After I left the shop I noticed that the hair she provided was terrible and did not hold a curl and my hair was frizzing. 11/15 I text her and informed her that the hair would not hold a curl and frizzes up and that my hair was still frizzing up ( Although, Fancy said if I got the Keratin treatment it would prevent frizzing. She ignored me 11/17 I texted her again inform her about the quality of the hair and to tell her that my Microlink install tracks were starting to come up. She text back " Really, I'm in Cabo but I will get you taking care of" Come to find out she lied about being in Cabo and I found out because I called the shop and her employee informed me that she was not in Cabo. 11/18 I contacted her again informing her that I've been patient and I want it fixed after paying $1045. She didn't respond. I decided to go up to the shop and the young lady took a look at my hair and took my information down and told me she would let fancy know. She still didn't contact me back! 11/22 Today I stopped by the shop again because a track slid out my hair. She was not there again but her employee took pictures of my hair and told me that she had been telling Fancy to call me from all the times I called the shop. I asked her to text me the pictures we took on the iPad And I sent them to Fancy's cellphone informing her that if she did not give me my money back( because I don't trust her to fix my hair anymore) I would take her to Small claims court. I was willing to even take $650 for the Microlink Package! I BEG YOU PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HER!

Initially, I was concerned about receiving quality service since the Groupon price was far less expensive than the normal service fee but Rachel didn't treat me any differently from full price paying clientele. The service was fast; it took about 45 minutes start to finish! I arrived around 2:45 and my appointment was scheduled for 3pm. I was in my car by 3:30pm. When she was done it was Cathasthrophic!!!, awful!!, my son looked like a clown!!, i wanted to cry and was very upset!, the front was longer in the middle and shorter on the sides, it had like a v shape, the sides were long uneven, I tried to be educated and asked her to fix it, knowing that she couldn't, she was incapable of doing so, she said that "this was the way the haircut is done" which made me more angry to pretend and treat me like im an idiot, anyone with eyes would known how bad it was !!, i told her I jus want it fixed because looking like that my son would be made fun at school, she kept pretending everything was ok, then I asked for the other barber lady who did a decent job to the other kid to fix my boys hair, she agreed but told me that she would had to cut a lot to try to fix it, and i told her that at that point I just wanted to have a decent hair and look normal whatever it takes, my son was extremely sad to see how he lost all his curly hair and ended up with very short hair. We felt very upset and angry because they advertised this lady in their site as professional with years of experience and they lie in the website, her name is Eva, stay away from her!, I heard her telling otherwise to the coworker, this business is not professional and they're deceitful!.
