They would not do my friend's finger nails because her fingers are too curled up because she has Cerebral Palsy. After her family assured the manager that my friend could keep her fingers straight enough to get her nails done the manager still refused to service my friend and she was trying to get her nails done for her dad's funeral after losing her him in a tragic accident. I am ashamed and saddened that any business or entity would still treat disabled people or anyone else like this today and for this reason I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Didn't get serviced on my first visit because they were busy and wouldn't be able to get to me for 3o minutes. I appreciated the honesty, but the place smelled like dated. You know how you go to an older relative's house and it smells old. Yeah. That smell. Like old moth balls or something that I really do no want to inhale when I'm trying to get a relaxing pedicure. The décor was very dated too which is why the price is so cheap. I may smell it out, I mean check it out some other time, but if it smelled like it did the first time I visited, I'll be turning right back around and go out the door. read more

I've been here twice and the first time Tina did my nails in shellac. They lasted over two weeks. I loved everything about the experience and price. I went back and got shellac for the second time but a younger tech (I don't recall her name) did my nails. I'm not sure she sealed them right because in a week I've already had 3major chips. The best part is I've been sick and have been mostly sleeping. Has anyone else ever experienced this? Could the polish be expired or is it a technique issue? I don't have a lot of experience with shellac, but the first time around it lasted so long and I was working (RN) but now with a week of not working it's all chipped off. Thoughts? I want to give a better review but I'll come back and update it when I go for round 3. read more

I would not come back to this salon. I came for the first time and got a shellac manicure. All the nail polish chipped and peeled off. I came back and The woman that runs it is rude and she tells you that it is only a few minutes. Then says 30- 40. I leave and she comes out to tell me to be sure to be back because she is closing in 45 minutes. Well I came back and she said a few more minutes. I have been waiting another 20 minutes. The service and the product are really a zero but I could only pick 1 star. read more

Came here based on the reviews for a pedi. I wanted a color with white tips - like a French manicure but with a springtime color instead of the flesh tone. I asked the tech if she could do this with the color I had picked out and she did some mumbling and nodding that I guessed was a yes and just figured I'd stop her once we got to the polish point just in case. There were a few other times she asked me questions that I couldn't understand. I was trying really hard and yet had no clue what she was asking. I ended up getting distracted by the conversations going on between the obvious regulars, so it was a good thing I had googled what I wanted so I could show her a photo because she had already started doing the opposite. It was REALLY difficult to understand the tech I had and she quickly corrected the issue once I had the pic to show her, but I worry that had I forgotten my phone (as I sometimes do), I wouldn't have been able to communicate what I wanted because we obviously couldn't understand each other. PROS: because they were busy, they told me it was fine to come in at 4:45 when they close at 5 (I had originally inquired at 4:05, so I wasn't being *that* jerk) and they also told another lady the same thing at 5 till 5. CONS: I felt horrible about the communication difficulties I was having with the tech (didn't want to be insensitive), but wished it wouldn't have happened. I wish she had looked to any other tech to confirm what I wanted so she didn't have to remove polish and start over read more

I would give zero stars but you have to give at least one star. Seems like I have the worst luck when it comes to nails salons. The lady rushed through my pedicure and didn't even massage my feet. Then tried to act like she didn't understand what I was saying when I asked why she didn't massage my feet. Long story short don't waste your money here. Very nice place. We went in as a walk in, my six year old and I. I got a deluxe pedicure and and she got her nails and toes polished. Very clean space and very affordable. They even gave her lollipops when she was done. A couple a people came and went while we were there and you could tell they were regulars. The staff was very personable with the clientele. I love coming to an establishment that knows my name and what I'm getting. sometimes there is a crowd so I try to call ahead but for the most part the service is fast and friendly. Mary normally does my nails but I trust Willie and Ting as well :) Mary was the first person to tell me that I could do shellac on my nails and that the powder was more expensive in the long run... not many nail salons would advise you to save money... I've been going there ever since. I just really hate that I moved so now its a bit of a drive for me to come but a drive well worth it. Come here.. you won't be disappointed! read more
