This experience reinforced a very important lesson: always do your research and arrive fully prepared with visual references of exactly what you want. A strong recommendation for anyone considering cosmetic tattooing or brow procedures is to ask to see the work as it is being performed. Lying through the process without a mirror or active visibility leaves too much room for misalignment, especially when waivers limit recourse. Quality and technique matter immensely for something so prominent and long-lasting on your face. Thoroughly research licensed, certified professionals, review their portfolios carefully, and clearly show your desired brow shape beforehand. This is your face at the end of the day. Approach the decision with the same seriousness. Also, advertising claim for February, you receive a $50 credit, which I never received! $50 deposit +$525= $575 for a mistake that I'm now paying to get removed. Don't be fooled by old photos. Then we moved to her room where she helped me choose a color to best suit me.
