As long as you stay quiet and accept poor service, they are cordial; the moment you speak up, their attitude changes completely. My technician, Cody, made inappropriate jokes and tried to fix a color I disliked by simply layering another polish over it, which chipped within six days. When I returned to get it fixed, the front manager disrespectfully claimed redoing it was a "favor." Staff blatantly talked about me in their native language--unaware I was using a translator app--and I have been repeatedly charged extra for "long nails" even when my nails are cut all the way down to the skin. ​‼‼UPDATE: The owner Nhi personally called to apologize and invited me back for a new full set to make things right. I gave them another chance, but my requested technician wasn't ready, forcing me to leave and come back. During the service, the technician, Chris, made an inappropriate comment about my skin being dry and laughed when I mentioned hormonal changes--a completely unprofessional and uncomfortable interaction. Afterward, I was hit with a surprise $30 charge for French tips and shape with zero upfront communication. When I asked to speak directly with the owner to clear up the misunderstanding, she refused to take my call and had an employee tell me I still had to pay. I paid and walked out feeling humiliated and deeply disappointed. This was never about $30--it was about basic respect, clear communication, and integrity. I gave this establishment a second chance, but they proved customer loyalty means nothing to them. I will take my business where my presence, culture, and loyalty are genuinely valued. If she had of communicated clearly that she was giving me a $55 credit, and I needed to get the exact same thing I got last time or whatever. I would have been okay with that. It was the lack of communication. And the way I was treated again, I honestly think she had me to come back in on purpose to embarrass me. And let me say this again. So that anyone reading this review can clearly understand if she had said they were giving me a $55 credit, I would have understood that.
