I went in to get a full set and a pedicure. The full set was fine, but the pedicure was horrible. I was in pain the entire time. I came out with 3 toes bleeding! He kept messing up the nail polish on my toes and would dig his long fingernails into my nail causing my cuticles to bleed. The actual message was rushed and aggressive. Not relaxing at all. My sister got her acrylics done with this guy named Ivan mo. He had an attitude while doing the nails . And he did not shape my nails coffin how I asked they were more box shape . Also the butterflies on my nails were all on one side leaving the other side blank. read more

No stars. This place is horrible. We came in to do our nails and get pedicures. When we walked in they told us a price we sat down and started to get our pedicures. While doing so the guy approached me and asked if I was doing powder I said no and he laughed and said okay what do you want. I said regular acrylics with polish he changed the price and said it was more I said no but the girl told me a different price he looked mad at her and left. My daughter was getting a mani, pedi, they didn't do much to her literally put lotion and polish and that was it....they have poor customer service. They couldn't agree on a price and kept giving us different answers. They show you one thing and do another. Got my nails done Friday. It's Monday and they are already ugly! DONT GO HERE! I've been here three times and all three times they've ruined my nails. No competency for either pedicure or manicure. I simply go in to have polish and they've proven to be inept. I'm talking about nail polish smearing, polish completely out of the nail onto the side of the toe. Nor do they apply a top coat or base coat. Just terrible work. As if it isn't enough they charge you way too much for silly work like $5 extra dollars for a crappy "design". If you live in Crosby, save your time, hard earned money and go elsewhere. read more

This is the worst experience I've ever had. I paid $55 for manicure and pedicure that came out uneven and horrible. All of my nails are uneven and look like they could've been painted by a toddler. This place is terrible, I went in at 3 to get a pedicure and a full set, they sat me down in a pedicure chair at 3:15, but they didn't even start on my toes until 4:30. Once he finished my toes he asked if I wanted my nails done too and I said yes, so he sat me down at the dryers at 5:00, I watched multiple people come in and get sat down, by 5:50 I was annoyed and went to the lady and told her I had been there since 3 and she said I was waiting for this one guy to finish when two other people had been open. I've gone here since it opened. Girls come and go but once one stays a while, I stay with her. Used the same girl for more than a year...and tip $20 for a shellac manicure and a pedi. Last time I called...I was given the run around. I think the technicians make more on sets than shellac as I was asked if another person could do my nails. I said no...When the conversing is all in Vietnamese, of course there's no telling what they are saying but it's very much a turn off when a loyal customer feels passed around. I've gone here since they opened. It was great at first now it's not relaxing at all! While I'm getting a pedicure all the workers are talking loud to each other and stop doing my nails and toes to tell a story! This isn't the first time this has happened. My husband just went in for a wax and all of a sudden they say "we don't do waxing anymore", yet a big sign in the window says "waxing" . Horrible customer service. I've gone to get my eyebrows there before and liked the outcome so I decided to go back to get a pedicure. BIG MISTAKE. I went in and they sat me down after a few minutes. They then ran the water and had me sitting there for 20 mins before they even came back, by then the water was cold. she then started the pedicure and it wasn't too terrible until it came down to painting my toes. She didn't even clean up around the nail like she should've, it looked a mess. She was in such a rush to get me out of the chair to get someone else in. She didn't even come back to check my nails like they normally do before you leave. All in all they rushed the job once they started and did NOT make me feel like a priority. read more
