She insisted that I should see one of my regular techs, which were not available. 10+ years and never had a tech make it seem confused about what I wanted. Suggest more training with male customers. I won't be back to this location as I felt uncomfortable with the handling of my appt. I will miss Sara Jackie and Lupe, which never made me feel like I was asking for something impossible.
