I then opted to do a solid red color to make it easier. Something simple. I asked for short square nails. Instead I received semi rounded, uneven color application & inconsistent all around nails. I am so disappointed that something so basic couldn't be accomplished. My refill alone was 35? For a set like this? I pre tipped $10 in hopes she would do a decent job. 45 Dollars wasted.

She was so nice and attentive! Her husband and her just started their move and my nails were phenomenal. She's quick and thorough. I love this place and don't understand why it's rated so low. She wasn't very inviting from the beggining but I thought as long as she did a good job it was okay. She did my grandmas nails first and they came out good. I asked her to do an acrylic set/ coffin shaped. My nails turned out some coffin and some just square. When I pointed it out she got annoyed and told me that "coffin are square" and then filed my nails with attitude. I no longer felt comfortable telling her what I thought should be fixed because of her attitude. I don't know if I should go back here because that wasn't a good experience.
