I didn't ask for it but it was already too late by the time she started cutting it. As she was cutting it I kept telling her "please don't cut it too short or too much" and she just kept rudely telling me "this is long layers, maam" (which I did not ask for) and she ruined my long hair!! It looks so short now and I hate it. Come here for a trim but I wouldn't get styled here. I'm chillin tho and I'm not gonna mess with them abt it because a lot of my hair was dead at the ends from dye anyways, i probably needed it. But it's still messed up to just do whatever you want to someone's hair, I feel like it's borderline abuse. She cut off 3 inches instead of 1 which is what I asked for. WAAAY too much. 2nd pic is my long hair and the first is the very short cut she gave me. They were also very rude and bland and brushed me off a lot. Did I mention the moment I walked in, they were doing someone's hair already and only had one hairdresser, so they made me wait 30 minutes before I could even get my cut.

I had called a couple of different places that unfortunately had no same day openings until I called the owner of this location who was willing to take us both in and was super accommodating with the last minute request. Upon arriving at the location my friend and I were a little confused because it looked like a house from the outside, however, once we stepped in we were extremely astonished with how beautifully decorated this spa was. A lavender scent filled the room and everything looked so clean and well put together. Walls covered with floral decorations, complimentary waters & beautiful smiles welcomed us right in. My friend and I both enjoyed a manicure, pedicure & micro dermabrasion facial. Both the owner and her employee were so pleasant to talk to while we were being pampered; I would honestly give this place a 10/10 and will definitely be coming here for more services when we return to Houston!
