Heather is the best she's the secret. Nobody knows about in Houston but you can only find her in the humble Atascocita area. I have been to New York City all the Asian nail shops. I'm even Asian myself her quality of work can honestly last me to for this five weeks and she's reasonable and she takes time to do it and she does it efficiently. Be a loyal customer to heather
I really appreciate the time and effort that went into this design. The creativity and precision are amazing,every detail was done with so much care. The colors blend beautifully and the final look came out even better than I imagined. You can tell the artist truly takes pride in their work. Thank you for making my nails look this good!
This is not the normal nail salon that I go to, but since my normal salon was super busy on a Saturday, I decided to go down the street to this nail Salon that is tucked away out of sight. I waited a few minutes and was directed to a chair. I noticed the station had not been sanitized or wiped down from prior clients saw dust at the station where they asked me to sit. I was impressed by the amount of tools that she used to prepare and shape my nails and cuticles. I requested a refill on my French American manicure. What I was not impressed with was the lack of customer service when I told her I can see the prior acrylic nail under the polish. Her reply was I asked you if you liked it (on the ONE pinky finger...where I couldn't tell that there was a refill). However, on several of the other nails the discoloration that the finger nail polish is supposed to cover was not covered. With language barriers, I didn't have the energy to go back and forth with her, but I will not return since she did not offer to make it right.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went in for a fill and The lady doing my manicure cutt my finger. On top of that, the fill she did was very thick and makes my nails look like round circles. The French tip that she did was rushed. And I asked for them to keep my toes square and they did not. I will not be back and I'm very disappointed after reading the reviews thinking this place was good.
I don't know if anyone is like me, but do you notice little things that annoy you about your nails or services after you leave? I'm not a nail tech, so I don't try to tell somebody how to do their job, but after years of going, there are a couple of things I know. 1. Don't trim the cuticle after applying the acylic. My nail tech didn't a good job of trimming and tried to clean it up afterwards. As a result, some nails looked like they were a week old versus a few minutes old. Sad Face 2. Don't use fresh towels that leave lint on my hands. Had the hardest time keeping the lint off while nail polish was being applied. I kept having to tell the nail tech to remove from my nails, but later, I noticed my pinkie finger didn't escape the lint shower and became part of my nail art, causing a hair line raised area on my nail. Grrrrrrrr! I'm down two stars already. I don't think I need to say anymore. The eyebrow wax would have been great--if she would have used the same shape on both! One was a little more curved than straight...thank God for eyebrow pencil. smh And people wonder why I just do my own with my pencil?! Experiences like this make me want to go cosmotology school just learn how to do my nails and hair myself and stop f***ing with finding a decent nail shop. The search continues. This is not it.

He cleaned them up, made them longer(all the same length, as they were not before) and thinner, less bulky and all around much nicer nails. I'll definitely be back ONLY for Tom though. Everyone is SUPER nice and sweet however! They were all very nice and apologetic, even the lady who messed them up was very sincere. Must've just been a bad day. It's okay though it was made up for!
I really wish there was a 0 Star option. I should have walked away as soon as I saw how dirty it was. However, I did not because I was getting married in 2 days and really needed my nails done. This was my first time patronizing one of these establishments in years, but my nail tech was not working due to a back injury. Heather greeted me with the traditional "pick color" 15 min. after my appointment, Heather started on my nails only to stop and disappear for 5 minutes. I don't know if she was having a bad day, but her attitude and energy were horrible. We decided on a length and for some strange reason she decided to cut them shorter! I asked what she was doing, and she said she wanted to make them even with my pinky nail. I was really annoyed that she did that because I did not want super short nails. Her workstation was dirty and filled with nail dust. I should have walked out. While she was polishing my nails, I pointed out several mistakes that she ignored. When she finished, I told her I didn't like them and she gave me a cold stare and said it's because my fingers were long!! Wow, just WOW!! I paid $50 for a fill only to have to find another salon, have them soaked off a redone all the night before my bachelorette party. I would not recommend anyone to go here.
Tried this salon out because of the reviews on yelp. I got a dip manicure. The lady who did my nails did a horrible job. She cut my natural nails to short, didn't cut my cuticles, spent over an hour and a half for a crappy manicure. My dip was so thick and Unevenly painted. After spending an hour and a half, she finally finished. I left and literally turned around to come back because of how awful the manicure looked. She then blamed me on the poor job because I " wanted my nails short". I didn't want them short, she was the one who cut them down. After fixing the manicure, it was still horrible. Powder was stuck under my nails and I had to pry it out from underneath. My nails were even filed unevenly and I had to fix it at home. I spend 2 and a half hours there in total and all have to show is a crappy dip manicure. Very upset. Will not be returning.
This is the best Nails and Spa! I've been coming here since March 2017. Tommy is my best buddy and unofficial therapist. My nails and toes stay looking gorgeous and professional. I feel like part of the family here. Please take good care of him while I'm gone! I will come back to visit.

I had went in for a refill , the guy who was doing my nails started to file them down with their machine ,which usually when they do that part it doesn't hurt , but when he was doing it , he kept hurting my nails , almost every finger ! I had asked for chrome and even showed him a pic I had , when he started to do them , it was not what I asked him for , it was NOT blended in at ALLL ! So I told him, he then showed me a pic on his phone of some chrome nails he did , almost like if I was wrong for saying that the chrome wasn't blended , eventually another worker ended up fixing it for me . First pic : What I asked for Second pic : what the guy did ( you can see it is NOT blended at ALLL !!!! ) Third pic : " when they fixed it " And I still had to pay $15 more for the chrome !!!! I basically payed for a full set .
Was out looking for a new nail salon at Thanksgiving and thanks to Yelp found this awesome place! Amy did my nails the first time and was super friendly and did a great job, was super satisfied and knew I found my new place. Fast forward to today. I wanted Ombre natural looking nails and Tom was the man to see. *Love the hair* Anyways he did a super amazing job and totally nailed want i wanted. He has a great eye for detail and I couldnt have been happier. Both times i have come i have been satisified and will be back for sure! Amy and Tom are the best!

I still go to this nail salon because of Heather, the previous owner. She has been my nail technician for the past 12 years. The service she provides is top tier. The new owner has raised the prices drastically which are not comfortable to this area. The 5 stars are for Heather, not the new business. I absolutely love Heather. read more

I had the most wonderful experience at elite nails. This was my first visit and I'm so happy I chose Elite to go to. I checked online and saw they open at 9 so because it's a Saturday and I know how nail salons get on a weekend I made sure to get there early. I arrived a little after 9:30am and was immediately greeted and told to pick a color once I let them know what my visit was for. I sat down and began with a pedicure. Besides the fact that my technician was dressed fabulously fashionable she was also extremely Sweet. Tam was unbelievable. She took her time with my massage and nail clipping and then polish. I choose to do the tropical pedicure which included a massage with fresh sliced oranges cold and refreshing on the skin. It was followed by a orange exfoliant, parafin wax on the feet, hot towel wrap on the legs and hot stone massage. I chose to do a shellac polish on my toes and she helped me Choose the color. Her patience and smile made the experience worth while. Right after we were done she sat me down at the nail station where I showed her exactly what I wanted. She knew exactly what to do and started working quickly: there was a slight miscommunication when it came to explaining how I wanted my nails filed but the moment she understood she made sure to fix it. A few times I showed her some imperfections and she immediately fixed them without hesitation. She then told me. You are not leaving until I know your happy. And happy I was. I left happy, satisfied and plan to return as soon as I can. read more

Uber excited I tried this salon while on this area. The customer service is impeccable make everyone feel welcomed and wanted since it's a nail salon/shop on every corner but we all know they aren't the same! Elite offer a numerous options of services and nail techniques at affordable prices. I tried the dip technique for the first time based on Heather's suggestion which I love and healthier makes my real nails appear fake! If I could give 10 stars, I would. I am new to Atascocita and Ive been struggling to find a new nail salon. I've been to 4 other salons before finding Elite. (I miss my old spot in River Oaks but now that I've moved to Atascocita, it's too far to drive.) Elite is very clean, nice atmosphere, and friendly staff. I was fortunate enough to get Theresa. I got a #3 Pedicure and she did an amazing job. She asked if I wanted my cuticles trimmed, which I really appreciate. Theresa also did my nails. She encouraged me to try the new natural nails...You dip your nail in the powder. There is no Uv light. Very quick and painless process. Since it was my first time there, she gave me 10%off my services and gave me several extras. I also had my eyebrows and lip waxes. I have found my new spot!! read more

I was referred here by a lady whose nails i saw and loved. Heather is the lady I was referred to. I can for a dip powder fill on my nails and a pedicure. Heather was friendly, professional, and paid attention to detail. I love that I didn't have to point out anything. She filed neatly and took care of my nails. I love them. My pedicure was very relaxing and well done. She cleaned my foot and scrubbed off the dead skin. Although it tickled she got in there and got it done. Normally people act like they are scared to scrub my feet and they do not look like dogs. The massage chair and soft drinks were a plus as well. I'm glad I ran into her client I now have a go to person near my side of town. I like how she focused on the job at hand there weren't many interruptions and I was in and out within a decent time frame. Highly recommend going to Heather. This place is great! Went in after having bad luck at other places and reading the reviews for this one prompted me to check it out. Amy did my nails and she did an amazing job! I got a refill with Shellac and she was very careful and thorough as my nails were pretty much falling apart. Got the metallic color and it looks so good! This is my go to place now!! UPDATE: going back today, don't usually wait 3 weeks to get my nails redone but they have held up really really well! No chips at all! read more

Sadly a lot of times people post only negative experiences but rarely say something good. I like to think positive, be positive and help turn a negative into a positive. Here is my attempt because I happened to be present when the customer above had her mishap that happened yesterday at 11:15am. Call me nosey but I watched and observed the nail tech ladies diligently looking through their receipts to see the actual debit transaction charge along with the written slip of their services they did for the customer. I can understand the salon trying to make certain there was a mistake on their side before returning cash. I saw and heard no one being rude but instead trying to find how this went wrong and that's why they were looking for their original receipt which took time. Which seemed to frustrate the customer. Perhaps she didn't get as deep an apology that she needed because she said they could have "apologized better". To me she is saying here that they did apologize. I think that sometimes people of a different nationality might be hard to understand and there can be a language barrier but the Vietnamese are a really great people who can sometimes be misunderstood. I think that sometimes accidents can happen and that places can get a bad review. I truly believe this was an accident and this was not intentional. Thats why I want to share something positive. I have been a customer over a year now. This salon is very clean and has a very elegant, calm and relaxing setting. The nail techs are all greatly experienced to do a great job on your manicure, pedicures and refills. They are very friendly too. If you are looking for a great place that's clean and friendly you should come here. read more

I'm new to this area so I did some research before coming here . I saw most reviews were positive so I decided to try it out. I kept it simple a toe polish change and an overlay. My toes came out perfect . However my nails omg. The lady and I'm going to assume was the supervisor/ owner kept trying to change my mind and do the dipping powder but I told them that I didn't want it because it doesn't last for me. Still despite my request they did it anyway. I asked her to cut my nail a little bit and she cut my whole nail . As you can see from the picture, I was quite disappointed. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the lady who did my toes did a good job . I will never go back to this salon. read more

The worst salon I've ever encountered. A set of dipped nails turned into a two hour visit and I was the only customer. The top coat peeled off and then realized my nails are navy instead of black. The two different people worked on my nails and neither knew what they were doing!!! read more

Came in on a Friday about 3pm it was pretty busy but got taken care of really quick! Nice elegant and clean! Was kind of scarred I have had HORRIBLE nail services around the Humble area. I got a elite pedicure and full set of nails. I loooooved the pedicure (wish I got the tech that did my pedicure) she took her time and gave me awesome massage! Tammy did my nails I just showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did just that perfectly!!! Extremely happy I FINALLY found a nail place close to me!!!! Will definitely be back!!! read more

Love my nail place. Everyone remembers your name. It's never boring. They go above and beyond for their customers. Lena is awesome and can do any nail design you want. Lee does the absolute best pedicures. Austin is always there with refreshments and willing to help with whatever needs to be done. Give them a try! read more

How much are ombré nails, full set?
I believe it depends on the length and shape. I don't get them too long or too short, but they are slightly coffin shape and with Tom, I pay $45 for a new set and $25 for a refill. Tom does a great job with the ombré nails.
