I have been sleeping heavily on my left side recently (and I had to run in the rain the second day which is my own fault) but she placed them so the fallout would be very even, which many lash technicians won't do so you'll come back sooner. It seems clean and it is very welcoming. A good majority of the staff appear to be young. I love that, it gives the ladies experience and a chance. This is something that can go as far as you want to take it. They are all really nice, there may be one or two that need just a tad bit more training in customer service. I have had my initial lashes, a correction, and a refill done which makes three separate visits. I also signed up for the membership. I had the same tech each time. My tech is great. She is very business focused I voice my concerns and she is able to recommend suggestions that make sense. I dont quite understand the need of the membership other than saving $10 on my refills. But hey I still have it. My lashes NEVER seem to last. Day three/four they are about 85% gone. I thought initially it was my oily skin but I completely stopped wearing makeup and started on a very routine face regimen. I even purchased the primer as suggested. This concerns me because my previous lash company I never had this problem. I stayed with them for two years (until I moved out of the state). Prior to that I was with that lash person for 2 years as well and did not have this issue (military spouse I moved allot). On my last visit I consulted with my lash tech and she and I agreed that I would stick with the primer, keep around my eyes clean and dry and see what happens. I am one week in to my refill and I kid you not most of my lashes are gone. I hope that they can remedy this soon. However Ill have to cancel my member ship. Long -short: I kept a star for the lack of longevity, and it seems that this is a problem for multiple customers. The other star - Id like to see some type of interest from the company in trying to remedy the issue with the glue. Outside of this I would recommend for anyone who would like to try lash extensions for the first time. I would also remain a customer IF/WHEN this is resolved. -Thanks

Amazing Lash had every advantage -- prime location, heavy traffic, and a growing customer base. But thanks to terrible leadership, all that potential was completely wasted. My experience made it clear why they're failing. I asked basic questions about a membership. The teenage receptionist couldn't answer a single one and acted like I was bothering her for even asking. I told her that if she didn't want to engage with customers, she might want to find another job because she certainly wasn't helping to sell memberships. A few weeks later, I tried to book a fill only to be told I was banned. No one had the professionalism to even notify me. When I called to find out why, I was told the teenager had lied, claiming I threw things at her, cussed her out, and walked out without paying all complete fabrications. And anyone who's ever been to Amazing Lash knows you can't walk out without paying your card is on file. I called twice, asked to speak to the manager for clarification not even because I wanted to return, but because I wasn't going to let someone lie about me. The manager never had the decency to return my calls. That told me everything I needed to know. The owner is completely at fault. I later read reviews from other customers multiple complaints about the same manager across different platforms. And still, nothing was done. You let incompetent management and dishonest teenage employees run your investment into the ground. It didn't have to end this way, but you chose to ignore every warning sign. I don't take pleasure in seeing a business fail, but this was entirely self-inflicted. And that employee? Wherever she goes next, expect the same lies and the same damage unless someone finally steps up and holds her accountable.

Meanwhile, the nail tech who did my nails just stood in the back sipping her Stanley, watching me -- it felt so petty and unprofessional. When I came back, someone else was at the front. I explained the issue, and the nail tech who originally did my nails came and just stood beside him while I was talking, which honestly felt like she was trying to intimidate me. Thankfully, the man at the front sat me down and fixed everything -- and I was really happy with the final result. But honestly, it wasn't just about the nails.
