The service was great from beginning to end. It's very fancy nail salon, they had several people working the floor, we didn't have to wait that long so that was nice. My daughter love her nails and they were super quick about it. We both got pedicures and we were both satisfied with the end results. My only negative was that after I had already expressed what I wanted they were trying to up sale me another package. But I kindly declined and they left it alone. read more

Service:4/5-Came to get pedicure and dip with tip add on. They have a Mother's Day offer on rose pedicure which I got everything went great till the nail polish part. The lady finished painting my toes and told me to wait in the chair since the guy was finishing my dip set. He finished like 10mins later and I checked my toes if they were dry, nope still wet. I checked again 5mins later still wet. I kept checking every 5mins. After like 30mins of waiting I told someone b/c this couldn't be why is the polish not drying. They got someone else to fix it. The guy said the lady just put too much polish that's why it wasn't drying and he fixed it. I'll try this place again one more time. Quality:3/5 & vibe:4/5 place looks clean and elegant. read more

I had a mixed but overall good experience at La Dolce Nails. When we first walked in, the front desk gentleman was fantastic. He was very warm, welcoming, and genuinely excited to have us at the salon. It immediately set a positive tone. My pedicure experience, however, wasn't the best. As soon as I sat down, the technician quickly handed me multiple menus to choose a pedicure, which felt a bit abrasive since I had already selected the service at the front counter. She also mentioned she would do gel but didn't explain that it would cost extra. Overall, I left feeling pretty unhappy with the pedicure portion of my visit. On the other hand, my Gel X nail fill went much better. The nail tech who worked on my hands was very nice and professional. At one point he filed one of my nails a little shorter than the others, but he was very transparent about it and brought it to my attention right away, asking if I wanted him to match the others or leave them as they were. I appreciated the honesty and decided the difference was barely noticeable, so I kept them as is. The shape of the nails wasn't perfectly consistent, but overall he still did a good job. The salon itself is beautiful and huge, which makes for a really nice atmosphere. Despite the issues with my pedicure, I would still consider giving this place another try. read more

This salon is huge. I didn't realize the demand for mani/pedi in this area. I decided to check it out when I heard that my nail technician Paige had relocated to this salon. The parking was packed, had to park a bit further away from the shop. Once I entered, it was a bit of a line, seems a little chaotic but it was expected on Saturday at noon. The place is beautifully decorated in Valentine and Lunar New Year theme. There is a large selection of polishes available, including cat eye and chrome. The pedicure chairs are new and the massage function works well. The service prices are on the higher side but it's expected from salons of this caliber, swanky chandeliers and lighting everywhere. Paige was on point with my design today, looking for both Vday and LNY theme, using gel builder. Jenna did a clean milk and honey pedicure, nice massage. I recommend coming here on a weekday if you're looking to get pampered. read more

I did get a little lost trying to figure out where to enter, but a girl smiled and pointed me the right way before I embarrassed myself further. Once I walked in and saw how big and nice the space was, I was like, oh okay, y'all got going on in here. Now the MUSIC 'cause I will leave a nail shop over bad music. They had R&B mixed with other stuff VERY tastefully. Not loud. Not ratchet. A few random club anthem popping up while my feet are soaking. Just smooth, head-nod music like, "okay, I can relax AND mind my business." So, I got a pedicure, and I'm not exaggerating when I say they tried to put me to sleep. Complimentary drink? Yes, they were good. Eye mask? YES. Fresh towels? Absolutely. They wiped my hands, I was at a spa in my neighborhood. I said, wait a minute now... Customer service was good. Nobody rushed me.
