First time visiting this franchise! Wow the place was much bigger than I thought. I love that you can book an appointment online! They offer various refreshments from Vietnamese coffee to champagne! I got a gel deluxe pedicure and WHILE that was happening, I also got a gelx soak off and a new set with designs all while sitting in the comfy pedi massage chair! There were TVs all around the huge room I was in where one side played one channel and the other side another channel. Everyone was very friendly. Definitely will go to this place again!!

Came in as a walk in for a pedicure and felt very much rushed through the whole process. They give you a number which someone looked at mine literally 4 times within a 15 minute frame. They sit you down offer water, soda ,or wine. I Opted for soda. The lady begin to work on my feet (not much to do) I had to literally tell her cut my nails shorter which she cut at an angle. I was hoping that she would of taken a little longer as I didn't require her to do a massage that is all timed. The polish I selected was cakey and when I mentioned it she said it would thin out in the second coat it only got worst..I ended up just leaving it on as I knew I would be going back to my person who normally does them. I will not be going back to this location. If you dont mind all the hussle and bussle you will be fine. For me it's a hard No.

The facilities is great. As they have lots of chairs for pedicures and manicures. My concern is with the quality of work that they do. Often the nails are not even and there is no consistency. See my attached photo. The female owner at the register file down my thumbnail on the left and the nail technician completed my nails to the right in the photo. I asked the owner to even out my nail and she made it box and does not match my other thumbnail or the rest of my nails. This is just unacceptable to me.

I have gone to this nail spa a couple of times, with friends, by myself and have always gotten great pedicures. I left my old place when I discovered this place, because of the customer service. They are awesome! There was only one time I did not like my acrylic nails and nicely asked for a fix, the owner was soo nice in handling the situation. Katie fixed my nails and I loved them! I will definitely recommend to all my friends.

Lumpy top coat

I normally don't leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel it's worth sharing. The work was extremely sloppy. I was charged extra for things that should be basic, like simply shaping acrylic nails, and even the regular manicure looked rushed and careless. My cuticles were left dry and rough, and the clear coat was so lumpy and unevenly applied. Furthermore, the cuticle oil wasn't even included in the original manicure. It was only offered at the front when I was paying and showed the lady at the front my cuticles. I couldn't use the oil though because the top coat was just so uneven and had huge globs of paint that had to dry. I pointed out how one nail looked really lumpy because of the top coat and the tech seemed angry and just wiped the whole nail off. For what I paid in up-charges, I expected at least clean, polished results, but instead I left with nails that looked worse than when I walked in or that I could have just done at home. On top of the poor quality, the pricing felt like a rip-off. I was hit with several up-charges for things that should be standard. When I questioned the fees, the staff got defensive and even upset with me. To make matters worse, the prices were inconsistent: I was told $5 extra for a French tip on my nails, but for my daughter they said it would be $25 extra for the exact same thing. I heard people around me having the same confusion with pricing while I was sitting for my service and when I was checking out. Also, the towels they placed under my hands to do the manicure seemed dirty they had old polish and chunks of dried acrylic stuck to them. The staff seemed kind but the price almost doubled for each of the services we originally asked for when they added on all the extra fees. Just doesn't seem worth the luxury price for the quality of the work I received.

As soon as you step into this salon, you feel the welcomed. Zoe in the front was so welcoming and bright! The lay out of the building, the decor, the music, all impeccable. The staff are courteous, fast paced and extremely attentive. Everybody is extremely happy and friendly. I would recommend this salon to anyone! They captured what I wanted to the "T". I will most certainly be back.

I don't write a lot of reviews and the majority are raving reviews about establishments with great service! However, this one is not! I'm revising my original post to provide more detail since the owner, once again, wants to defend and deflect instead of understanding what good customer service means! The issues with my HORRIBLE pedicure are listed below! 1. The tech couldn't properly regulate the water. 2. The tech spilled some of the products of my chosen pedicure when she sat the tray down. 3. The tech didn't follow the proper product application steps according to the 2nd most expensive pedicure they offer. 4. I had to move my foot and leg several times to keep the hot stones from burning me because the tech wasn't moving them properly! 5. The tech repeatedly poured tons of oil on my legs and just rubbed the oil over them without applying ANY PRESSURE, and just ran her nails up and down my legs for 20 minutes. I've NEVER had anyone do that, ANYWHERE, during a pedicure that is supposed to be a massage, including your salon for the past year!! 6. I had to beg the tech to STOP pulling my toes extremely hard! She definitely didn't have any strength issues in that area! 7. The tech had to be told by the lady doing my manicure to apply a clear coat to my nails after she polished them! 8. When I got home I noticed what a terrible job she did painting my toenails as well! Pics attached I decided not to bring up ALL OF THE ISSUES with my pedicure in front of your waiting customers because I thought you would have the decency to provide adequate customer service and offer a solution to the one area of my complaint! Nor was I going to continue to argue with you about the level of satisfaction I was feeling!! Please learn how to handle customer service issues adequately and professionally and see how YOUR CUSTOMER would like to resolve an issue regarding a service I'm paying for!! Original Post: Just had the worst pedicure by someone who is obviously new! I told several people, including my tech, that I wasn't happy with the service, but nothing happened! Afterwards, once I was ready to pay, I informed the lady at the front and she talked to the tech and completely disregarded my complaint! I've gone to this nail salon for over a year but this will be my last appointment. They're fine as long as you don't have any issues! Beware!!

Extremely disappointed, I asked for ombré nails the transition in powder is horrible. I've never had nails look this bad. Even the shaping near the cuticle it looks like I have amateur press on nails. *Update * I received a call by Nhi to come in and get my nails redone due to the previous disappointment in service. I went to Brian and he was amazing!! He explained everything being done as he was doing it! Thank you Nhi for reaching out and letting me come in to get my nails redone. I am extremely satisfied with the service this time around .

I always come here to get my nails done. I really like how there is a 7 day policy for shellac. The owner always makes sure you like your nails before you leave. My sister even always gets her nails done every time she is in town because she doesn't like the nail salons in Denver.

Ask the Community - Milano Nail Spa Humble

I am a chronic nail biter ALWAYS stay on top of it with a regular dip appt. Unfortunately, I had a series of family emergencies out of town and couldn't keep up my appointments. My hands are a mess. Can I get tips on safely to get back on track?

I'm the same way, yes tips will work great.

Does anyone do sculpted nails(no tips)? If so how much are they with simple designs or a tortoise French?

This is the first time I patronized this nail shop. After one of the staff yelled at my 13 year old…read moredaughter, I will NEVER give another dime to this business. I stopped by the shop to ask if they were able to do a specific nail design which included different patterns and 3D art. I provided a picture this design and was told they would be able to replicate the look at a cost of $85. Initially, I left the shop to check pricing at a couple of other nail shops but I was told they would not be able to replicate the design. I went back to elite nails where we were given great service until my daughter said she felt the nail art was not up to par. Mind you, I was getting a pedicure while the male nail tech was doing my daughter's nails. Once I finished I walked over to look at her nails. I told the male nail tech the nails were a bit long and wide. He told me the nails had to be that way in order to complete the design. I don't do nails, so I thought the design would come together as he got closer to finishing. My daughter whispered to me asking if I thought the design looked like the example provided. I didn't think it looked the same so I told my daughter to tell the male nail tech what she thought should be fixed. Apparently, he was not able to make adjustments because he began grinding the design off. This is when the female nail tech came over to stand beside the male nail tech. I told both of them I realized they were closed and asked if we could come back to finish the redo the next day. It was at this moment when the female nail tech looked at my daughter and yelled, "why did you wait til the last minute to tell him you didn't like the nails." I was shocked!! My initiate reaction was to tell her, "Do not yell at my daughter. She's 13 years old and was apprehensive in telling a grown man she didn't like the nails." The female nail tech looked directly at my daughter again and yelled, "well this is your 13 years old lesson to say you don't like the nails." I was literally sitting right next to my daughter as this nasty, vile woman speaks to my daughter in such a terrible manner!! I told the nasty woman, "You don't speak to my child that way. If you have something to say you say it to me!!! I'm her mother and she is a CHILD!!" That woman's behavior was deplorable!!! I have worked in customer service since I had my first job at 15 years old. I take customer service very seriously. I would NEVER treat a customer that way, especially a CHILD!! I wouldn't allow my daughter to speak to a service person in such a vile manner, and I expect the same respect from a grown woman. It's obvious that woman lacks customer service skills and self control. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR, MAAM!!
