So.... i sat here and waited for someone to SOAK MY NAILS off for 20 minutes. Finally the dude cane and sat me at this table. He then proceeds to get a nail tip and POP MY NAILS OFF! I asked him do you not SOAK them?! He replies "yeah but that take long time" well who's in a hurry here?! I'm not! I coulda popped them off and damaged my own nails at home! So he proceeds on a nail popping damage FEST! So the last one he cuts down into my nail! Now he decides to soak this one off!! Lord help me! Now he just came back in smelling like cancer sticks! Went in for a refill on a full set done at a different business. The set was crooked, unevenly filed, and just overall not a great job. I really needed to get a refill and took a chance on Lily's nails, because it is so close to my office and I needed it done on my lunch break. I called a few minutes ahead and Lee told me that he could get me in as soon as I could get there. Lee was quick, super kind, and did such a great job on my nails that you would never guess they were butchered when I came in. It was my first visit, but I will definitely be back to see him. The salon is maybe not as asthetically pleasing as some of the newer ones, but the work and the service puts them above the others. read more

I can't leave a zero star review so it's a one star for me. The nail technician was rude and full of attitude and I won't be returning. She told me I looked tired, when she asked what pedicure service I preferred, I hadn't seen a menu of the options so I said I didn't know yet. Then I changed my mind about the deluxe service after she polished my toenails because she kept looking up and filling her eyes and loving my legs and feet aggressively. When I had to get up I had to ask her to move her cart for fear that if I did it myself I would throw it across the room- she gently pushed it about six inches out of the way. No wonder there were only two other people there. I won't be back to deal with that stank attitude. read more

I have now been to Lily's at least twice..this time was for waxing of the brows! The girl was very nice and I she did a nice job of shaping the brows. But once I got home and settled in..I noticed that I got burnt!! Not a fan of that at all. I think it may have been just a bad reaction/fluke. In regards to nail jobs..the first time we went we had mani/pedi's! We had to ask them to retouch/fill in areas missed. The shop is nice and large and seems to accomodate but I really don't think I'll be back again. Sucks too because they are so close to home! read more

I learned about Lilly's nail from my sister in-law. My first visit was great! I really thought I found my new nail shop after moving to the area, but my second visit was terrible. I walked in and placed my self on their list (I noted I wanted a pedi and full set) and took a number. (My number was 73 and they were serving 67) I made them gentleman aware wanted a full set and A pedicure, but it must have gotten lost in translation. I wait 15 minutes and they take me to the chair so I could get a pedicure. My thought was great this won't be super long. They place my feet in water and then leave me there for a good 20 minutes. Finally, someone comes and does my feet. They finally finished and I got back up front and see where they are at with nails and the screen says they are serving number 73, but they weren't. I asked how long it was going to be before I could get my hands done and she tells me to wait. These two young ladies walk in, she helps them, and then comes back to me and says "these two are in front of you." You shouldn't use a number system if you aren't going to follow it. read more

Best mani pedi I have had since I moved to Houston over a year ago. Staff is very friendly and professional. Love the kid pedicure chairs, definitely going to bring my daughter the next time I go. The problem I have had with manicures in Houston is the cuticle work is always subpar. My cutucles require some effort to push back but without doing so my nail beds ate way too short. Excellent service! I get manicures and pedicures here and I'm always in and out within 1.5 hours. It always looks great, techs could at least pretend to recognize you, but hey they see tons of ppl a day. Other than that, it's very clean and they make sure to ask exactly what you want! read more

I LOVE this place. I will not go anywhere else!!! My daughter and I like to have "Mommy & me" day by getting matching nails. They have pedicure chairs specifically for kids (too cute). EVERYONE is always polite & courteous (especially Lily, the manager) and they go out of their way to do anything the customer wants. I have been to a lot of nails shops on pretty much every side of town and NONE compare to this one. My nails "last" better than anywhere else. I went to Lilly's for the first time. I was on-time and they took me in right away. Lee did my nails and they look amazing! She recommended removing old powder and I definitely agreed. She was honest and I appreciate that. She gently removed that ugly pink fill without filing away my nails! She showed me the hombre nail finish, I did that instead of pink and white. Love the look! I am new to Texas and didn't think getting my nails done here would be any different than back home, but apparently I was wrong. I told the lady I wanted a gel mani/pedi and showed her a picture of what I wanted, she nodded and said ok. She then gave me a regular pedicure with nail polish and I didn't realize what happened until it was too late to correct her so I just went with it. When she got to my nails I said I wanted a Shellac mani and then she said oh oh ok, I guess they know shellac not gel (it was gel polish that she used not shellac). So, I ended up changing the colors for my nails because after seeing my toes I realized she obviously didn't know how to replicate the look. The nails looked good, but 4 days later 5 of my nails have chipped. I am so disappointed since I rarely get my nails and toes done because I have two small children and never have time, what a waste of my alone time and money. read more

I've been going to Lily Nails for over five years and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Lily usually does my nails, and she always does them exactly the way I like! Other staff have done my pedicures and they all do a great job! The Employees are friendly and professional and the salon is very clean.
