According to the door sticker, the main building's official hours are until around 5 I believe. I was confused since my appointment was at 7 and the main door was locked. If you're stuck in this situation too, just try opening one of the side doors with an arrow sticker. Besides that, I really enjoyed my experience with her. She was really quick, thorough, and gentle. The space was clean and well-decorated. She does require a $15 deposit but that fee applies to your total payment. I highly recommend her if you ever need a wax!

It allowed me to book the reservation at 2:45 pm with Kendra Smith. When I get there right on time, I was informed that Kendra is not even a manicurist. I was told she was a pedicurist. Why in the world would they allow people to book with a pedicurist for a manicure? The young lady that greeted me looked at me almost like I was supposed to know this, it was my first time patronizing this business!! How was I to know that their website will allow you to book with the wrong person. That is their error, not mine. There was no apology made and I was told that I can wait until 3:45 PM ( a full hour for another manicurist to be available). I told the young lady that was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. She agreed it was unprofessional and that Kendra should have made her aware of my appointment , but she just left for the day, not even mentioning it. I was sitting there dumbfounded. Also, no concessions were made. Again, not even an apology or an alternative. I just left in frustration. I unfortunately wasted an hour of my day driving there for no reason. Do not go to this place of business as they are inconsiderate and horribly run.

BEST PLACE BY FAR!!! I have been coming to G & G Nail Spa for almost a year now (we moved to the area over a year ago). ... and I love this place! When we first move, I went to places around my neighborhood, and was not satisfied at all. So, I went online and found G&G... decided to give it a shot. And the truth is, I should have just come here in the first place. Best experience ever... and still is!!! This place goes above and beyond with Customer Service... they even give a small appetizer (love the egg rolls). What I love about this place and what amazes me is how the owners know customers by name, and everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Great work, EVERY TIME. I LOVE G&G Nails! I have never written a review before but I had such a wonderful experience, I felt compelled. All the positive reviews I read were confirmed when I walked in the door. I received a warm, welcome greeting and friendly smiles from everyone. The salon is bright, neat and very clean. Hana is the sweetest and did a fabulous job on my nails! John gave me a wonderful, gentle and relaxing pedicure, and was so polite and kind. While the hot and delicious egg rolls are reason alone to try G&G, the staff and the service are better than any salon I have ever visited. I made an appt for Tuesday afternoon having never been here - I'm new to the area and thought I would try it. The place is really beautiful and the music is soft and Spa-like. I booked a pedi and shellac gel mani. I was blown away with the quality of the service, cleanliness and the kindness. The ladies that work there are incredibly professional and hard working. Their equipment is sterilized and organized. Their prices are very good for the quality of work - I will not go to another salon after this; I am in love!!! I have been going to G&G since they opened B and Richard are wonderful to everyone. The service is always 1st class egg roll and champagne are a great touch too! I like the fact that they always keep the place very sanitary and clean and you don't smell chemicals when you walk in. I do a very basic natural nail him down to dips or shellac and I really appreciate the fact that the air is always fresh. If I haven't been in a while they always ask where I've been and why I haven't been in and seeing truly concerned about their customers. From the moment my mom and I walked in, we could sense the professional, welcoming, and clean atmosphere. It's hard to find a nail salon around Houston, Atascocita/Humble at this level! They have complimentary egg roles, and serve drinks like mimosas (mmm!). Prepare to be spoiled. They make everyone feel so comfortable and each person gets a neck and shoulder warmer once seated in chairs. On top of that, the nail technicians are so caring and professional! They take their time to make sure everything is exactly how you want it, and the quality of their work is consistently excellent. Great experience, first off really appreciated being seen at our actual appointment time. As soon as you walk in it's instant relaxation, soft spa music playing in the salon, taken to our chairs and given hot neck wraps, offered drinks and they brought 2 egg rolls as we sat down. The nail techs did an amazing job on our pedicures, they were gentle and took their time on our massages. Had I went by myself I would have fallen asleep . I really recommend this place, prices are not too high and well worth the money!! read more

my toe nail shellac peeled right off without me doing anything and the took my unfinished drink and rushed me out. they are only worried about money. the vibe was unpleasant and careless. they over saturated my nail bed. I went because my mom and sister wants there's done and we all went together. As a licensed professional as well this is just pathetic now I leave in two dots and have to get my nails redone. what a freakin inconvenience. Their eggrolls can't cover this hot mess. read more

Coming from the SF Bay Area, I was not sure I would find a lovely, professional Spa/Salon in Atascocita Texas. I was so wrong! I went to G&G nails/spa and was more than surprised and pleased! Tried this place for the first time and honestly they are sweethearts and the ambiance is very welcoming. They even offer you mimosas, wine, water, or a soft drink plus egg rolls! But unfortunately my $47 (plus $5 tip) acrylic full set gel nails did not even last a day until they started chipping. I went back to get them fixed...but by the end of the week they were full on peeling off. read more

My natural nails tend to grow upward, and K knew exactly where to place the apex for strength while creating a beautiful slope toward the tip. He also refined the underside of the tip so my oval nails could stay full and feminine without looking thick or bulky. The shape and balance are beautiful from every angle. I'm very particular about my nails and I know exactly what I like, so I really appreciate a nail tech who can explain what he's doing and why. K clearly understands the technical side of his craft, and it shows in his work. He does an amazing job. The spa also provides great service. They have a good system in place that even when it's packed, they manage appointments and walk-ins seamlessly.

I told the male nail tech the nails were a bit long and wide. He told me the nails had to be that way in order to complete the design. I don't do nails, so I thought the design would come together as he got closer to finishing. My daughter whispered to me asking if I thought the design looked like the example provided. I didn't think it looked the same so I told my daughter to tell the male nail tech what she thought should be fixed. Apparently, he was not able to make adjustments because he began grinding the design off. This is when the female nail tech came over to stand beside the male nail tech. I told both of them I realized they were closed and asked if we could come back to finish the redo the next day. It was at this moment when the female nail tech looked at my daughter and yelled, "why did you wait til the last minute to tell him you didn't like the nails." I was shocked!! My initiate reaction was to tell her, "Do not yell at my daughter. She's 13 years old and was apprehensive in telling a grown man she didn't like the nails." The female nail tech looked directly at my daughter again and yelled, "well this is your 13 years old lesson to say you don't like the nails."
