I saw Dr. Muhammad for a skin cancer check up. What I can describe from my experience is gross…read morenegligence at a bare minimum and also was just unprofessional. This was the fastest skin cancer check I have ever had which should have been a red flag, but I mistook her arrogance for actual knowledge. Dr Muhammad diagnosed me with a very serious skin condition with only her "clinical expertise" without confirmatory testing. She then prescribed a very serious medication with very serious side effects that should not have been prescribed to me with prior kidney issues without first testing my kidney function. Not once did she even go over the side effects or cautions of the medication she prescribed. I had to ask her several times to repeat the different things she was saying and prescribing for various things. She also then provided no support after diagnosing me with a disease that could have caused irreparable damage. Thankfully I came to my senses and realized she could be wrong and saw my GP who confirmed with testing she was wrong. Perhaps she should spend more time learning about appropriate patient care and less time making TikToks...

I recalled that they have a 10% discount for returning customers on single sessions if you previously bought a package, and I also confirmed this with the lady on the phone with me. I went in on June 2nd for my 7th session at this location, and things went smoothly. Contrary to what the owner replied to me in my last review, all they had to offer was coffee, and in fact the front desk lady didn't even ask if I wanted anything, but did ask the next customer who came after me if she needed anything. The aesthetician is probably the only lady I really like at this place, she remembered me and it was always pleasant to be in the room with her. Oddly, when I went to check out and pay, they quoted me the full price for the session with no discount. I asked for clarification, the receptionist went to the back and she came out saying that for returning customers, the new policy was only getting a 10% discount on future bundles. I didn't know if I needed another 3 or 6 sessions, since those are the only bundles available, so I didn't want to commit to that. She had to go in the back and ask again, and they gave me an "exception" and allowed me to have the discount. I also asked them yet again to reach out to me in 6-8 weeks for a follow up in case I wanted to schedule another session, but they once again haven't, even though the owner claims that they did with my last review. I think I'm going to look for a new place with better customer service.

If you are late to your appointment, they will automatically charge you 50% of the service, regardless of the amount you paid. So I was there for a full body laser, and there price for a single treatment is $350. The late fee is $175! That is INSANE and borderline criminal! Also, they never tell you that that's the case. When I asked, I was told it was due to new management, because I've been going there for year and that was never enforced. I'll go elsewhere.
