That's when Troy led me to the best nail tech I've sat with- Linda. Linda hands down is the best, most detailed and yet efficient nail tech! This is the first time I patronized this nail shop. After one of the staff yelled at my 13 year old…read moredaughter, I will NEVER give another dime to this business. I stopped by the shop to ask if they were able to do a specific nail design which included different patterns and 3D art. I provided a picture this design and was told they would be able to replicate the look at a cost of $85. Initially, I left the shop to check pricing at a couple of other nail shops but I was told they would not be able to replicate the design. I went back to elite nails where we were given great service until my daughter said she felt the nail art was not up to par. Mind you, I was getting a pedicure while the male nail tech was doing my daughter's nails. Once I finished I walked over to look at her nails. I told the male nail tech the nails were a bit long and wide. He told me the nails had to be that way in order to complete the design. I don't do nails, so I thought the design would come together as he got closer to finishing. My daughter whispered to me asking if I thought the design looked like the example provided. I didn't think it looked the same so I told my daughter to tell the male nail tech what she thought should be fixed. Apparently, he was not able to make adjustments because he began grinding the design off. This is when the female nail tech came over to stand beside the male nail tech. I told both of them I realized they were closed and asked if we could come back to finish the redo the next day. It was at this moment when the female nail tech looked at my daughter and yelled, "why did you wait til the last minute to tell him you didn't like the nails." I was shocked!! My initiate reaction was to tell her, "Do not yell at my daughter. She's 13 years old and was apprehensive in telling a grown man she didn't like the nails." The female nail tech looked directly at my daughter again and yelled, "well this is your 13 years old lesson to say you don't like the nails." I was literally sitting right next to my daughter as this nasty, vile woman speaks to my daughter in such a terrible manner!! I told the nasty woman, "You don't speak to my child that way. If you have something to say you say it to me!!! I'm her mother and she is a CHILD!!" That woman's behavior was deplorable!!! I have worked in customer service since I had my first job at 15 years old. I take customer service very seriously. I would NEVER treat a customer that way, especially a CHILD!! I wouldn't allow my daughter to speak to a service person in such a vile manner, and I expect the same respect from a grown woman. It's obvious that woman lacks customer service skills and self control. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR, MAAM!!

I arrived on a Monday around 11:45 a.m., and the salon was very quiet. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who answered my question about the price of a shellac pedicure ($53), and I was taken back for my service right away. The nail technician was a young man. He didn't really greet me or introduce himself, he simply began the service. He seemed kind, so it wasn't a major issue, but it didn't feel especially welcoming. I chose the basic shellac pedicure, and one thing I found odd was that he never offered to turn on the massage chair. I didn't think to do it myself, but it's something I've come to expect during a pedicure. He asked if I wanted my toenails trimmed, and I said yes. Unfortunately, he cut my right big toenail much shorter than I wanted, and it ended up slightly crooked. The entire pedicure also felt extremely rushed. Even with me changing my polish color after he painted the first nail because I didn't like it, the service was over very quickly. He was gracious about letting me choose another color, which I appreciated. My biggest disappointment was the overall quality of the polish application. It's hard to explain, but his technique was very different from what I'm used to, and I just wasn't happy with the finished result. When I went to pay, the gentleman at the front asked how everything was. I mentioned that I wasn't pleased because my toenail had been cut too short and a little crooked. He looked at it briefly, said something to the technician in another language, and then immediately changed the subject by pointing to my fingernails and saying, "Next time come back, we can do a refill. Time for a refill." That response surprised me because my concern about the pedicure was never really acknowledged or addressed. I simply smiled, paid, and left. I stood there thinking, "Sir, I won't be coming back". Overall, everyone I interacted with was polite and friendly, which is why I'm torn between giving two or three stars. However, the rushed service, the uneven toenail cut, the polish application, and the way my concern was handled left me disappointed. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning.

I went today (without an appt) and asked if they had availability. I was told they could get me in in 30 minutes. No big deal. I told them "that's great and I'll come back in 30 minutes.". When I arrived back they put me in a chair within 5 minutes . It was about 20 more minutes until a tech had finished. She went and grabbed another customer and I thought ok, maybe she had an appointment. Two more techs finished over the next 10 minutes and each grabbed other customers. I started to look around which the owner must have noticed and she then shouted at me across the salon "just a few more minutes.". It was now 35 minutes after I returned. I just got up and left. She could have originally told me to come back in an hour but she said 30 minutes. I didn't mind because I didn't have an appointment. But when I returned at the agreed upon time I should not have had to sit there for 35 more minutes. It was pure greed on the owners part. Now you have lost a consistent customer. When you are paying for a pampering service it should not add stress to your life. There is a nail salon on every corner and I will be taking my business to an owner who appreciates their customers.

Which was false because, Bri the next day called at 8:27am asking me to come in at 9 & also said anyone can service you. Now at this point two staff members in the same place are saying two different things. SECOND ISSUE Long story short Bri scheduled me for 7:40pm (aftr hrs) it's an appt only nail salon. I told her I couldn't come at 9am when she called me 8:27am. I missed my appt honest mistake. I forgot to call saying I won't be able to make it. By 8:15pm that night I received a phone call about the missed appt from Brianna she said she was upset I didn't show up for my appointment. I understood why she would be upset & profusely apologized countless times about 10+ times because I understood my mistake in not calling kept her at work for longer than she needed to be. At that time I asked her when she would be next available because I still need to have my toes fixed & I felt so bad at what just happened I wanted to compensate her. She told me she'll be off for the next couple of days (Sun-Mon) but wanted to call and tell me that she's upset and don't know what to do because she's so angry I missed the appt. SHE DID NOT EVER MENTION A POLICY! I let her know no problem I'll call next week & come whenever I am able to.
