When I first walked in one of the employees greeted me and I began my pedicure service in no time. The issue began when I told my nail technician to do a certain shape which she did not do the first time I asked. I politely asked again could she shape my nails the desired shape and she began to give me attitude. While I was washing my hands, which she told me to do, she moved her things near the drying station and told me I needed to pay. I was confused since she didn't complete services but paid anyways. The way she was painting my nails was rushed and forceful which ruined the great vibe that was created when I first arrived. My nails weren't even finished drying before she told me to leave. I wish I had a before pic of my nails but they were much longer and now my nails are very uneven in length and shape.
Angie, thats all i have to say And I sell feet pics, so i take my feet looking good VERY seriously. She is precise, she takes her time and makes sure it comes out the way you want as long as you communicate. She is also very gentle
Two days ago I walked in 5 minutes before opening, and asked if they were taking walk ins for a full set and toe colour, a woman of Asian ethnic origin greeted me and said they did and said she would do my toes first, she quickly painted my toes which took maybe 15 minutes. Has me sit in the pedicure chair to wait for my full set. So that was around 9:45/9:50 she said she needed to do the same for another client which she had booked and showed up late after I had arrived. I thought to myself if she's already quick to shape and paint toenails it shouldn't be an issue. And I wait... I wait a near hour there's 20 minutes til 11 I express I need to leave to work at 11 am and I must come back to do my nails. I say I can come back at around three I have an hour lunch, the lady speaks to another nail tech who says the same nail tech who just did my toes has an opening at 3. I agree to return in the afternoon. I come in two minutes before 3pm, that nail tech is with another client. And I wait. 3:22 I actually sit down with her and she starts my nails asks me the shape I want I say coffin, and measures my nails I want long, for whatever reason she had real trouble getting an even amount of acrylic on my right pinky and ring finger. It's coming up to 4 I tell her I need to get going my lunch break is about to finish if I can come back. We walk up to the register she wants to charge me for finished shaped nails with gel, it's 47.. . I say but my nails aren't finished. She explains she charges now I come back later. We're coming up to quarter past four, I say I don't know when I'll be back, I don't want to pay full for a service incomplete she says she'll only charge me for the full set and shape... I say how much is the acrylic without the polish, she pulls out a price list 32... full set with Lacquer. I say so its 32 with nail polish. I don't have nail polish and the nails are not done. She says it's 32 with or with out the polish I persist, your price list said FULL SET WITHLACQUER. I don't have Lacquer I'm not understanding why I'm being told to pay full price for a service I didn't receive nor complete. She backtracks well I only price you for the nails, and the shape, it's 37... I didn't charge you for the length. You never mentioned you intended to charge me for length. That is not my problem. And again, I reiterate there is no polish on my nails, the service was not finished Then she goes on to blame me, "you know that it will be more than hour for your nails" Um????? Excuse me I KNOW???? Listen, I've been to plenty of nail shops around the whole freaking country to know that a full set can be completed in a hour if the tech is competent enough to know what the hell they are doing. YOU WERE LATE and took too long, That is AGAIN not my problem! Again with the blaming "You know long nails charge more" GUUUURRRL please if you ain't saying anything that is a courtesy on you don't deflect your own lack of skills on me. She said it will be 35, for no nail polish, unfinished poorly shaped nails. I'll be late for work what ever. Customer service down the toilet. You don't blame your customers for your short comings. EXTREMELY Poor time management. Over two and a half hours of my time taken. These we're not shaped. And are already lifting TLDR: sis, keep scrolling YELP, you won't want to give these people money I promise. Let's laugh together: She said this is coffin shaped
Paid good money to have polish peel off. I spent well over an hour to have this peel off. I live an hour away I know this is my fault but I was thinking I was helping a business by stopping in waiting on someone in airport. I would love to get this corrected and will update if I am contacted and a resolution is reached. The polish is coming off 3 nails on the same hand. I was in there on 12/14 around 6ish today is 12/15 the polish should have lasted
So I absolutely loved my nail artist and she did an amazing job but my experience was ruined by a different nail artist. The entire visit I would hear the nail technician behind me would either be cursing or talking to her boyfriend about inappropriate stuff. Again my nail artist was a perfect angel but the other technician needs to learn that talking about weed/alcohol and yelling fuvk and bitch constantly is inappropriate as hell and biligerant.
Mmmm well my experience here was less than impressive to put it firmly but my nails came out decent so I'm at least grateful for that . I initially picked a tan shimmer polish the nail tech informed me that in order for the color to be opaque like the sample I needed a white base nail polish . Now I had never head of painting my nails white first and then polishing but I took her advice ...I did not my best not to be too critical during the process but I wasn't a fan . I let her know a few times that I was a bit unsure with it and when completed she asked if I wanted to do another polish I said that it may be best lol this girl says well you should have just said that in the first place . At that moment I pretty much decided I wouldn't be back . I went for red polish tipped her $20 for her time in staying late. . Thank you but I'm a good customer and do not want to be spoken to like that right wrong or indifferent. The nail job was decent not great not bad they lasted for a while but could have gotten better work or equal in any of the surrounding shops in the area

Mmmm well my experience here was less than impressive to put it firmly but my nails came out decent so I'm at least grateful for that . I initially picked a tan shimmer polish the nail tech informed me that in order for the color to be opaque like the sample I needed a white base nail polish . Now I had never head of painting my nails white first and then polishing but I took her advice ...I did not my best not to be too critical during the process but I wasn't a fan . I let her know a few times that I was a bit unsure with it and when completed she asked if I wanted to do another polish I said that it may be best lol this girl says well you should have just said that in the first place . At that moment I pretty much decided I wouldn't be back . I went for red polish tipped her $20 for her time in staying late. . Thank you but I'm a good customer and do not want to be spoken to like that right wrong or indifferent.
