But they wouldn't take no as an answer and made me awful for wanting to leave after I was unhappy with the tips they put on.. and after which a dramatic event of me being unhappy and forcing me to try other things instead of letting me leave, they still charged me for the cuticle care. My wife and I went for my birthday. We got mani pedis. First impression, the place is beautiful and everything is very clean. Mary did my pedicure and Teddy did my wife's pedicure. Both were very friendly and made sure the water, stones and towels weren't too hot. It was my wife's first mani pedi experience and it was fun seeing how quickly she felt comfortable. Jenny did my wife's mani and she transformed her chewed up nails. Tuna did my nail prep. If you look up charisma in the dictionary there's a picture of Tuna there. The All-Star for me was Kay whose attention to detail brought my Pinterest board to life on my nails and so quickly! After doing a lot of research of nail salons in the area, I decided to try G&G. I was greeted by a very professional and friendly staff, the manager Tuna answered all my questions and addressed my concerns regarding what was best for my nails and their hygiene practices. Holy did a wonderful job with my nails. She was patient, constantly asking how I wanted my nails done in terms of length, shape. Also showed me all available nail colors. I walked in there and at first glance I'm like, "oh okay like omg- yes I love this!" and then when I sat down tell me i usually do the same thing, nails, and toes, but this time I came, since it's been a while ofc I gained I little weight. (around 1-3 lbs) but why did the lady who was going to do my nails "greet me" like this; "oh hey, you gained some weight lol!". excuse you?? and I had to wait for her to finish and as soon as I walked out, I speed walked to my car and screamed. don't get me wrong, I love this place, but why would she say that. Very mediocre pedicure. The tech didn't clean under my toenails, barely scrubbed my feet, and no leg message (keep in mind, I did NOT get the basic pedicure). On top of this, they charge an extra $3 for the OPI polish with the silver top. When I asked why, they said because "it's more shiny than regular polish". Ridiculous. They are very pretty but the dip is flooding multiple cuticles so they will start lifting in a day or so and I left with dip all over the bottoms and sides of my fingers. They look great but I'm disappointed within the week of my vacation they probably won't hold up. This is my second time coming here. The first time I came, Danny did my pedicure and manicure. This time he did my pedicure but a different woman (not sure of her name) did my shellac manicure. Overall it wasn't a bad experience. The first time I came they offered egg rolls, and this time they did not (assuming because of covid). They do offer a complimentary drink though. My boyfriend asked for the ($29) classic pedicure and the woman doing his was very pushy for him to upgrade to the ($42) beautify me pedicure. As a newb to this place, I came for a wax, they had me sit in one of the pedicure chairs, and set me up to get waxed. Even if it was just for eyebrows or lip, I'm used to getting a little privacy, so this threw me off. Then I tried this place out again for a mani/pedi plus a wax again, and it didn't vibe with me. The male technician that did my pedi was fine, I really liked it, but the female technician that did my mani was not so good. She made me bleed and still painted over my skin/nail with gel, and so I had a dried-up blood spot on my finger. In addition, I requested a straight shape but it was crooked! I was disappointed. And then when it was time for my wax, they did bring me to a room, so it is possible to have privacy here. Plus, the services seem to be on the pricier side. read more

Awful! I came in today without and appointment at 9:15 this morning for a dip mani. I was initially impressed with how clean it was, and the positives pretty much stop there. I checked in with the receptionist picked my color and patiently waited. Two women came in after me and were both also getting a dip mani without an appointment. They were both taken back before me, maybe because I'm brown young lady in gym clothes and they were white older women? Maybe I'm reaching with that one but that's how I felt. The receptionist didn't bother to tell the technicians who arrived first. My nail tech didn't introduce herself, or really say anything to me other then what color and what shape do you want. She placed my hand in a hot ass bowl of water. She filed shaped and drilled my right hand and began removing my cuticles from both hands. She started to prep my left hand for the dip without filing and shaping my left hand. I brought it to her attention and she said "I'll do it after" she took her nail clippers and clipped a couple nails from my left hand, and started the dip process. This was the Longest manicure EVER. My time is precious, I'm a working mama. The tech was seriously struggling with the dip. My fingers were dipped so many times, it was laid on very thickly and clumpy. She then was struggling to drill my nails down so they didn't look like a bubbled clumpy mess. She kept chipping the nails and scuffing them. Another employee came over and mentioned something about time going over. So she picked up the pace and put top coat on. She slapped on some lotion and rubbed it around my wrist, and didn't put any cuticle oil on. The woman next to me was given a hand massage and was even offered a shoulder massage. The worst part is, i didn't get out of there until 11am! So long story short my nails are an uneven clumpy mess. I wasted $45 and most importantly 2 hours of my life. read more

The salon is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and the prices are reasonable especially when you account for the quality of the work.
