I was greeted with a warm welcome and the shop has a nice Fall aroma to it. During the session the wax temperature was warm enough to get the job done and not burn me. The PLUS is that the removal was a very low pain level compared to what I'm used to. And know that it has been 2 months since my last wax. She actually got all of it done in less strips too. And yes I was very Silky Smooth. She gave me a sample of her serum to use and educated me on how to use it along with her other products. I didn't ask for it but it was already too late by the time she started cutting it. As she was cutting it I kept telling her "please don't cut it too short or too much" and she just kept rudely telling me "this is long layers, maam" (which I did not ask for) and she ruined my long hair!! It looks so short now and I hate it. Come here for a trim but I wouldn't get styled here. I'm chillin tho and I'm not gonna mess with them abt it because a lot of my hair was dead at the ends from dye anyways, i probably needed it. But it's still messed up to just do whatever you want to someone's hair, I feel like it's borderline abuse. She cut off 3 inches instead of 1 which is what I asked for. WAAAY too much. 2nd pic is my long hair and the first is the very short cut she gave me. They were also very rude and bland and brushed me off a lot. Did I mention the moment I walked in, they were doing someone's hair already and only had one hairdresser, so they made me wait 30 minutes before I could even get my cut.
