I came in shortly before closing & they were happy to fit me in. I got a classic pedicure with French tip & they did such a great job! I'm very picky how my nail/toe polish looks and they look really good. I also asked her to change the shape (curvy not my style but looked good) and she did so no problem & was very nice. read more

Went here yesterday to get a full set and.... Holy YIKES!! I guess I'm just going to continue doing my own acrylics because I had to reshape the ends of every single nail as soon as I got back to my truck. A few nails were seriously curved like lima beans. All were different lengths as well, not even an attempt to keep them uniform. Every nail is also very underfilled... they all have a veeery noticeable "swoop" in the middle of the nail and the ends actually curve upwards a little. Almost like someone pressed their finger down on them while they were wet. The gel has bubbled and is peeling already as well. They just honestly look terrible, I'm pretty upset. For $55 I was expecting at least a little better. Even if the polish wasn't great, I at least expect the acrylics to be shaped well. She also cut my finger with the file pretty deep and oh my lord does it hurt. I definitely will never be returning here Super upset. I honestly have no clue how there's so many good reviews on this place. read more

I've been here twice & both times I've been happy with the service. I usually get a mani with shellac (both times) & am very pleased. The couple of times I've been there, it's never crowded. I went to this place just for a take off. I specifically said please let me soak off I don't want to drill off. I am diabetic, I wear nails for occasions, but always take care of my own skin and nails. This male tech would repeatedly soaked my nails for seconds then drill. The drill was on 36. He looks at my nail splitting then abruptly gets up, another tech comes over and turns drill down to 12 and changes the head and say "we are not going to put on clear polish, don't put anything on your nails for two weeks". I was confused. I touched my nails and they felt rough and wavy. After closely examining them it was indentions from the drill. THIS SHOP LITERALLY TOOK NO ACCOUNTABILITY! I was then told you've been wearing nails too long and take some biotin and it will grow back. BTW, I've never been to this place before this visit. I am so upset this place ruined my beautiful perfectly healthy nails. This morning the nails are starting to crack and fall off. They are so thin and sore to the touch. I'm considering consulting my lawyer as my hands affect my livelyhood and they should be held accountable. Please find another shop it's not worth it. read more

I came here think YES I got here early enough to beat the crowd bcuz there's always a wait, not necessarily a long wait, but a wait 4 sure each time. I show up because he open sign was on. Got out all excited, ready to be pampered... got to open the door and then pull again..knick think somethings gotta be wrong. The sign says open, don't u hv to be open if your flashing OPEN. I've always received good service at this nail salon. I used to go to a different one in Crosby but the staff was rude. The staff here are very nice and the salon is very clean. They have a pedicure menu and have a few different options to make your feet pretty. :) The chairs are comfortable and they also offer you something to drink while you are getting your service. read more

I am in town visiting family and I was able to walk in and get a manicure without waiting. Helen was efficient and gentle. She has a great personality! I did not get the names of the others in the shop but all were welcoming; I felt like I had friends at this nail salon. Excellent service and marvelous nails!! Prices are very reasonable. read more

I tried this place for the first time today. Everyone was very friendly. They even let me take the nail samples outside to see want they would look like in the sun. I had a super awkward experience at this shop today. As I walked in there was about 10 women seated at the first work stations by the entrance. I heard some one greet me but I didn't know exactly who, so I addressed the first person I could positively identify as an employee and another lady, in regular clothes that was seated at the nail dryer talking to another customer, confronted me about asking anther lady to help me. And it was pretty rude. I thought it was just my imagination so I waked to the back with the first Lady to get my eye brows waxed. When it was done and I was waiting at the register to pay, the woman that had confronted me kept repeating , "she didn't beat you up enough, she should've beat you up more". It made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I felt like she was threatening me. So weird. read more

Went here for the first time last night. Kim did my daughter's nails and they turned out fabulous! I called for a last minute appointment and she allowed us to come in at a later than normal time. The shop is nice and clean, we walked in and had no wait! Kim was very welcoming and took her time!
