is the BEST!

Hello, $78 including a tip for shellac manicure and regular pedicure. They kept trying to ask me to…read moreswitch to a more expensive pedicure smh. One thing I don't like is for u to keep asking me about the services when u know it's already expensive. I would never pay this on a normal day however, my 2year anniversary is coming up so I only did it for that day. I prefer to paint my own nails and save money sorry. Services: I had to ask do they offer beverages and I chose a Diet Coke. I asked for a straw too. Smh. I do want to point out that the ladies were gentle and that's what I'm looking for. Atmosphere: It was peaceful and they played tranquil music. They had TVs but they were not on. I used the massage chair at the last minute and it felt ok.

I walked in for a mani and pedi and asked for a classic French. I loved how my toes turned out, but…read moreI was really disappointed with the results on my hands. The French tips were super thick, and my cuticles were cut way too much. I let the nail tech know I wasn't happy and even showed her my thumbs -- she only fixed one nail and ended up cutting my thumbs shorter than the rest of my nails, which really hurt because they were my natural nails. When I went to pay, the total was $111. I didn't leave a tip because I genuinely wasn't happy with the service. I told the lady at the front that I would come back later because I wasn't satisfied, and she was incredibly kind and apologetic. Meanwhile, the nail tech who did my nails just stood in the back sipping her Stanley, watching me -- it felt so petty and unprofessional. When I came back, someone else was at the front. I explained the issue, and the nail tech who originally did my nails came and just stood beside him while I was talking, which honestly felt like she was trying to intimidate me. Thankfully, the man at the front sat me down and fixed everything -- and I was really happy with the final result. But honestly, it wasn't just about the nails. What hurt the most was the lack of care and the way I was treated by the first nail tech. I left in tears. I wish I had gotten her name, but the experience left a really bad impression. Service matters, and kindness goes a long way -- especially in this kind of industry. I'll upload pictures of the before and after And the cuts may not seem bad but my cuticles HURT anytime they touch water

I went in and had to get my gel polish removed and then I did a nail polish changed this time and the total ended up being $28 plus they asked for a tip so I gave three dollars so it was 31 after all. One thing about it getting in jail polish put on and remove is always gonna make the bill go up. It should be cheaper for me next time when I go to just get a nail polish change which will be like $13 I believe plus tip of three dollars so 16. I chose the French color because you can't go wrong with this classic style. Now all I need is those new croc sandals that are in style right now.

I had a very disappointing experience at Nails of America and will not be returning. What should…read morehave been a relaxing self-care visit turned into an uncomfortable and frustrating experience because of the staff's lack of professionalism and customer service. The front desk receptionist, Marvel, was rude and unwelcoming both in person and over the phone. Customer service matters, especially for someone who is the face of the salon experience. The biggest issue came when I politely questioned an added charge for "long nail length" even though my nails are medium length. Instead of explaining the policy professionally, the manager loudly said to me, "You can say whatever you like but my observation is your nails are long and you pay." I simply responded, "Okay, I won't be returning," paid my bill, and left. As I continued my day, it still bothered me that I was spoken to so loudly and dismissively over a legitimate question. I later called to get the names of the employees involved, and Marvel was again rude and hesitant about providing that information. It honestly felt like either she already knew who I was or this type of behavior is common practice there. This salon used to feel welcoming. I remember when customers were greeted by name and made to feel appreciated. Now the environment feels chaotic, loud, and poorly managed and not relaxing at all. My family and I will not be returning to this or any Nails of America location. Do better.

From my nail tech Hayley, to Marlina at the front desk, to Cella herself, I've had an amazing experience so far. I've only been twice so far, but already know I don't ever want to take my business elsewhere. The first time I got a luminary overlay set with gel polish and the second time I got a fill in with gel polish as well. They didn't chip or lift for FIVE WEEKS. Hayley did the cutest designs, was very meticulous, and is all about the customer experience. The whole salon is, really... did I mention they offer complimentary mimosas?! I cannot stress enough how satisfied with the work they do and their customer service. They're in the process of onboarding some amazing new nail techs as well. I saw some of their work and was blown away. If you haven't tried Cella's Nail Salon yet, you're missing out!
