Lady with the blonde wig and blue contacts is extremely rude and unprofessional. I came in twice to get my eyebrows threaded and the first time she was using so much pressure threading and I told her can you not use so much pressure it's hurting my skin and she said "it's supposed hurt have not gotten threaded before." The second time she did my eyebrows she did them so lazy and smeared the aloe vera gel so aggressively. Overall don't come here she was just rude and is so unprofessional. read more

The only thing I will say is the woman who did mine, Tanya (unsure if correct spelling) started threading my lip without asking if that's what I wanted. Wish I could leave zero stars. Terrible experience. Threading employee messed up one of my eyebrows badly and unprofessional owner refused to give me my money back. I didn't notice until I left the store and asked my sister if I was tripping. I called immediately and asked if I could return so that they could fix the issue. Explained the issue in person, even though she could clearly see that part of the top of one of my eyebrows was gone and way too thin. Did not even resemble my other eyebrow! It's my fault for paying initially and not looking close enough. But after I get my upper lip threaded my tear ducts are activated and it gets hard for me to see. Plus I had faith my eyebrows would be okay as it was my 4th time returning. Sony, the owner, is very rude and started yelling at me when I asked my money back. Not to mention it was very unprofessional that a small child was running around the business. She wanted me to sit in the chair again and allow her employee to make my other eyebrow just as thin! I refused. Did not offer henna, tenting or microblading to fix the problem... Sony just said "you'll have to wait for it to grow out again." I will have to fill in my eyebrow for months now, hopefully they will grow back. Please don't put yourself through this. I do not recommend at all! This is how she treats returning customers... Only go if your looking for someone to do a shoddy service on your eyebrow threading. read more

This 1-star rating is for the lady with the blonde wig. I came in hoping that Sony was there but she wasn't so I went to the other lady. She was extremely rude and seemed to be in a hurry from the moment I sat in her chair. After giving her precise instructions on how I wanted my eyebrows to look she did the complete opposite. I'm very dissatisfied with how my eyebrows look and wish I would've just waited for Sony. The lady had the nerve to have an attitude instead of apologizing. Very clean, nice place. Great service, and pricing is not bad at all compare to the mall prices (10-11$) from the last time I ever got them done at the mall. I have gone with all the girls there, they all do a great job. Would recommend, if your in a rush try going when you have more time they do intend to get busy since they are about the only ones that thread in the area now, that I actually like and do a good job. I was not impressed. I went because I had read great reviews and it's closer to my house than the mall. But when I had my eyebrows threaded, she left a lot of hair behind, and uneven at the ends. I had to go back to the place at the mall to have them fixed. I did ask for them to stay thick but that didn't mean leaving random, stray hairs behind. I won't go back. read more

What a big, fat joke. Are they open for business, or aren't they. They don't even know. Their biggest problem and my biggest complaint is they do not have a complete understanding and command of the English language. I made an appointment (or I thought I made an appointment) and when I got their they said they do not even do individual eyelash extensions. I'm so confused. When I called this place, I was quoted $85 for individual eyelash extensions. And I clarified that I did not want clusters. Nevertheless, the woman told me on the day of my appointment that they do not do the individual extensions. Huh?????????? Obviously I will not be back. I've been here a couple of times now and my eyebrows always look great afterwards. The price is about the same as other places. $8 for eyebrows. The first time i was there, i waited about 20 mins since there were 2 people before me and only one person working. This time there was no wait because there were 2 people working. First let me start by saying I love Sony. She does amazing work. However, her employees are another story. My daughter cannot get threading because it breaks her out. She got her eyebrows waxed instead. After the waxing, the woman still reached for the thread. My daughter again said no. She proceeds to get the tweezers to take care of the extra hair. It was not noticeable at first but about 15 min later, I noticed my daughter had a cut. This was not a small cut either. The employee did not know how to use tweezers and left an ugly cut on my child's face. I called up there and she pretended not to understand what I was saying. I then went up there the next day. The employee nor Sony was there. Two girls apologized and said they would tell Sony. I am going up there again to see what happens. Just a word of advice, if you need waxing don't let them use tweezers. read more

Awesome experience every time. I've been going to Sony since 2012, following her where she goes. I'm thrilled that she has opened her own (successful) business at three different locations. She rotates between the three locations so if you want to go to her, check to see if she is there first prior to going. Expect a long wait on the weekends - but it's worth it. read more

I used this establishment for at least a year and did not have any issues with the threading. I was then encouraged to use the micro blading for permanent makeup and went to the 1960 location. It was a horrible experience. The shop is not clean and Sony is not qualified to do this. She microbladed my brows unevenly, unbalanced and with the shape not to my liking. The color did not stay due to excessive bleeding but when I returned for my scheduled appointment recommended touch up in 5 weeks, she no showed! Her receptionist called her at least 4 times and she never returned the call. I ended up going to a different shop, had the brows that Sony did corrected by permanent tatooing and am thrilled with the results. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Should be zero stars for this place! My daughter, Dee, was recommended by a family friend to come here to get her brows done. Dee just wanted her brows to be cleaned up, but the lady took off HALF of her right eyebrows; one was even higher than the other. Dee was in tears and told the lady she didn't understand why she took off her eyebrow. The lady was like there's nothing wrong with her eyebrows and wanted her to hurry up and pay because more customers were coming in. Dee asked the other female customers if there was something wrong with her brows and clearly they see it. The lady got angry at Dee for asking the customers about the brows, and was trying to rush her out. Dee refused to pay for this horrendous service, but the lady told her she had to pay for this or she was going to call the cops in a 16 year old girl. My daughter ended up paying for the bad service, because the lady already started to call the police. read more
