I went to this place to try it out as I'm new to the area and most of the places I've tried I have not liked. I will say the pedicure was amazing but the nails are horrible. She filed my nails down to where the day after two completely broke off and I have a third Penny to break off currently. These are my real nails and she provided nothing to support them from breaking. Instead she filed them down filed them narrow when I prefer them thick square. I will not be going back. read more

Pedicures are spot on, polish looks amazing. Manicures however- the employee doing my nails left rough edges on several of my nails, and when she was doing my polish, she blamed the shape of my nails for the streaks and her leaving polish off several of the sides. I typically try not to leave negative reviews, however, I will not be returning to this location and feel I should have read through reviews better before going. I just left this place and I had a very unpleasant experience. Jenny did my nails and she did a piss poor job. She rushed me out of the chair and did not greet me or speak to me the entire time I sat in the chair. She had a bad attitude. I asked for a French gel manicure, in which she did a horrible job. The lines were not clean and the gel color was not even. From there, I selected a solid color, in which there are bubbles on my nails and uneven paint around the cuticles. As I left the female owner and a male worker questioned me about if I had been in the nail salon before. Today was my very first time stepping foot in their salon, and even if it was my second or third time, why does that matter? I love how these, Non, American nail shop owners try to discredit you by suggesting that you've been in their nail salon before and insinuating that you have caused problems with them. Side note, I just moved to Texas last week, so they've never seen my face before and I've never seen their faces before. Smh. I will never step foot in this nail salon again. I had such a horrible experience! UPDATE: The very next morning nails were chipping. By day 5 all nails were chipping or peeling. 2nd UPDATE: I called for a refund, the owner Amy stated that she would only give a refund if I took down the review. I told her that refunds don't work that way and that I wasn't going to bargain with her for a refund. She stated that others would read my review. I told her that she was more concerned about how she looks to potential customers instead of caring about how the actual customers are being treated. 100% would NOT recommend this place. I have never took an L on getting my nails done like I did today. This is my second time getting my nails done here and this experience made me not want to come back. I never had my nails leaning to the side. I have one side filed down and the other side with leftover acrylic. Once I express myself twice about my dissatisfaction with the way my nail looked, she brushed it off like it was how my nail bed is, I was just over it and paid and left. I have never had mismatch nail lengths, one side of the nails filed down and the other full of acrylic, and leftover acrylic on my cuticles. If you value your time and service do not come here. 1. I came on multiple occasions and was never offered anything to drink. There's a full bar but they didn't even offer me water. Nobody else had drinks so I didn't take it personally but I thought it was poor. 2. On my fourth (and what should've been final) visit, I arrived at 5pm and asked how long would it take for a full set. I was told a little over an hour and they could do my feet at the same time. I agreed and was immediately sat in a pedicure chair. After about 15 minutes the owner started my nails. He applied the acrylic and LEFT for 25 minutes. When he got back I told him to take it off because I needed to leave around 6:20. He insisted he could finish and had another technician come help. They didn't even complete filing my nails before I had to go. They begged me to come back to let them finish and I came back the next day. 3. I waited another 30 minutes before anybody touched my hands. I simply got them filed and a simple color to be done. (I paid the first day and he even tried to get me to pay for a design.) I will never go back. They don't value their customers read more

Beware of false pricing!!! My nails look very nice, but they are short the way I asked. Somehow they claimed they are long... so they can charge an additional $5 for the shape then $5 more for the length... At check in the price of the shellac polish on toes says $17. They charged $20 at checkout. When I asked they couldn't offer an explanation. I was happy with the services just not a fan of the nickel and dime charges. That's a shame. read more

This place is DISGUSTING. They used unclean instruments. The buffing pads that were in my lady's pedicure cubby thing were so worn out they are peeling apart and she is still using them! Normal places have these as a one time use item. The pedicure chair seemed like it had never been wiped down... There were oil/condensation marks from a glass on the arm rest. Pedicure chairs are covered in dried nail polish clumps. I saw someone write here on Yelp that they autoclave their instruments ... Might be true for some of the workers but the lady I got just shoves everything into the drawer of her pedicure cubby and doesn't seem like she's ever washed them or sanitized them. The she used the pedicure tools to poke holes on the pedicure basin bag to drain the dirty water out and just threw it back in her drawer! Not only is this place unclean, my $65 pedicure that is supposed to take 60 minutes according to the menu sheet was 40 minutes long. No massage whatsoever. And the lady cut me! I should have left when they didn't even greet me when I came in - I waited at the check in desk for maybe 5 minutes the went to pick polish, came back and spent another few minutes waiting at the desk before being acknowledged. I had an appointment but waited 25 mins to have the pedicure start. It's been about 12 hours since I've been there and my cut toe is sore and hurting, I won't be surprised if it gets some sort of infection from this nasty place. One of the main reasons I chose this place was because they give drinks with their services and I wanted a nice pampered time. I was never offered a drink. read more

The nails are great! However I don't recommend the eyelash extensions. The quality is poor! If you are planning in getting eyelash extensions, go to an eyelash only service to get your moneys worth. The eyelash quality with lovely nails should not cost more than $25. read more

The lady doing my feet dug deep under my toe nails that I was in pain for a couples day after getting the service. Terrible customer service, I paid in advance the service I wanted for my daughter and yet they added an additional service which I didn't ask for. The service they added was lip waxing which the lady put wax in her hair then tried to cut her hair to get the wax off. Another ridiculous service is they charge $3 to take off shellac even though she was getting a shellac pedicure. I didn't appreciate them trying to cut my daughter's hair because they put wax in it. But the service was terrible, I've been told by other people not to come here but since everything is closed on Sundays, I gave this place a chance. I was told that since I had to get it FILED DOWN, I had to pay extra (keep in mind this is a refill). I came with a friend who got a full set for the same price of $65. The man who did my service told me to wash my hands after filing my nails and I came back to him CUTTING HIS OWN CUTICLES!! This place is HORRIBLE!!!. My recent experience was very traumatic. I received one of the worst pedicures byfar. After several times of asking the technician to fix my nails she ignored my request and started speaking another language. I took a picture of my pedicure to show Tony my concerns. Far whatever reason me taking a photo of my pedicure caused Tony to become irate. He was so upset that he used profanity towards me and advised that I leave his establishment but still requested that I pay for full service. Not to mentioned he called the Police so called trying to be vindictive and spiteful!! How about it back fired and he was detained for a few hours. Not the best. I have been to way better nail salons. First the pedicure was only suppose to be $30 and turned out to be $50 dollars, reason being design was $20 dollars! I got white French tip that's it. I expected $5 even maybe $10 dollars for that but $20 dollars wow, and it's not even straight and even. Also the pedicure itself wasn't done properly, my heals are still rough. Then I got a full set almond shape the entire time she asked me is that good and I said no they are not straight and even, well she filed so much one side that you can see my real nail on more than one nail. I even made a comment about how thick the thumbs were and she acted like she needed to get done to go to the next person. Need less to say the next day they feel like they are not secure.
