The lounge area was nice with a cozy AND pretty booth type area to relax on while waiting. Staff was super quick only had to wait about 20/25 mins before Sandy was able to take care of me. Icing on top of the cake of this experience was the client before me was being a total karen about her service she received, airing a complaint/ concern is completely different then throwing a childlike tantrum in front of a lobby of paying customers who are happy to be there & receive the service they are there for. The staff resolved the situation with professionalism & grace! Will definitely be back to see sandy again thanks so much!!

Based on the screenshot of the services she chose her total should've been $122 including tax. So imagine my frustration when I learn that her total is $137 so I call her while she's still at the salon and ask and she was told those prices online are just starting and basically incorrect. The prices never indicated start at which of it weren't the actual price it should've indicated that and then she said those are the prices for French on a pedicure when that's is also not what she chose and what's indicated. I think the lack of transparency in the pricing is wrong and honestly feel like they took advantage of her. For most businesses the price that you list for your services on your website or booking page should be accurate it is your responsibility as a business owner to make sure it is and not mine as a customer. If something requested is an additional cost then I should be made aware BEFORE the services are provided. I will not allow anyone on my household to return and if asked if I recommend the answer is a resounding NO. I don't mind paying for services but I don't feel like I should overpay because your site doesn't accurately reflect the pricing and making it worse with a poor excuse, being flippant about it and not correcting it. I'm sure me no longer patronizing their business won't make a difference but I hope 1. They adjust the way they do business and 2. This doesn't happen to anyone else. Now I'm more pissed I'm looking at her receipt and she was charged $4 more in her pedicure than the listed price and she asked and they said because her feet are medium sized. I have never heard of this in my many years of living. I am disgusted!

I finally found my eyebrow person, and I honestly couldn't be happier! I've tried so many places…read moreover the years, and I'm a very hard person to impress -- but she completely blew me away. She actually maps your face before threading, which I've never had anyone do, and it makes such a difference. The precision and attention to detail are unreal. When she finished, I just stared at the mirror. The shape completely changed my face -- my brows looked lifted, balanced, and so natural. The tinting was soft but defined, perfectly matched to my skin tone. Right after, I FaceTimed my mom without saying a word, and the first thing she said was, "You look so beautiful without makeup! I'm so jealous!" That's when I laughed and told her it was my brows! According to Vogue, eyebrows are the most important feature because they frame your face -- and I totally get it now. She uses real brow mapping science to find the ideal shape for your features, and it shows. It's also incredibly affordable, especially compared to others who don't even take the time to map or personalize your brows like this. She's patient, kind, and a true perfectionist in the best way. I left feeling confident, polished, and genuinely beautiful again. If you're anywhere near Tomball or Spring, stop scrolling for "eyebrow threading near me." Wax and Brow Studio is the place.

I shouldn't have done that. I was uncomfortable the entire time. The nail tech seemed annoyed that I only got a manicure on my extra-short nails. She also said she'll try her best because they're so short. I should have left right then. She didn't paint the entire nail and rushed through the entire appointment. It's also very uneven. After she told me I should have gotten dip instead of shellac. Why didn't she didn't recommend that in the beginning? She tried to make the horrible job my fault. The pedicure was good. I still won't be going back. Horrible customer service and professional nail service in general. Thank goodness there are other nails salons in the area for me to try.
