The French tips were super thick, and my cuticles were cut way too much. I let the nail tech know I wasn't happy and even showed her my thumbs -- she only fixed one nail and ended up cutting my thumbs shorter than the rest of my nails, which really hurt because they were my natural nails. When I went to pay, the total was $111. I didn't leave a tip because I genuinely wasn't happy with the service. I told the lady at the front that I would come back later because I wasn't satisfied, and she was incredibly kind and apologetic. Meanwhile, the nail tech who did my nails just stood in the back sipping her Stanley, watching me -- it felt so petty and unprofessional. When I came back, someone else was at the front. I explained the issue, and the nail tech who originally did my nails came and just stood beside him while I was talking, which honestly felt like she was trying to intimidate me. Thankfully, the man at the front sat me down and fixed everything -- and I was really happy with the final result. But honestly, it wasn't just about the nails. What hurt the most was the lack of care and the way I was treated by the first nail tech. I left in tears. I wish I had gotten her name, but the experience left a really bad impression. What I did not expect was the humiliation and shame I would feel the moment the manager responded to my inquiry. I was told verbatim "you don't get wine for $29 pedicure...You get wine for $40 and up".. I immediately burst into tears and informed this insensitive, inconsiderate, money hungry individual that my grandmother had just passed and THIS was THE ONLY reason I was even getting my nails done at the time. She immediately apologized and informed me that she was joking. What a tactless & unprofessional thing to say to someone who chose YOUR establishment to patronize. I went today (without an appt) and asked if they had availability. I was told they could get me in in 30 minutes. No big deal. I told them "that's great and I'll come back in 30 minutes.". When I arrived back they put me in a chair within 5 minutes . It was about 20 more minutes until a tech had finished. She went and grabbed another customer and I thought ok, maybe she had an appointment. Two more techs finished over the next 10 minutes and each grabbed other customers. I started to look around which the owner must have noticed and she then shouted at me across the salon "just a few more minutes.". It was now 35 minutes after I returned. I just got up and left. She could have originally told me to come back in an hour but she said 30 minutes. I didn't mind because I didn't have an appointment. But when I returned at the agreed upon time I should not have had to sit there for 35 more minutes. It was pure greed on the owners part. Now you have lost a consistent customer. When you are paying for a pampering service it should not add stress to your life. There is a nail salon on every corner and I will be taking my business to an owner who appreciates their customers.

I was not expecting a free repair I was willing to pay but they would not even try to just reapply the get polish since my set did not come from their salon originally.
